I get the same exact thing everyday 😂Pineapple Cocconut in the waffle bowl. That combination of ice cream with the seasonings of the waffle are just dead on perfect. I have to break off a piece off waffle for each spoonful of ice cream. Or else its not the same. Their freezer broke on day so I had to make a substitution. My suspicion was correct, no other combination as of yet makes a perfect match

Haven’t been in a Baskin-Robbins in years . I read online that they offered vegan ice cream so, I ventured out. It was good service was friendly more than one vegan option. It was good my friends liked the dairy based as well. This is all served up in a retro setting of an ice cream shop

The girl that was there was really rude to my children because they were eating the ice cream inside the store, and they do have signs that said not to eat inside but I was making a big order for around 7 people and my kids are only 3yrs old. Never going back again to this Baskin Robbins.

Super friendly staff and tasty ice cream. The one person that was working there when I visited was extremely helpful and patient when we didnt know what we wanted to order.

Great service! Happy that Baskin Robbins went back to old school chocolate chip and no longer use actual chocolate chips. (Just in this ice cream flavor) The broken/crumbled chocolate ribbon is so much better. Always a great find when there is a big chunk of it in your cone.

Hadnt been there in a very long time but went there today because of my Tmobile Tuesday offer. There were only 3 patrons in the establishment (2 filling out an application and myself). I ordered an ice cream and the girl proceeded to make it. Wait.....hold up just a minute....I asked maam do yall not wash your hands before making the ice cream? She responded that they wash their hands a lot throughout the day. She might be correct but she did not wash them right before making mines so she stopped and offered to put on a glove. I just dont understand the lack of hygiene from people working at food establishments. After covid I thought I would see improvement in places but they are just going back to their same old routines and the companys are probably not really focusing on anything but trying to get a dollar. Im going right back to buying my ice cream from the frozen section of the grocery store and adding my own toppings....

I used to go to a different location until the manager was rude to her employees. After that I started coming here and they are so nice and are always friendly. They have the place clean and their products are fresh.

On the website stated closed at 10:00 ….doors was locked at 9:38 with employees cleaning. Change your time if you close at an earlier time .Thank You

This place has an excellent customer service and the ice cream is amazing. They have different flavors where you can choose from. Very good place to visit when you are craving ice cream.

The store is closed even though it’s listed to be open until 10PM. Please update your hours so you don’t waste someone’s time.

The staff here was friendly and fast. The selection is reasonable and kept in order. The place was clean as well. They do close fairly early at 10 I believe (although on slow days they sometimes lock the door a bit early). If you want some ice cream the price is reasonable considering most of the other places charge about the same. I will probably return next time I feel like a cold sweet treat.

We were those people tonight. The last ones to come in at closing time and they didnt rush us at all. The store was still fully functional and no corners cut before closing time. I was able to get q cappuccino blast and my wife got a warm brownie. Thank you for keeping the love I have for this brand strong.

Jamocha almond fudge is so yummy! My daughter enjoyed plain jamocha ice cream. Butter pecan is always a hit for sure. Staff was friendly and service was fast. We will visit here again.

It has been many years since Ive visited a Baskin-Robbins. My college girlfriend used to work there and she made me the BEST milkshakes. However, that did not happen on my recent visit. My milkshake was incorrectly made and the server acted like it was not her fault. Not a happy customer

Not good at all this go round.. The waffle cones were stale and the freezer that holds the quarts of ice cream was not working properly..therefore all the quarts were extremely soft. Very disappointing!!🙄🙄

Was at this location last night and the male employee (not black or hispanic) that helped me asked me was I aware of how much 2 quarts of ice cream was before he made it for me. I cannot tell you how offended and upset I was at his blatant discrimination against me. There was a woman behind me with 2 pre made quarts and I can guarnatee you he would not have asked her that question. Society is quick to say oh black people make everything about race well in this case it was just that. I have been coming here all summer buying 2 quarts of Bubblegum ice cream at a time because they only sale it during the summer months and I want to make sure I have a nice stash at home. But I will never come back to this store ever again. I bought the ice cream yesterday but mainly to prove a point that I could indeed afford it. I also ordered even more to make my case even more. I seriously advise you to go to another store if you dont want to be profiled

Amazing Place to get Ice Cream

Very disappointed with this place!Servings are half of what they used to be, beeare of the new Cookie sunday, it come with kid size scoops but you are not told that prior to ordering. You basically pay $7 for 3 cookies and one scoop.I complained to Molly and she just brushed it off and said thats the size the sunday comes with..... Kid size!!!You are better off buying a half gallon of haagen daz to share with the fam and staying home.#justsaying
