This is my favorite new ice cream spot, delicious exotic flavors and the lady behind the counter was very nice and patient with my indecisiveness.

Ice cream was ok.. was not impressed.

Customer service was great, from the gentleman. He served me the best Mangonada I’ve ever had in my life. The ice cream flavors I had were amazing.

I always have a bad experience when I come here. This time they didn’t want to sell to me because my total was 4.76$ and not the 5$ they want you to spend for them trough card. They are so money hungry and all the ladies working are so rude.

Corn in a cup is the best! And if you should also try their aguas.

Nasty and waaaay expensive!! I asked for a Pecan cone and just that was $7. Not even at Baskin and Robins. I was thinking maybe its that good. Nope!!! Disgusting the cone was stale!! The ice cream just about melting!! There was no flavor!! My daughter (ice cream lover) didnt even like it!! Never again.

This place was really good!! I liked the elote and the biónico. They have aguas frescas and my favorite was la agua de coco.

Service has greatly declined. Their ice cream is still delish but last time I visited it was 8pm and they were closed for the night. At least an update on the hours would save ppl the trip.

Went here today they have a lot of authentic flavors at good prices for the portions. The ladies provided good customer service. Will return to get some ice cream again!

Horrible!!!! I called before I came and they told me they close 10 min before 9pm. I get there at the 8:24. There was a customer before me that asked for a sandwich, and the lady said “no we don’t have that right now” the customer leaves so then it’s my turn. I asked for a chicharrón preparado, and the lady said “no we don’t have that right now” I replied “you don’t have that either?” She said no we close at 9. I look at my phone and said it’s not even 9, it’s 8:26! I asked for a fruit cup and AGAIN she said she doesn’t have that. What kind of business offers food and claims they close at 9 but when you’re there before 9 and fails to fulfill ANY requests. Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional! Si dicen que cierran a las 9 tienen que ofrecer su menú hasta las 9 si no cambien su horario si es tanto el problema.

Love to see the old lady that provides excellent customer service. Hopefully the owner value her with a pay increase.

Great place but they close at 9pm and when I came at 8:45pm it was close...

I used to come here as a child with my mom and it was amazing.. now that i come back the lady was sad and was telling my partner and i that she didnt sell any ice cream and not even 5 minutes later she sells ice cream to other customers.... as well as telling me she didnt have any ice to make any snow cones or anything of the sort....

Sorry to write a 2 star review but much improvement is needed here. The paletas where good even though at $2.50 each it felt a little overpriced, customer service was non existence and the place could benefit from cleaning it up a little... dont think I will be stopping by anytime soon. (so sad)

If you dont like wasting your time, I do not recommend this place. First of all, shame on the owners or parties responsible of this establishment. You guys are greedy enough to make money to leave a young girl to behind the counter working by herself on busy nights. While the place doesnt get insanely packed, groups of families continuously enter this shop making it impossible to get the line going with just one person working the entire store. Second, I am mostly upset because regardless of the 20 minutes I waited in line only to find out the one thing I was trying to order was not available. If its not available, then take it off the menu or put a sign somewhere in the store. This business is quite inefficient and just money hungry.

I have come to this place ever since 2009. But lately the owner have hired new people And they have the worse attitude. They don’t even want to unlock the door for eating outside. I have a 2 years old daughter and she loves outdoor. This place was my favorite because of the outdoor spot.However, Its my second time I come since they changed personal and I have received the worse service ever. They take forever just for make a Cappuccino. How different was with the old crew. They really appreciated the costumers. It’s sad because people like me that have gone for years will stop going because of the awful service they’re giving the customers! Definitely I will never come back!

Horrible customer service, I was not greeted when I came in, I was the only person inside and had to wait to be helped. Then the lady behind the counter went to give me a popsicle without gloves on during a pandemic. I asked her where gloves were and she snapped back “I just washed my hands!” I don’t care if you bathed in hand sanitizer, wear gloves when handling food!!!! Worst part of the experience was when she looked at me and asked me if I wanted the popsicle or not, he’ll no lady, I’m out of here!

The ice cream is delicious. Good price for the portion. The only downside it was the corn (esquite) didnt have any broth. It was too dry and with too much shredded cheese.

Awful! I have come here for years! The woman was sneezing and coughing all over the place. She was miserable and had her child with her. I do not speak Spanish but it was never a problem until today. She tried to charge me $8.69 for something on the menu that is $6.99. When I pointed it out she raged on me in Spanish. I left! I should have walked out when I was greeted with a frown and common cold symptoms. If you do not speak Spanish you are NOT welcome at that establishment.

Ordered street corn only to find out they boil their corn. A real disgrace to a time honored recipeThe owner reluctantly replaced it with a chicken salad sandwhich. The establishment used the core of head lettuce and placed the contiments in globs. No care and laziness of this eatablishment shows in the preparation of simple recipes. Please visit a different place to enjoy. We suggest Brainfreeze they make a true Piccadilly, Street Corn and great sandwhich made with care and professionalism that the food industry expects. We gave this establishment every chance to correct the issue but they were advasive during our encounter. Remember Brainfreeze.

Called to make sure you guys had agua fresca fruta mixta. The lady said y’all did. I sent my husband over to get me some and when he got there couple minutes after that they said you guys didn’t have any, after my husband called me to let me know I immediately called and a lady named Norma said you guys didn’t make any,. If you don’t have the product then don’t say you do. Wrong information given to a customer that doesn’t live near by. Y’all need better communication skills!

We drive 45 minutes to eat our favorite “fresas con crema!!!!! They are deeeelicious!!! The price is very reasonable so thats the cherry 🍒 on top!! If you like fresas con crema you have to come here and try theirs!! Its worth the drive every time!!!

Try their mangonados you wont regret it, its like a spicy slushies just make sure you say yes when they ask if you want add ins as they add it after u order one. Havent tried the ice cream but also love their paletas.

This place was one of my favorites with the new staff who have become pesimoooo arrived. Waiting is the worst when Im the only Client in the stable. They should take a good look at their staff if it is worth it. I give it two stars because there works a lady that I love her service.

In Covid-19 times one is more cautious. Clients entered and asked the lady if she could wear gloves. Better to treat customers badly and deny us the service. Business is suffering these days. All the working ones that were at 5pm are rude. They had an attitude like if youre not going to pay what youre asking for. Then a pregnant lady wanted extra ice cream in ice cream that she asked for and they refused to do that. You go because you are going to buy for what you want, it was not for them to put on with their ugly attitude like them. If you do not like your job then go somewhere else to work.

It is a very nice place only that the owners have to be more attentive of what kind of employees they already have two occasions that are all in the kitchen and do not look out if there are people. Today a better lady sat down because no one helped her. And a plump woman is very rude began to clean why they almost closed and began throwing the chairs very strong. Please owners if they want your business, take care of them.
