Fun environment and delicious snacks awesome variety of things and a great place for a hangout date

Sunday, July 18th around 5:20pm and received a bad customer service from a short lady. if I could rate this place it would be -star not one. I ordered Tostitos locos asked the employee for just cucumber and mango with no pork skin and got the exact opposite and when I told her my order was wrong she gave me an attitude and yelled if I didn’t want it to return it. If they don’t want to be working there why would they even go just to be giving attitude to the customers

They really improved their menu and their items. Their mangonadas are so much better now.

Its a very clean place and ice cream is really good but its a hit or miss when it comes to having the other stuff thats on their menu.

This place will keep loosing customers if the ladies that work here keep closing earlier than they are suppose to. Store closes at 8pm and I showed up at 7:20. They where already mopping and closing the store. I was told they had no more fruit which is odd knowing Neverias are stocked with fruit. By the way, it is not the first time they do this.

Why do they always have to close so early!!! The time on google says 9:30pm so why is it that they always close at 8:00 or 8:30 it’s unbelievable. And it’s been so many times the whole staff is just bad.

The restroom is tacky and they dint accept bills above 20 plus if you are going to pay with a card the limit is 5 dollars. unbelievable!

Ordered an ice cream in a cup with m&m topping. The cashier, who had dirty fingernails, used her hands to place the candy in the ice cream and push them into the scoop. First and last time I go there.

Wellllll tbh i love the selection of ice cream and the service is wonderful. So i really recommend for family to come here.

This place has been there for few years now, I use to get mangonadas there.......had a mangonada and conchitas preparadas.....but nah...Id say try the place on Huges and Btw 8 where the Krogers is....

The service here was not good. The cashier was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The food and drinks here is not good. I ordered an elotes here, for the first time in my life, Ive never tasted such an unpleasant cold cheese and corn. The flavor was nasty. The drinks were okay, but it gave me a three runs to the restroom. I would never come back.

Love the prices and the different variety of Mexican ice cream.

A student based clientele.. 2 girls working there was a line but they were in no hurt to take care of customer.. 3 students walked out... I waited 20 minutes for nachos and lemonade... I almost walked away but I had waited too long but I won’t be back... great place but customer service needs to improve

This is the worst place i have been to.First of all its dirty, they have horrible customer service, they dont even wear hair nets or gloves and to me thats not right. The owner her self has a horrible attitude!If i didnt have to actually rate this place i would not even give it 1 star!

Absolutely terrible service. Woman behind the counter had a bad attitude. My family and I went in, we were five. My wife told her what she wanted and her reply was is that it? We asked for a few more napkins since they keep them them behind the glass and she gave me a dirty look like if I was dumb for asking.

Ice cream and snacks are good, but the lady working there seems rude and unwelcoming.

Great homemade ice cream

This placed is horrible! I ordered a corn in a cup and it had no flavor, the strawberries with cream was a pool of cream with a little bit of strawberries. I will not be coming back, nothing beats Magnolias Ice Cream

Overpriced! My credit card was charged twice the two times I visited. I havent been there again because of that.
