Staff are unclean and unfriendly. Munching on McDonalds, and feeding each other like newly Weds. They always slack on their work. The ice cream tastes like soap, and they cant even get the flavor you want because of rotations. Better to spend your money at Amys Ice Cream or Marble Slab. Or better yet, dont come here at all, and study instead. I can only imagine worse customer service at the DMV.

Always get hot chocolate there and every time it is of excellent quality. Also employees are always kind and polite.

Im not sure what brand they serve now, but I believe they no longer sell blue Bell, only by the pint. They use to have Ashbys? Stay updated for dollar cone days! Its an awesome deal. Their ice cream is usually very creamy. I enjoyed their mint chip or Scouts honor - mint flavor with chocolate malt balls. Their iced coffee is from Katz coffee roasters

Overpriced. Some times I get the milkshake and it is so good, but sometimes its is so thin and nasty. It is 5$ for a milkshake. Its alright, but not amazing.

I like coming here to satisfy my sweet tooth. Long live Bluebell ice cream!
