Good ice cream experience. There’s a wide variety of flavors available and the ice cream is made right in front of you. The service is quick and efficient. There was a long line but everyone was quickly served.The nitrogen angle is interesting but the ice cream melts faster (IMO).Staff is friendly and there’s plenty of seating available inside and outside.

I’ve turned down so many Ice Cream and Coffee dates in the past month, when I saw this ice cream shop I was like… lemme go see what I’ve been missing out on because they really put ice cream on my mind.I haven’t been missing anything but the calories but I still like this ice cream🍦parlor. They also had really good service. I ride past here often because it’s right by grand Lux across from the Galleria.I’m such a nerd at heart the name captivated me. 👩🏽‍🔬 ⚛️🧪 🧫 I was like what kind of ice cream they making in here? They had this cool frost smoke effect going on at the counter. I walked in expecting to see an experiment being performed lol

All I have to say is delicious. They are also vegan friendly so all my non-diary folks can taste some of their delicious-ness.

Super cool! Reminds me of Sub Zero. Nice treat for the entire family. From the time we ordered until we got our treat was 10 minutes. Service is quick. Cures a sweet tooth. When we went there several couples were in line. But this is a spot for the entire family. Very small space and during peaking hours parking is limited.

I used to love creamistry! I would go frequently. Tonight I went and the place was absolutely filthy. By the time I got to the register there was a very strong mold smell. The entire group I was with decided to leave and go somewhere else because it was just disgusting. Really sad because as I mentioned it used to be my favorite ice cream shop.

First time here and I loved it! You can customize your own ice cream, if not you have the menu. It was a little packed but the line moved pretty quick! I got the matcha green ice cream with mochi topping and also the strawberry bond.

Not good Creamiatry is my favorite icecream. However, this location is not up to the standards. The portion size was significantly smaller and when I addressed it with the manager he argued that it was only small because it melted. Not true. This icecream comes out frozen and it does not melt quick. It was our first time here. We wanted a late night snack. So cool that you get to watch the ice cream being made right before your eyes. My boyfriend loved his Chocolate Combustion. I got strawberry with pecans. Mine was ok because I hardly tasted the strawberry flavor but there were real strawberry pieces in it. Id definitely go back and try another flavor.

My grandson and I have made a tradition on the last day of school since they moved to Houston seven years ago was to have an ice cream day on the last day of school. We walk home from his school and go get ice cream. I fly down from Delaware to enjoy this time with my grandson. The last two years we have chosen Creamistry as our place of choice for this special occasion. We were not disappointed. The product there is really good. Thank you and we may see you next year?

Cute and clean ice cream shop. They have a lot of menu options. I’ve been here twice and ordered the cookie butter creation both times. It’s sweet but delicious.There are two negatives for me. The shop is often loud due to the way they mix the ice cream. The cashiers often speak in a low voice. I have to yell over the mixers to order or ask them to repeat themselves. Also, the menu is a bit confusing if it’s your first time given there are so many options... and the employees do a terrible job explaining how to order.

There was a long line but once we ordered, it was quick. It smelled like fresh waffle cones in there 😋. The ice cream is cream and there are plenty of flavors and combinations to choose from...whether you like a simple scoop or are smorgasbord, like me. I had the Unicorn Nitrogen shake cause I cant resist birthday cake ice cream, marshmallows, & loud colors. It was good, would definitely recommend.

You know that slimy not so fluffy ice cream that you get at the top of ice cream when you leave it in the freezer? Yeah... I dont quite get the snap freezing and lack of aeration, resulting in Frozen cream which is at best slimy... And lets not forget the prices, Ive bought liquid nitrogen before these guys must be harvesting it from the air and using an employee to pump it down to liquefy...

Non-Dairy people (and Vegans) rejoice, this place has the most and best options! I got a Cashew Base Birthday Cake flavor and wow, it was so good. Loved the variety of flavors available, will be back. Note: Consistency isn’t exactly like dairy ice cream but not having tummy pains wins any day. My family got S’mores and Salted Caramel, they preferred the caramel one.

The service was well and fast paced but the ice cream was really really disappointing. The Ruby caco was literally flavorless. I thought something must’ve been wrong with my taste buds until I realized everyone else shared the same thought. Even the chocolate chips had more flavor than the whole ice cream itself. Maybe I just got a bad ice cream but I suggest getting a different flavor.

Came here for the first time with daughter because I remember seeing them on the news. I ordered her the large brownie combustion (I think thats the name) with no whip cream. The young lady accidentally put whip cream but that was not the problem. The issue was watching her scrape the whip cream off the ice cream over the trash can, where you could clearly see gnats and then trying to hand it off to me to give to my child. I spoke the manager who barely seemed concerned and gave me this dry apology. First experience and last!!!!!!

Great place for a family. I suggest getting the small size, they do have non dairy too. Is something fun and interesting for a family to do. Theres no dining in but theres chairs and tables outside.

Really good ice cream!!! This is the best one ever! I come here when I go to my doctors appointments in Houston. I am from New Orleans and I always add this one to my list for where I want to go to when I come! I am gonna plan on it the next time when I come which is in august! I cannot wait!!!

They served me brown and squishy bananas and when I asked if they could give me a different banana the manager was very rude as well as the other 2 employees there. They were all teenagers so what could I expect?Very rude and unprofessional.When I asked the manager how he could serve me these bananas (that clearly didnt look fresh), he said thats how corporate teaches them. Instead of them just giving me a fresh banana they kept talking back and being rude.The teenage manager was all cocky and said they wouldnt fire him.Like okay? We just wanted a fresh banana, NOT one that was brown and squishy.Very rude staff.I will not be returning here. And I highly dont recommend this place.This deserves 0 Stars.

Good good base options to meet most eating restrictions and toppings to match. The ice cream is fairly smooth and experience is unique for what it is. Nice change from the traditional cone. Options for bubble waffle or waffle is available to add the Asian flare. Each serving takes about 3 mins or so, so it can get pretty busy but expected for a fresh serving. Its clean and fairly modern with a good location

Looked online to view the menu prior to coming in. I misspoke and asked for Gelato. The young lady behind the counter was VERY rude. Clearly they dont have Gelato its sorbet. When I asked for blood orange sorbet, which is on the menu on the web, she was put out that I asked, again, for something they dont sell. I told her to forget it I didnt want anything after all to which she replied, ok thanks. I prefer to eat where I am not laughed at and made to feel stupid. Sadly customer service is not high a priority.

Ive been here several times and loved it, but this last time was not a good experience. They are not following Covid protocols and social distancing. The sign at the door says no more than 10 people, there was probably twice that many. Large groups were coming in and they werent stopping them. When I got my ice cream, it was melted. I had never had mine melt here before. It was basically soup. Will definitely not be back anytime soon.

Used to love Creamistry, but their service has gone downhill. It might be because of masks and barriers, but they have gotten several of my orders wrong recently and service is taking longer too. Also, this location no longer offers the organic base which is too bad.

We had a quantum coffee and a strawberry bond. The strawberry bond had pieces of strawberry shortcake which made the taste a lot better. The quantum coffee also had a rich coffee flavor. The common thing is that the ice creams have a smooth texture.

Place requires face masks and won’t serve you if you aren’t wearing one. Hope they go out of business - don’t support ignorance. Will never spend another dollar for being a business that openly supports segregation. You gonna ask me for my vaccine passport next? This place was one of all my favorite shake places. Lately, they changed the sizes of their servings from large to only serving in small cups but they will still charge you the same price.It is not the employees fault but the owner of this business.

This place is pretty cool. They give a wide range of options for flavors including fruity sorbets, milk based ice cream for your standard flavors and even include a Nutella flavor and a section of cereal flavored ice cream. They have lots of toppings and are moderately priced. I like how late they stay open (till 12 am) and witnessing the liquid nitrogen they use to cool the ice cream is awesome.

Get your ice cream cravings here! Located across the Galleria mall, a good place to grab dessert after dining in the area. Its located in a shopping plaza that does not have the best parking. However, Creamistry wasnt too crowded on a Saturday afternoon.Plenty of options to pick from, cup, cone, endless flavors, and toppings. After grabbing lunch, I opted for a cup of matcha and cheesecake bits. We also got the Thai tea. Both had a solid taste. Flavor was rich and tasted how matcha and Thai tea should taste. Good portion even though I didnt get a big size.The inside had a good selection of tables and seats. The interiors were cute but simple. The staff were friendly and our ice cream was ready in no time at all. I will look forward to come back and try more of their flavors. A good spot to grab some ice cream on a hot summer day.

As others have noted, the ice cream is a pricey but its all fresh, organic, and oh so smooth. Two people could probably share a small, which would handle that pesky price issue. For the lactose intolerant and vegans, they also have a coconut base, which is, unfortunately, still missing from other creameries.My three-star rating has nothing to do with quality, price, or service. The ice cream itself just isnt very flavorful. The three of us who went together all felt that it was pretty bland. The strongest flavor we had was the tiramisu, but thats a lot of coffee flavored ice cream to try to finish.Id still rank Fat Cat Creamery in the Heights above this place--although their lactose-free options are much more limited.

I’ve been to creamistry many time before. This time around it’s been 2/3 years since I last step foot into one. I nearly forgotten the joy this place can bring. I had a nitro drink with dairy and matcha flavor mixed with almonds. Like holy cow so good. I also had the chance to taste the milk coffee as a single serve. Equally delightful.

Its a really cute place with a nice variety of beautiful desserts. Like a lot of other ice cream places nowadays, they use liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice cream flavor. The ice cream isnt the greatest thing in the world; it tastes just like any other ice cream you can get. But just like any other ice cream in general, its delicious! Presentation and quality of ice cream are pretty nice. In regards to the technical factors, the prices of the desserts are fairly reasonable.

I went the other day asking for an ice cream. My ice cream basically looked like soup and I asked if they could re make it, but the tall skinny worker with glasses simply told me that that wasn’t something I payed for . That same moment i was there i saw 2 roaches crawl down the wall where the TVs are, if that’s what you see out here I don’t want to imagine how infested their kitchen can be. I don’t trust the sanitation in this location. Apart from that staff seems to not want to work there and simply laugh while making your ice cream. Very very unsatisfactory.

Loved this place! It was cool to watch them make our ice cream. They had great social distancing in place too. Only 5 customers allowed in the shop at a time, limiting each party to 2. Our ice cream made it home and didnt melt.
