We came in just to have a look and try on a few items. Dominic was absolutely amazing if you go in ask for Dominic he was so attentive and helpful. I am always nervous when in luxury stores that service wont be as good if you are not buying but he was just so warm and gracious when I do make my purchase I want to make it with Dominic. Thank you for being so kind and truly making my experience memorable.

Bought a pair of bom dia mules from a store in NY. Tried them on at home and could not fit them. Attempted to return at this store but Cena and Linda claim they’ve been warn and cannot be returned. Linda did not even greet me as she came to inspect the shoes, nor did she even try to be empathetic. I am happy this happened because I was hoping to buy the spring street bag at this store but now I will definitely NOT be returning here ever again. Also, please take a look below for proof. I went to the lv store inside the mall to take a comparison pic of the shoe I was sent ( right) vs off the shelf (left). The people there were much nicer and even told me they would have returned the shoe for me.

Safety measures being taken to ensure everyone has a pleasant shopping experience. Line to get in wasnt that long at 1120a. Waited maybe 20min.Chastity was wonderful, even though they didnt have the bag I wanted. I was able to do my return and she did help me out with any other questions I had. Showed my mom some wallets, didnt rush is at all. Well be back again when things calm down.

I would just like to say how helpful and pleasant Colton was to work with. I attempted contacting Saks for several hours to order my handbag, but apparently no one wanted a sale. I couldnt get one person on the phone at any of the Saks locations. I reached out to this particular Louis Vuitton store in Neiman Marcus, and was blown away by the amazing customer service. An advisor answered on the first ring, and Colton had the sale finalized within 5 minutes. Im so happy I didnt waste any more time or money at Saks, and someone truly deserving got the sale!

When you feel like ballin out take the credit card or a few racks or bands depending or your era.

Bought my girlfriend a Purse here and was able to return it within 14 days for a different, bigger purse that she wanted. Had no issues and they were very helpful with me.

My first time dealing with this location and Im disappointed. My boyfriend purchased a bag I wanted at the moment. When I made it back home in Louisiana, I changed my mind about the bag. The bag was never used and stayed in the original packaging. I tried to return the bag back home, which had no issue, but being it was a Saks instead of Nemian Marcus. I could only do an exchange. So, he drove back to Texas to return the bag for me about 4 days later. This location would not refund him supposedly a stain was inside the bag. The bag is white for reference. I wouldnt be so upset if I indeed used the bag, but i also wouldnt return a used bag. I do know that these bags have to be in sellable condition. How foolish! If my home store didnt see an issue with the bag than why would your location have an issue. I shouldve just did business with my home location. Its almost as if they made it appear we were lying, which is quite embarrassing. Im just in awe that the purse literally stayed in bag the entire time. If the spot was there, it was there when it was purchased. Now I know in the future to throughly inspect any purses I get, which I didnt nor the rep did. Not that it would help being they try to find something to not to the return. I have also filed an complaint with LV...... I shouldve just looked at the reviews prior where other customer stated theh had an issue with returning as well. I will update when LV headquarters respond to my complaint as well.

My mom came into Nieman Marcus Houston Galleria to look at Louis Vuitton wallets as a present. Both my parents cant speak any english and they said they have never been given such good costumer service anywhere else theyve been. They had me write a review to let you guys know that Associate Colton R was phenomenal and very patient. He took his time to make sure my parents were able to see and compare all the similar styles of wallets they were looking at. They said he was very professional and patient with my parents language barrier. They would 100% go back because of Colton.

The worst service ever!!! they will act like your best friend when you purchase items, but if you try to return anything....good luck!!! my husband bought me a purse from there. however, i have enough, so i went to return it and larissa stated she could not take it back. she basically was accusing me of using it. she showed me there were some cardboard looking shavings. i proceeded to take it out, and she then said even if i take it out she can not take it back. naturally i start getting upset. she then stated i needed to leave or would be escorted out (funny how some act bold when they have a robo cop right there). i then went to look at the same purse at the nm location and noticed the same shavings!!!! i was told it is from the purses being stored in the back. i had a friend take it back to the austin location, and they took it back with no questions asked. it is unfortunate i was treated that way because i would have continued to buy the epi purses. however, i will take my money elsewhere. larissa should look into a career change, and get out of customer service.
