Horrible horrible horrible business practices. As the customer YOU are the enemy. Whatever you do, DONT give these guys a deposit. Your chances of getting it back are slim to non-existent. Theyll lie to you, not answer the phone or hang up. It took me 3 weeks of absolute hell to get my deposit refunded. I had to complain directly to Aprilia, my CC company and the Texas AG office before theyd even give me the time of day. They run this place like an the old used car lots back in the day. BUYER BEWARE.

I called him....sent in the paperwork....in less than 12 hrs of contact......My by bike was being shipped in 48 hrs....all the way to Pecos, TX.

STAY AWAY!!! I sell cars and this was bad. I recently purchased my first bike through them. At first It was a okay experience. Going through what sounds like a decent deal considering the market for anything is high right now. I purchased the bike from the south location and had it shipped it to my house. Within 24 hours it had a dead battery.$125 after riding it for a week of learning low speeds and turns, it needed a rear tire $150 I let them both slide because Im a new rider it wouldnt kill me to spend $300. I even send my friend there to buy his first bike. After a month I decide to try to try to trade in I put a lot of money down so being in car sales I thought why not I maybe in equity. then the appraiser decided to completely low ball me. This is my first decision to try to cancel my warranty to lower the owed balance because Ive already spent upwards of 3k on the bike. I dont need the warranty that I pretty much payed cash for not even knowing what this covers. I have called the warranty company and the finance guy to get this resolved and no-one seems to care about refunding a warranty that covers almost nothing. Im tempted to reach out to a lawyer to get this handled. Learn from my mistake dont buy here hope this place goes under. I was told by many bike groups they had to change their name to Full Throttle because Team-x-treme had such a terrible reputation. Do yourself a favor buy from a different dealer theres plenty of others with good prices and will treat you right. Especially when they charge 750 for freight/Setup/Prep. And sell you the bike with a bald tire and bad battery and no gas.

Jose, Shan and Junior are a pleasure to work with! They helped me get a bike I wanted even with bad to no credit! Process was fast and easy Within a couple days! They even shipped the bike to my house within 1 day and the driver David was very considerate and didnt leave until I was fully satisfied! Highly recommend!

Ive been shopping around for a Ninja 650 and came across several that were being sold by these guys. EVERY SINGLE ONE was WAY overpriced. A used 2019 going for over $800 more than a BRAND NEW 2021??? I actually called to inquire and the best explanation I was able to get was just depends. Theres something pretty shady going on. I keep seeing responses about how transparent they are, well....tell me, why are you prices so far out of line with pretty much every other motorcycle dealer? I mean look at these prices. This is from THEIR website.

I swear if I could put negative 5 star I would. I have receipts if you don’t believe me,also they had the nerve to tell me I would to spend more if wanted to fix what they didn’t. My bike lights were working when I bought there that’s a whole different situation. SMH!!!!

This place is so unprofessional.. They give you a number to call. To see if your license plate arrived. No one never answer. No matter what time of day you call. Been waiting to get my license plate since July of 2020 is when i purchased the motorcycle. And its almost March of 2021. And i still dont have my license plate.. Down right unacceptable!!

I purchased a motorcycle from this place back in February of 2020. First off let me just say how ridiculous these prices are. I purchased the bike here because i could not find another ZX6R in the color i wanted. Everything was pretty smooth from the sales side so i have no complaints here.One issue is that they added hidden costs such as $450 freight charge…on a used motorcycle.2nd is that they sold this motorcycle to me WITHOUT A TITLE. Several months had passed and they had still not sent me my plates. I called and they gave me the runaround on the phone. Then they simply stopped taking my calls. I had to physically show up to the dealership (1 hour away) several times just to speak with someone who assured me the plates were coming. Keep in mind, they knew they didn’t have the title this entire time. A year and a half passed by and still nothing. I finally placed a DMV complaint and the State of Texas was able to confirm that they did not have a title for my motorcycle. I now have apply for a bonded title which drops the value of the motorcycle now that i am ready to sell it for something new.These guys do not care about their customers. They care about how much money they can wring out of someone and forget about them once they walk out the door with a bike.I am not the only one who has had issues with their title. I know of SEVERAL others with the exact same issue. If you’re wondering why they changed their name it has to do with the TERRIBLE reputation that Team X-Treme has had. Nothing internally has changed. Same management and same employees.

I sold them a bike in March 2021, still haven’t transferred the plates and run my old plates (still in my name) on their personal bikes and rack up tolls. Tried to make it right without getting law enforcement involved, but they don’t respond or answer phone calls. (Edit: they deleted a previous review of mine regarding the fact they had my bike 3 weeks before they would send a check to pay off remaining balance on it)

The bikes cost way too much here, the prices are insane compared to other dealers. If you want to overpay for a bike, this is your place....

A pretty BAD working system. I just asked for an email sale agreement to work with the bank but I waited 1 week. I asked again they said they will send it right away but 2 days still nothing and they said the motorbike is in service and they sent me another one I also accepted and asked for email sale agreement but still nothing. I think they ​dont want to sell to me or they despise customers.

Please don’t buy motorcycles from them if you don’t have enough knowledge because they sold me motorcycle with aftermarket fairings and didn’t even mention that they are aftermarket fairings just take your own mechanic when you go there it’s fancy version of selling market place things with people around I bet we can find better motorcycles of market place. Please do your research before you go to them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought my bike from this worthless dealer in Jan and was told I would have my plates in under a month. We’re now going into May and still no plates. Every time I call the lady is busy or out. Or they don’t even answer my call anymore. I literally called back to back for about 20 min trying to talk to someone about my plates. I don’t understand what’s so hard. My paper plate expired so I can’t even ride the motorcycle legally. The least they could do is give me another paper plate or even have the decency to be straight up about whats going on. Worst dealership, very unprofessional...DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I have been searching for one for 25 years. I finally found one in near stock condition and not butchered. No rake no cut up harness it was delivered right to my Garage. I would buy another bike from Team X-Treme in a heartbeat. I am extremely satisfied and happy. It was even the stock color I wanted.

Be honest with people most of your bike are repossess or going to the auction you all have a deal where you can try to sell the bike instead of the bike running through the auction. Insurance and financial companies let bike sit their to see if you can sell them before running threw the auctions.Thats why some of you are still waiting on license plates and possibly titles because they dont own the bike.

I would definitely recommend Team Xtreme. Purchased a nice Yamaha R6 that was just as advertised on their website. The bike was ready at the time scheduled and Mike was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process very quick and easy. Thank you Team!

We made a cash purchase of 7k back in October 2020 and we still HAVE NOT received the title. It is now June 2021. Every time we call it’s excuse after excuse and they blame it on Harris county dmv. It’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They have very incompetent staff handling the paperwork. Why does transferring a title take over 8 months??? Complaint has been sent to Texas Department of Motor Vehicles for investigation. I suggest you do the same if you have a similar issue.Update: my complaint is being investigated. As per the email we received. Also calling to follow up with Cindy does no good. We are still getting the same run around. They blame everything on COVID but if you read past reviews before COVID the issues are the same.

Frank and the boys at Extreme have done a marvelous job with the New to me 08 Aprilia 750 Shiver. As a 10+ year retired young hobby rider I was sceptical about my move from 4 wheels to 2 but with their solid work, clear and transparent communication I left feeling confident about my new journey.

Sales person lied to me about how the lease works. I am ending up paying $2500 more than I thought.When I called to discuss this with them they gave me the run around and when I asked to speak to the manager he never returned my calls or voicemails.Save yourself the trouble and go to a real dealership so they dont take advantage of you.

Shop was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I got a salesperson from inquiries on the internet. My interactions with cam, although friendly, proved to be frustrating to say the least. Very slow to respond and nothing but empty promises and excuses.I never fought so hard to buy something. The last in a line of broken promises? I live 30 minutes south of San antonio. My son and I drove out to Houston and spent the night in a hotel in Katy so that we can pick up my spyder and hit the road back early. I text cam that afternoon informing him that I was in Katy and would be at the southwest store in the morning. He said that was great. The bike would be there and he couldnt wait to meet me.I got there about 10 a.m. and not only was cam not there but neither was my spyder. I decided to get with their finance person, and get the rest of the paperwork done. 11 a.m. no cam. Noon no cam. 1a.m, not only no cam but my spyder was actually at the north Houston location. I wanted to deal with the southwest location so I wouldnt have to deal with all the Houston traffic. Now, I have to drive to that location to pick up my spyder. Mike and the rest of the folks were extremely friendly and helpful. Mike went through all the function of my spyder and made sure I was comfortable with the operations.It seems to me that the people at both locations are extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. Unfortunateely, there is one rotten apple that needs to be removed from the barrel. In my opinion, Cam needs to be dismissed. Deal with someone else.R. Gower

Like many other reviewers I have not had calls returned re: title and registration that they had 30 days to file however harris county nor the state have received any paperwork filed an official complaint with TxDMV and the piaggio group. Its unfortunate this kind of dealer experience is tolerated.

I brought my aprilia caponord 1200 for an engine check light after I replaced the exhaust, they connected the diagnostic tool and the servo motor was the culprit (i removed the servo motor when installing the new exhaust) so they agreed to fit a servo eliminator which the total would be $ 350ish (parts and labor) then I told them that actually I did that already, so probably something went wrong with the servo eliminator I installed, the technician came told the guy that it should be only 120 bucks since they were not sure that the servo eliminator that I installed was good or not, (they clean the dashboard light, so far so good) so they want to work with the original servo if the light comes back...trust is always an issue with bike shops and i can tell this people knows what they doing!!!

Well, they claim to have good customer services but the truth of the matter is that they are unreliable and unresponsive and just flat-out liars. I bought my bike on July 3 2020 my paper plate expired on September 1, 2020. Here we are December 7 and still no plates. I spoke with them today again for a minimum of 10 calls and one faxed letter. I was told exactly two weeks ago today that they had my plates in hand and putting them the following day for 3 day delivery. Well here we are still no plates and when I called today they first said no the “boss” hadn’t picked them up then when I reminded her what she told me two weeks ago she like oh that’s right they put out. I asked for the tracking number said she need to talk to the boss for the number and she would call me back in ten minutes. No call back. This was not the first time no call back or that I was lied to about plates arriving. They have been telling me stories since August. Think twice about purchasing a anything from Team X-treme!!!

Inquired about a bike on Saturday 3/20/21, struck a deal within minutes, Imran handled all the paperwork over the phone and my new Aprilia arrived in DFW on Tuesday, a day earlier than expected.Great experience, good conversation, I will be buying from these guys again.

I bought a 2013 Harley Dyna Wide Glide from them in April. They said they would mail me keys. Never did. Still dont have a license plate or title . Have bought 3 temporary tags to stay legal because i love to ride. Called 2 weeks ago & she said they mailed my plates on Friday. Called today & she said they mailed them today ? Hope they show up in 2 or 3 days. Still, i got a good deal on the bike & i love it, ride the hell out of it every day & night .

So, I went to get financing on a 2021 Aprilia with these people. They told me it would be about 4 months until I got the bike. So, I said okay. Nevermind. And we said goodbye and hung up.They called me back the next day and said they had one. So, I said okay. They said they already had me approved for a loan as well. So, I went back and forth with him for a few days. The salesman said he needed some documents. Okay. I sent them.He then said he needed a cosigner. So, I got him one. Then he said he needed another cosigner. So I got him another. He then said the bank would not finance more than $8,000.00. So, I said, the bike is $11,400. I can pay $3,400. That makes it $8,000.00.He didnt answer me again until the following day. Then he said, I couldnt get an approval.I called the bank because things didnt seem right. The bank told me that they approved financing for the entire amount of the bike with a $2,260.00 down payment!I called Team Xtreme back and they said they couldnt do anything but give me a free helmet. What a joke!I wont ever do business with them. They lied to me, hit my credit score, and lied to me some more. I cant do business with liars.Heres the best part. I am a Disabled Combat Veteran of the Gulf War Era. Thats how we treat veterans now? We lie to them and run their credit and then lie about what the bank said? For what? Because you might have thought I didnt need the bike? You might have thought you could pull a fast one on me? You might have thought I couldnt afford it? Why? Because I am a disabled combat veteran? Thats discrimination through and through! Team Xtreme is flat out garbage in my opinion and unless they can fix this garbage they pulled, I will not remove this post. Plain and simple.Not only that. But, now they are claiming that I worked with multiple sales reps. I did not. I worked with one. Its a huge joke when a company lies that much. Cant even get my name right. Look. Before you lie anymore. Remember this is public and can be used against you. I have all contact with your company as evidence.

Brought them a wheel early Sat and they changed my tire and balanced in 30 mins. Great service and helped with a smile. Cycle gear wouldnt give me an appointment or a time when it might be done.

Bought my bike from them back in April.. Its now OCTOBER and I still have not received my Permanent plates! My temporary tag has been expired since the beginning of July because according them they cant give me a new one(Which is a lie). I have been getting the run around for forever at this point and will be going the legal route! The guy David I spoke to today laughed and joked about the fact they they get over 15 calls a day from people asking about their plates like it was a good thing! most definitely wouldnt buy anything from these guys ever again and would encourage you to do the same!!

Buying the bike was great. But it’s been almost 90 days still no tags. Get the runaround every time I call. They blame the shutdown but it was almost 30 days before the closings. Call the tag office they are not closed like told. Filed a complaint with the state today. Be careful once they have the money. Service is right out the window. This has not been resolved it has been over three months still don’t have tags. Your company will not responding to emails or calls. Told me they would send a new paper tag never did. Cindy will not return calls. I have filled a complaint with the state and the finance company that paid you. I am also hiring a attorney to take civil action for services paid for and not received. Now 4 months still no tags!!!! August and still no tags from a bike I purchased in February.

What a great experience! I got a great deal on amazing 2016 CBR 600! Mike and all of the guys at Team X-Treme were awesome and made the whole process go smooth. Definitely recommend going to see all the guys at Team X-Treme, if youre looking for your next motorcycle, canam, or slingshot.

Here is my review on the purchase of my motorcycle. I am absolutely in love with my bike! I chose to go with a Harley Davison heritage classic which in my opinion is one of the best Harleys ever made! The bike is solid and has zero issues.there was a small issue dealing with the license plates after the purchase of the bike. However, after talking with Mr. Frank at the Southwest location he addressed the problem and rapidly rectified the problem! I would highly recommend this dealership for a quality machine and customer service that will address your concerns or needs!

Don’t even waste your time with these guys. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Perhaps its to leave room for haggling but I am not that kind of person so not sure if I will but anything from them.Update a month later. The friendly salesman who promised to call me if any bikes that meet my requirements turn up never did contact me. I assumed its because there werent any. I found what I was looking for else where so as a courtesy texted him and thanked him for his help and told him I got what I needed. He replies with no idea who I am or what I am talking about. I wont ever go there again.. Initial high prices were a let down but if there isnt follow up on promises my hard earned money goes elsewhere.

He took the time to really show me the bikes and let them run, he even ran some gears for me next to the lot, and I love my new r6! Ill be back for service and upgrades for sure.

Paid cash for a 2018 s1000rr. Said they inspected it and it has a damaged fork. Seal oil leaking and their service line tells me they knew about it and never disclosed it, rather they said it was cosmetic damage. This is the second bike I have bought from them and this is what I get.

Was told they would buy my bike, I rode there and they tried to lowball me. Not even that they treated me completely different this time, I’ve been to this place here before to look for bikes. Anyways I didn’t sell my bike here because I didn’t feel welcomed. Also in the middle of the pandemic, people dying everyday yet NOT ONE MEMBER WAS WEARING A MASK... inside the dealership.. . I’ve been waiting for my license plate since June of 2020 and it’s now March of 2021. Every time I call it’s either nobody answers, the manager isn’t available or they give me some bs run around. They tell me they will be shipping the next day with overnight shipping, the next day comes and would u look at that... nothing in my mail box. For sure a pos company.

Reading through some of the reviews and find that I am not the only one that is getting the runaround about the license plate issue. I get different stories or excuses every time i call. I also leave voicemails that are never returned. I bought the bike in mid June 2020, my temp tag expired Aug 12, 2020, was told that I could not get another one. The Covid excuse is getting old. I have friends who have bought bikes from other dealers and got their plates in less than 30 days! Its been 4 months now, this doesnt make sense.
