Lisa, I currently work at spinning wheel and we stand behind our work 100%. I know just about every single shop has multiple finishers. Please verify finishing and if it was indeed our finishing we would like to see the issues at hand and correct them. We never want to see or hear that our customers are dissatisfied and I hope you arent mistaking our finishing with another finisher. Please let us know if your pieces were done by us since we do not have any history of your pieces entering our shop. We checked our records and only have one TCU piece with your name on it from 2015.
If I could give 0, I would. They finished a set of 12 nativity pieces for me through a needlepoint shop. Of the twelve, 7 have issues. Several are crooked (design leans to right or left because the finisher left more rows of stitching on one side than the other). The front of one of the standups is not flat (can see the bottom from the front). One of the heads is pulled sideways at the top (hat on the shephard is very crooked). Theres a pull in the stitching for one of the backgrounds (near the seam - must have been caught by a needle). And, the background stitching on all the animals with inside curves is now very ripply where previously it was perfectly flat (I think they did not clip the inside enough on the curve so it could lie flat). Spinning Wheel used to be top notch but now they are not. Im very disappointed and am reluctant to send it back because they might make it even worse.
Absolutely none better!
