This will be a lengthy review, so bare with me. June 4th, Friday, I was rear ended and in the hospital because I was 6 months pregnant and we needed to check the baby. On June 5th, Saturday, I was discharged from the hospital and I call Allstate, they refer me to Service King near my house. Service King is closed early on Saturday so I wait till Monday to call. Monday, June 7th, I call Service King and schedule a tow and appointment for car repair. Service King informed me they will tow my car 24- 48 hours and call me at least 2 hours prior picking up my car. Meanwhile, Im missing work, I have no working car, and have to be home for a tow. Day and days pass and no one picks up my car. I call for updates and they keep rescheduling me. I dealt with this until Wednesday, June 16th. It took them a total of 9 days to have my car towed. My husband and I follow the tow truck to Service King. When we get to Service King a man greets us and tells us how theres only 5 guys working and apparently they wont get to my car until like a month because they had about 40 cars ahead of ours. My husband and I looked at each other and walked out. We spoke to Allstate and told them our situation. I was vocal to Allstate about changing to another repair center. Service King kept pushing me off and didnt seem to take me serious about my car. Thursday, June 17th, Allstate spoke to Service King about moving my car and apparently they started working on my car and order pieces. I call BS cause theres no way they had time to see my car, much less order any pieces. To not be a complicated customer, I told Allstate, let it be, let them fix my car. Boy, was I wrong. Service King really dropped the ball, I had to call for updates, and received occasional text updates. July 1st, Thursday, my car is ready for pick up. They give me a receipt, my keys and we are on our way. I live about 10 minutes from that Service King. When I get out of my car, the car smells like its burning and the back up camera was not working. In my car accident my back up camera was not affected, so I was confused as to why they returned my vehicle this way. My husband calls Friday, July 2nd, and informed them about whats going on. He informed me I need to be there before 4:30pm to have my car checked. I arrived, and tell them whats going on and the lady at the front desk had an attitude because I told her about the burn smell, apparently my husband didnt tell her that issue, only that the back up camera wasnt working. The front desk lady insisted she didnt smell anything but her coworker was able to smell it and said it was the new exhaust that caused that smell. I was upset that no one took the time to explain to me what a new exhaust would smell like, and that this is normal. However with my back up camera, the lady insisted that I didnt clean the camera and thats why it looked that way. She cleaned it and it was no better than when I originally came in. The guy took pictures of my back up camera and said he would send the photos to his manager. Then fast forward to Wednesday, July 7th, I call to get an update on the camera, the guy there puts me on hold, says hes gonna call to see where the camera is at and then call me back. I asked him to text me and I received no calls or text updates on my camera. Today, Tuesday, July 13th, I call and they ask me to come in, so the manager can take a look at my back up camera. At this point Im beyond annoyed, has my camera not been ordered? Why does the manager need to see it? I go in, they take my car to the back and they fix my camera. When the guy brought my car back, they mentioned they didnt install the chrome on my bumper, so they went ahead and took care of it, while I was there. Ill attach the pictures of my back up camera. I honestly think when they did the paint job on my car, they didnt cover up the camera, and thats why it looked that way. This place was a non-stop headache, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Very welcoming staff! Kept us informed assisted with a vehicle rental. There are many Service Kings in Houston in our opinion, Humble and Katy were the best for customer service.We recommend you try them for collision repair and they work well with the insurance company 😉.

I called just for an estimate and they were extremely rude and disrespectful. I guess since I am self paying and not coming in under an insurance claim I am just an annoyance. I will NEVER bring my vehicle here.
They fix my car in record time I was very happy with the service and the timely updates and they finish one day early I would recommend them to everyone who has ever had something happen to the car that they love these people fix it right
Theres no way to tell my truck was rear ended. It still drives like it did the day I bought it off the lot.

Went to go get an estimate 4 weeks ago. Was told it would be ready in a couple of hours. Never got an email nor a call from them. I guess its true what i read on the reviews if you dont use your insurance you will not get any services done.....
After my daughters unfortunate accident we chose to use this location on a referral. Due to the holidays it did take longer to get it going but after they were constantly updating us and had the car ready early even. Car looks great!

They painted my car the wrong color, then Larry the supervisor told me to take my car cause he wouldnt be able to get my car back in to get properly fixed until Wed. Mind you this was no fault of mine. I had to go over his head n call the corporate office! To get my car painted the right color and fixed properly to be picked up on the appropriate date! I will not be using Service King Humble again!
Paint was good with one bit of contaminate but I will buff it out later..daily service calls on status was cool... I pick up the car today and the cover to the rear wiper was to be replace and it was not,someone tried to cut and shape a cover to fit. I will check if my other parts that was replaced was truly done... will update

Service King in humble is great. The lady that works up front was Awesome from the estimate to final repair.The final bill was more than the quote and they adjusted the bill to match the quote.The work was excellent. They repaired and painted my pearl white truck, which can be a nightmare to match the paint. The Paint looks awesome!Also I like the daily text updates.Thank you y’all.

0-starsThey changed the date on my “expected” pick up day 3 times.Spoke with one person and they said my truck was in the wash bay. I call to confirm the pick up time because I already knew how they were running things and someone else says 2 more days because they are waiting on my tire to be fixed. I even left work early that day to go pick up my only vehicle.Also, they don’t believe in saying thank you or have a great day after speaking to them, they just hang up.
Horrible job. Just Horrible. No pride at all in their work do just enough to get by and hope you dont notice dont leave anything in your vehicle at all. They will throw it out. I will never use this place again
Im not normally the type of person who leaves google reviews, but I just had to after the amazing customer service I received from this location. From start to finish, Anthony handled my repair excellently, keeping me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this Service King location and asking for Anthony in the unfortunate event that your car would need repairing.

Great experience start to finish
I wrecked my vehicle and tore up the entire front end, so the damage was significant. Service King Humble was good about communication, but eventually missed their own timeline. They were late. When I went to pick up the truck (on a Saturday morning, which is convenient) I found a blemish in the paint and one part that was reported to have been changed for a new part but appeared to be the original. I only report this because the part was scratched and dirty. Then there was the matter of cleaning. When I wrecked the vehicle, fluids from the radiator and transmission were all over the highway and inside the engine compartment. This was not cleaned and now when I drive I smell the fluids as the engine heats up. The wrecker driver threw the front grill (covered with transmission fluid in the bed of the truck, staining the spray in liner. This was also not cleaned.The entire process is a little sketchy though. These guys are a preferred vendor for my insurance company, which means no adjuster looked at the vehicle. I may be a bit cynical, but that is a bit of the fox guarding the hen house isnt it. I may have come out of the deal better under this method, but somehow I feel like there is an opportunity to screw me and/or the insurance company over...and Im just not that excited about the absence of checks and balances.
Working in the service industry, I know many comments people send are negative. Nowadays it seems rare that people take the time to send positive comments but in this case, I feel Mr. Grimes went above and beyond what is normal in the service industry and I appreciate all of his help and the entire staff at the Service King in Humble Texas.I had the option twice to take my vehicle to BMW of North Houston but chose Service King primarily due to Mr. Grimes’ professionalism, knowledge and customer orientated service. James kept me updated by routinely calling me and letting me know the status of my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. I did not expect this as I have not received this type of service in the past from other collision centers, to include BMW. This was extremely impressive to me - it is for this reason I wanted to thank and acknowledge Mr. Grimes for all of his help and patients dealing with me; (an extremely demanding customer) not only for getting my vehicle repaired but most importantly his commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
The girl at the front desk is very nice and professional good customer service. The enterprise rental car guy in there name given as Matthew needs to learn customer service from the girl at the front desk of the service king boy can she teach him how to be customer service oriented .

There nice if they know you got insurance money. But if you just walk in your probably pay twice as much as they would charge insurance company but they do great work.
It took a month for the fender of my vehicle to be repaired; ten days to order and receive the part (understandable), but post deliveray it was installed incorrectly. So the process essentially started all over again. The customer service agents, Yulanda in particular were friendly and provided excellent service; the only issue I truly had was the length of time it took for repairs

They didnt fix a whole in the cowlgrill but took the money for it, banged out a dent and left a ripple that they didnt fix. Also they take longer than estimated. The service is not king its a joke.

I brought in my daughters car, for flood damage. My daughter requested to be notified on what the repairs would be. She never received a call and they just took in the car for repairs without notifying her. A week later we ask to see the car and they say the where in the process of chemical cleaning. We go in the day after only for them to tell us they never even tried to do anything to the car.

I dropped my truck off at Service King day after Christmas on the 26th. Customer service was the pits every time I was to find out something about the repairs on my truck I had to call I didnt get my truck until January 12th approximately 17 days later repair service on the truck was very good the customer service was horrible. This was the second time that I use Service King first time was awesome this time not so much. If needed I will probably use Service King again hopefully my customer service technician wont be David.
I had a nearly brand new Dodge Ram 2500 tboned by a driver in a stolen car. It was one of the worst weeks of my life. Nothing but stress, confusion, uncertainty and frustration. Despite the painful process and the eventual totaling out of the truck, the service provided by Yulanda and Jeanie at Service King made the overall experience far more bearable. From the frequency of updates, clear communication and helping me with salvaging what I could from the total loss, this group really went above and beyond for a customer that ultimately wasnt even able to pay them for any services. If I ever have a collision need in the future (god I hope not), I will be bringing it back here.Thank you for everything!

Great service. Quick turn-around, enterprise was inside the shop with an Allstate inspection on-site. Hand-off from all-state to repair to rental was seamless and professional.
So my insurance company sent me to these guys to get an estimate for repairs and they promptly sent payment to the shop after the estimate was completed. After reading the numerous god-awful reviews, I called my insurance and said Id rather take the truck elsewhere. I was told it would take 3 business days for Service King to refund the money... here I am, 27 days later, no refund in sight. Stay away from this place and their shady business practices.
Hate this place with a passion. Insurance fraud comes to mind. Their motto is a little white lie wont hurt anyone. There are plenty of Service Kings around town...use this one as a last resort.
Waited for 15 mins. The girl at the front desk tried to get someone to do an estimate. Everyone was going to lunch and she left to go smoke. Noone came to talk to me so I left. Very rude. Definitely dont want them working on my truck!
Larry (the GM) went above and beyond. He helped out tremendously with a difficult time.
Unless you are one of their insurance partners, they will shoo you away along with your business. I went there once with an Allstate claim and had good service. I went back as a repeat customer with a Progressive claim and they basically told me to go away. Ill never go back nor will I recommend to anyone.
This location doesn’t care about customer service. My 6 month old car was in the shop for over 44 days to replace a fender and related repairs due to an animal encounter (this is not including the 9 days I waited for an appointment and the 14 days I waited for the parts to come in). I was called into the shop 5 times to approve the work only to return home empty handed. I’m upset about the excuses I heard and the things that had to be corrected that had nothing to do with my accident. The first time I arrived for inspection it was obvious the car was not ready nor had it been looked over by Victor before hand. My insurance paid for 3 parts that were not on the car (a chrome piece, a plastic protective coating, and a new hubcap). In addition, the new fender was misaligned and the paint had numerous flaws (painted over dust particles, etc). After discussions I was told that the fender could not be corrected, that their paint booth is not a ‘dust free’ environment and I shouldn’t expect a factory finish even if my car was only 6 months old and I would have to live with what I had (in the end I took it home with 2 small paint flaws, that is the best I could do). After the third inspection these things that were unfixable were repaired (not to my total satisfaction, but better), but for the next 2 weeks it seems like they had to keep repairing things that had nothing to do with my original accident. These items include: overspray on the hubcaps on the opposite side of the car, a window sticker in my undamaged window was ruined, my passenger seat and center arm rest had greasy dark marks on them, my trip odometer was reset for some reason, discoloration on my door weather stripping, etc. The manager and Victor were not polite and messages I left for them were not generally returned. They also put about 12 miles on the car. If you choose to use this facility, inspect your entire car thoroughly before accepting it and insist they get it right.
This was not my first experience with Service King. The only downside to this experience was, no indication to me as to when services would be completed. I was notified shortly after 4pm but was in the middle of a project that would not allow me to get the rental back without being charged an extra days rental fee.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience with Service King. They had my car for 2 and half weeks for what should have been a relatively quick repair job. In fact it was through to their reassemble step by the end of the first week, but it took them another week and half to finish it up. The worst part by far was their complete lack of communication. I was assigned a service rep, but after an initial email he went silent. He did not respond to my email or my voicemails. The only way I got any status on my car was if I called them up and talked to the operator. To top it off they found two issues at the very end (a coolant leak and the high beams not working) after it had been just sitting there waiting on a part for over a week. Why didnt they fix those while it was just sitting there waiting? Lets just say Ill be going somewhere else if I ever need work done again.
This is by far the best collision repair work Ive ever had done on my car.
I will never use it service King again. They are the worst collision repair center in humble. It took a full month to repair a broken window and some scratches on my vehicle in the meantime all they did was wait around and lie to me about when my car was going to be done. Heather at the front desk finally told me after 4 weeks that my car was done, tell when I Drive there I called said I was on my way but I might be a few minutes late, and she said no problem I will wait for you. However, when I arrived no one was there the lights were off and she had left. So not only will I never recommend their business to anyone, and I was so unsatisfied with their service I took the time out of my day to write this review

Had to take my car in for some front end damage. Bumper started to loosen up and pop out on one side after their repair. I took it back and they fixed the loose side but on another unrelated repair another shop told me they should have replaced the bumper due to some broken clips but didnt. They used sheet metal screws to secure the loose part instead and it didnt even match up properly. Shoddy work = I will not return.
