They advocated for me from the get go when the wrecker company supposedly lost the keys to the getting the insurance company getting the information they needed.Everyday I received an update of the progress being made. They allowed me to come see the progress and treated me with family like courtesy.The vehicle was clean and waxed looking better than at the time they received it. When I borrowed my friends car at the time them checked out the headlights without charging me for their time

After taking my car to Parkway family kia in kingwood to get my door fixed my dash kept saying door open they told me to take my car to a autobody shop that they could not fix my door. I took my car to Service king in kingwood and they told me that I had to pay upfront all fees and the minimum would be for 6 hours at $62 an hour so i left and if I needed a knew door it would be over $2000 because its not a insurance claim so I left . I went to Cliffords car care in humble a very honest place and professional to get my inspection sticker and I asked them if they knew of anyone that could fix my door and they referred me to Gator collision service on west lake Houston in humble they are great the owner Stan looked at my door and it took him 5 mins to fix my door he knew exactly what was wrong with my car door, and didnt charge me anything . Stan was awesome with which to work. There were a couple things we had to do after I initially got my car back. He had technicians stay over to finish my car and offered to pay for my rental vehicle when the insurance would no longer cover it. He worked directly with the insurance and took that hassle off me. He offered me discounted rates on damages above those covered by insurance. My car looks wonderful. I am so pleased! I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

They came to pick up my vehicle from my house, did a fantastic job repairing it, and allowed me to drop my rental off there when I picked up my vehicle, so I didn’t have to make an additional trip to the rental car company. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t 5 star. Communication was horrible and the repair took longer than I was told to expect. The repair work is ok but the paint job is really good.

I went to West Lake Houston Collision Center to get an estimate on some damage on our SUV from a community gate. I worked with Luis Espinoza who was very professional and a pleasure to work with. As we are going over the estimate, which was almost half what I had gotten from another body shop, he said the damage was really not that bad and if I would let him try a solution they sometimes use. He said he thought it would get most of not all of it off so I said lets try it. To my surprise all the scratches were in fact removed and all that remained was a small chip in the paint. I mentioned I had received some touch-up pens when we purchased the vehicle so he told me what to do. He instructed me to do the touch-up, while it was sunny, then wax the area. I did was instruct and its all gone. Best of all was that Luis did all that at no cost!! It says alot when a business is willing to help the customer fix something without charging for doing more than is needed. I will definitely take future business to them and will recommend to everyone I know!

Luis was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Dropped off and not only was the job completed in a timely manner the car was spotless. They had taken the time to not only wash it but vacuumed the inside as well as wiped it all down. I am grateful that they provided top notch service. Definitely will recommend to anyone that ask.

Luis was super informative about my repair process and updated me throughout the steps. I have a Lexus GX460 and was on the fence about the best place to take it for parts and body work. I’m so glad I chose WLH Collision Center! They are incredibly efficient and do excellent work. And, they stand by their work 100%. It is really more like 110% because they go above and beyond. My vehicle looked like it had been detailed inside and out when my body work was completed. My repair went through my Allstate insurance and they handled everything seamlessly. I highly recommend them!!

I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot. Wrecker took my 2013 f150 to w lake Houston collision. It took them 3 weeks just to find the parts. Then they call to say my truck is ready, I get there and still have to wait an hour because nobody had cleaned or washed it. Then got home to discover they had thrown the old wrecked parts into the back of my truck.i do not recommend this body shop for those reasons but the body work was done good.

I had a 2019 Ram 2500 that was in a accident, another shabby shop made an estimate to try and repair it. My salesman’s Tom Huberty at Texan Dodge recommended Stans shop to me for another look at the truck as well as a proper estimate. He got the truck to his shop and within a few hours he had the entire front end torn off and was already starting on a proper estimate. He was extremely helpful and stayed In contact during the entire thing. Thankfully he estimated it right or that would have been fixed. I will go there for any repairs!

Recently I was in an accident that caused the need for repairs to my bumper. Despite the delay of the holidays, Luis went over and beyond to make sure I was informed of my vehicle repairs. I have always driven past this collision center and due to its convenient location in the Summerwood/The Groves/ Eagle Springs area it came in handy due to an unfortunate situation my vehicle was involved in. I came by for a quote which was more than fair and Stan was very personable and friendly. The repairs were done quick and my SUV is beautiful. Due to the foreign make/model of my car, not everyone performs service on it in reasonable time but Westlake Collision took care of everything. Great experience! I was given a no hassle estimate and when I couldnt commit to the repairs right away there was no pressure at all to get scheduled. I took my truck in about 10 days later and they even gave me a ride to the car rental office. My truck was fixed on time, on budget, and it looks great.
