This by far is the place to go to for a custom AR build. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly in helping an amateur hobbyist like myself. I came in there with a specific design that I was looking for and low and behold, they had an upper in stock that was ready for purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a custom build where you pick every single part, this is the place for you.This location does get busy so if there are some add ons / modifications or customs builds to your weapon system after purchasing, the firearm must stay with them for at least a day and they will work on it when the store closes.I personally would have liked to wait on my firearm and take it home that day but then another customers service could have been compromised. I understand this policy completely and this is part of what makes Parts the best.

Excellent customer service and their staff is very knowledgeable! My only complaint is that I passed by the shop so many times before walking in. If you’re looking for spare parts or top of the line upgrades for your rifle or handgun this shop is a one stop shop!

Not a family friendly store. There is no logical reason not to let kids (their future customers) into the store. Me and family just moved from Louisiana to Texas so I was really excited to have a store like this within a mile of my house. Me and my son jumped in the truck and drove over. There were signs on the store front that masks were required. Okay, they are trying to keep the doors open, I get it. But there was also signs that children were not allowed in the store. I went in the door and asked an employee why kids weren’t allowed in the store. His response was “because kids don’t have to wear a mask they are not letting anyone under 18 in the store until the covid stuff is over”. I was going there with my son to buy everything but a stripped lower to build out his first AR15 for his 10th birthday this week. He was so excited. If he can’t go in to pick out his own parts, I’m not going in either. If they don’t value supporting the future generations of shooters, I won’t support them. I’ve since called other gun shops within a 15 mile radius and they are more than happy to have me AND MY SON come in and spend our money in their stores. We will not support this store now, or when they decide to do the right thing and let future gun owners back into their store.

Super helpful and nice people at this store. They have everything you’ll need to build your gun.
