They were more interested in taking care of the calling clients than the ones in line. I almost put the def. Down to walk out when they finally called out next person in line.

I came here because I had a tail light out. Had to get a new replacement bulb. The staff. It was busy. There was lots of traffic. Innand out of the store. They had tools on hand because I didnt have any. So I that was very helpful and the staff was efficient and very friendly. Able to look up the parts that I needed and made it very convenient.

Anthony the store manager was awesome provide a great customer service knowledge and expertise. I always send all my customers that come to buy cars that need parts to this store passing up many other stores for this stores great customer service its well worth the extra couple minutes.

This auto zone staff members or untrained and incompetent! I took my car in for a diagnostics with the little hand held machine they advised me my battery was excellent and it was my alternator. Took it to the dealership to be advised it is only my battery! Now i’m paying $150 for a diagnostic which could of been on my new battery!!!!

I went in to get a diagnostic test on my car and the cashier told me that due to covid that they cant go outside and hook the device up to my car. Meanwhile they have a thin sheet of protective glass (or whatever it is) halfway covering the desk...like covid wont be able to get around it🙄 the guy that read and explained my test results was very informative and friendly!!!!

This morning called the store to see if they can check engine light. Male who answered the phone told me machine is down!Machine they talking about hand size obd scanner and they have plenty of them.Basically AutoZone workers lie to customers and preventing to go this location for business.We called OReilly next to this specific store they welcome us. Took 2 minutes to find out whats wrong with the car and what parts we need to fix the vehicle!

Ordered a gasket next day and had to just go up to the store and pick one up. Just got another notice this morning that theres still a delay in shipping. Looks like at least four or five days. Update! About 2 weeks now and still nothing and no reversal on the charges on my credit card either!

Had a good deal on oil, oil & air filter. This store is a hub so they usually stock a better variety than other store. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

I needed a new battery, so I came to this AutoZone. They were busy, but were getting customers out very quickly. Ericka F. took care of me very well! Gave me my options for batteries with a warranty quickly and had me rung up and finished within minutes! Then a few minutes later, Noel installed my battery and I was done! Both Ericka and Noel were so nice and friendly! Actually, it seemed like everyone in there was friendly and helpful. So refreshing! Im so glad I went to this location. Will definitely go back!

First trip they gave me wrong parts. Return to replace to correct parts and lost the discount that the first one gave so had to pay more to get the right ones. (Oil and air filters) also got some overpriced bulbs.

Fast service with a very good attitude. Jaramillo is an example for today but I got help with my needs with others in past moment, even with other customers you can be an eyewitness of the same.

Had a horrible experience with this place. Been bought their batteries for years andaand they were very quick at swapping bad bettery out under warranty. This time ones my battery turned bad, but they refused help. First they told me to open the battery myself and bring it in for them to charge. But their tools didnt not even work. After telling the assistant manager about it, she shoved me a random tool box and tell me to go find the tool. They didnt even look up my information to verify my warranty like they used to do. Again they refused to swap and tell me to get it brought in and have it charged for 1 to 2 hours. I did not have 1 to two hours to wait. This is not a type of customer service that I expect from AutoZone. Ill bring my business else where.

Bad customer service = front staff and Bad Manager = Armando.I wanted to return an item but didn’t have my receipt. I was told to wait as the front guy (who never came back) went to get the Manager.After 10 minutes I asked another guy if he could help and the Manager told him to send me to me to the back with him.I went to the back and Armando just ignored me for another 10 minutes, I was literally standing right next to him as he printed out invoices for Sterling McAll dealership. Armando was also chit chatting with a guy instead of at least acknowledging me.After 10 minutes waiting I interrupted him and asked him was he able to help me or not. He printed out the receipt and just handed it to me without helping me get my transaction processed. Specifically because the other guy who was helping me disappeared.So now I’m back at register and no one was helping me. I had to ask for help and they kept helping the people in line. I had to again ask someone to help me and demand that they finish the transaction.45 minutes of waiting with bad customer service.

So disappointed in the customer service yesterday. Ill NEVER go back again. This AZ is only 0.3 miles from my house and I believe in supporting local businesses, but from now on Ill drive to the Northpark store for my needs.Went in for an air filter. As it happened, I was the only Caucasian in the store. Not an issue for me. My family is interracial and I have Hispanic, Japanese and Black in-laws/cousins. However, the 2 (Blk) workers behind the counter waited on every single person in the store, making me waite till I was the only person in line. Even 2 people who walked in after me was told to step out of line and approach the register.For me, race and/or gender has never made a person better or less than another individual. Ive lived all over the world and I can honestly say that as a Western white female, I was treated better in the Middle East than right here in the Humble, TX Auto Zone.

Decent prices but service is great people that actually knows and likes what thier doing plus they can check to see why you have an engine light on, they also test your car battery for you and you can rent or barrow a used tool or help you install some basic things if you dont know how.

This is the worst place ever. horrible horrible horrible service. My office manager purchased a battery and the guy started to do the free install but then gave up. He left her outside in the cold with his tools and she tried to figure out how to unhook it and install the new battery herself. I came to her rescue to help, and I was disgusted at their incompetence and how they think its ok to treat a woman like this and leave her stranded! Unbelievable and disgusting! Do not ever shop here and support this! Ever. Management didnt compensate her for this bad experience or anything. I will never give them any business ever again.

They were able to test my battery fully and found a dead cell. Didnt charge me a penny, so an absolute 5 stars. The gentleman was so nice and gave me pointers on how to get the best deal on a new battery

I called and asked about new headlights for my car, and the employee checked the exact types of bulbs I need and then said he would hold them for me when I arrived! The service there is awesome and the employees are well knowledged. They can even suggest future parts you might need for your car based on what they observe after walking back to your car with you and diagnosing your car problems.

People are friendly.You can get your car battery charged for free and theyll test for you free of charge as well.They get rid of used oil for you.Despose of your car battery and give you a discounted price when buying a new one.Car batteries last about 5 years, so I recommend getting the 5 year warranty batteries.Even though they are more expensive i think its a better deal.They also have the two year warranty batteries.Brakes have a lifetime warranty, which is great.

After receiving speedy help locating the windshield wipers appropriate for my car, the AutoZone employee quickly offered to help me install them! I greatly appreciate him taking the time to go out of his way and install the new wipers for me.

Some of the guys working here are a joke. Some of them associates working the counter dont have a clue. I guess they think there the only ones that know a thing or two about cars. I asked for a certain part and this guy gave me the run around about something he clearly knew nothing about. I ended up at another AutoZone and got exactly what I needed with no problem.

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could.. I am a 25 year old college student that stopped by this Autozone to make a purchase for an out mini bulb and accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car. I went inside and asked if there was a phone I could use and they said no. They offered no assistance and didn’t even come outside to check on me as it was already past 8 pm... one person finally looked out of the window after my friend got in the car and the horn blew with the factory alarm. SMH. They all need customer service training.. maybe I should reach out to the home office.
