Went to autozone today for a battery for my vehicle. The cashier who rang me up was a black female with long braids. Little did I know that she, with out asking me, added to my order the battery protector jell. I didnt find out until I got the battery home and saw it in the bag that also had a bottle of wax that I had also purchased. This is very unprofessional, you should ask the customer if they want an item, and not just add it to their order without telling them. I will be contacting the corporate office!!
The store manager Ms. Candi is always so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in with an issue and she made sure that I was well taken care of. The young man Vivian is an excellent worker and fast. In a blink of an eye I was out the door. The store is always clean and the workers always helpful. I recommend this location to any and everyone to bring your business here. On Thursday 9/16 I visited this Autozone location. My truck was giving problems and myMechanic recommended that I get a new Battery. I went into the store #6192 and the store associate couldn’t find my battery’s warranty under my 2 phone numbers nor my uncle’s number who originally purchased my battery. My Frustration grew thicker as the minutes ticked away and the manager Candy stepped in and saved the day. Candy pulled me to the side and asked me to stay calm and she’ll look further into the situation. Candy and I went to another computer and I gave her the same phone numbers that I gave the associate Derek and the numbers did not show my warranty. I was prepared to pay almost $200 for a new battery, Candy then asked does your uncle have another phone number. I looked puzzled for a moment then I responded, yes he does but he didn’t have this number at the time of purchase. Candy Insisted that I give her the number and thank God for Candy because my warranty was under my uncle’s new number instead of his old number. OMG Candy was heaven sent! I didn’t have the extra money to spend on a battery but I would’ve done so if need be. I want to thank AutoZone for placing Candy in a Mgmt position because she’s very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and she definitely goes the extra mile to insure that her customers are HAPPY AND SATISFIED!! I’m an EXTREMELY satisfied customer and I would recommend EVERYONE who needs assistance with their vehicles to please visit Autozone store #6192! Candy and Derek will make sure you’re satisfied!! Staff was ok. They just didnt offer item I was looking for in a medium package (blue locktite). It was either two or three of the smalls or shop size!!!!!
This is a new store and its very convenient for me because its on my way home from work. I had stopped in to purchase about 4 items and the person that helped me pulled two of these items incorrectly. Of course I had no idea until I arrived at my mechanic for and oil change and found out that the oil filter and air filter were both incorrect. I can say that when I went back for the return it went very smoothly.
Thanks to your associate Micheal C. I actually got the correct part for my truck after the mechanic had me buying the wrong one. Micheal gave me a good suggestion to get a second opinion because what i was told didnt make since. I really appreciate the knowledge of your associate on parts and products. One star is too many!!! Son bought a Battery in Sept 2019 and it was not working. Took it there to have it tested and they said it was fine. Went to dealer they tested it and was told battery was no good. Very weak. He called AutoZone and of course they could not find him in their system. Very convenient...He had proof of purchase on his credit card but since they could not find him in the system they said there was no warranty. He had to purchase a new battery in less than a year. Be careful when buying from these people! Will report to the BBB.

I have no words. So I came on here ranting about my visit in hopes that maybe the issue was with my car was my car fault but I had to sleep on it . I had been there since 6:00 pm until closing time.I mention to the you guys how much they help and assisted me . Travis the manager even paid for my car to be towed so knew he felt some type of remorse. I spoke with someone from Nissan today and he said they must’ve have blown a fuse. I didn’t mention everything so basically before I purchased a new battery my car was jump starting and starting up . It all went down hill when I purchased another battery and Shane came to install it . Shane made conversation with me and he mention how he was hired with food experience . He said he had no experience with cars and such but he said he knew some things about cars . I should have followed my first mind and allowed someone else to assist me but I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. This is my first car and I female don’t know much about cars. I’m just frustrated and need my car working . So as he was installing the battery he installed it backwards at first and the had to turn the opposite way . I should have realized from here he didn’t know what he was doing again I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. So after all this the car still won’t start . As he was installing the battery they was sparking coming from it . I didn’t think anything of it as well. Until my car didn’t start I said now something is wrong. Like I mention before they did everything to try problem solved but nothing work . I left thinking that my car was the problem and it was in anti theft mode possible . I had already had a long week so I wasn’t thinking clearly and I didn’t want to make fuss. I thought that when I woke up the next morning and called Nissan they will insure me that it was simple issue with anti theft and it could be prepared with simply instructions . I was wrong the Nissan tech told me they had to have had blown a fuse and that I would have to pay $150 for a diagnostic and that’s not even including the repairs . He also mention he have changed numerous batteries and that never happen. So from there I knew it wasn’t my car fault and like said before my car was running and before they changed the battery out . I believe they entire staff knew they were a fault and wanted to do anything they could to keep me calm which they do did. I decided against writing that they even went as far as purchasing things to help me out because I didn’t know if they would get in trouble . Shane purchased a battery for key fob so that he try to use my key fob to get out anti theft mode and get it started and the manager Travis purchased me a tow truck to get my car back to my place. Though all this appreciated it still says a lot about the service . It’s tells me first and foremost they felt some type of guilt and regret . It’s also tells me that I would have even a bigger bill to have pay out of my pocket if I didn’t talk about my whole experience entirety . I tried to leave somethings out because I wanted to believe that it wasn’t their fault but it was . My car only malfunction when they touched it . So to the Autozone company what will you guys do to help me . I’ve spoken with Sally at the regional office and she said that she will get the district manager to reach out to me. I really need my car and with COVID-19 and everything it’s needed even more . I have recently started a new job and it isn’t close to where I live it’s 45 mins away . I go back to work on tomorrow and I don’t have a way of getting there . We are all struggling doing this pandemic and this has made my struggle 10x worse .
The manager Micheal and sales Johnny Fuentes was soooo helpful with my tire gash at the last minute!! I’m truly grateful for their help and awesome customer service. I don’t normally travel on this side of town and I had a problem with my tires leaking air ! They did everything possible to help me out before closing. Thanks guys and stay safe! Every time I go to this location, it never fails.... you get great service with a joke at the same time. As crazy as life is right now the workers here understand that we can make a joke about it just to keep the day going

This is a new large Auto Zone location. The excellent lighting reflects off the shiny floors.The store is well stocked. Merchandise presentation is excellent. The store associates were very friendly and professional.I actually made the trip to dine at the Texas Roadhouse next door. When I saw the new Auto Zone building, I had to check it out. I wish I lived closer to this business.

I have a custom show truck and put aftermarket ac on it, finding the right belt seamed like it was going to be painful running back and forth until I found the right length. Well Michael C.
