I was visiting family in humble and ran over a nail. They helped fix my tire to get me back home and gave me their honest opinions regarding the repair. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The wait was well over an hour for a tire plug but seeing as it was a last minute appointment and I really needed it done before my journey it was worth the wait.

Slow, uninvolved, and slow slow slow.Stood in line for five minutes with three service techs speaking with a customer. Not one acknowledged me until their conversation was over. One is which was the service manager.The brief interaction was to tell me they werent there to help and to tell me I needed move to the next line.After I spoke with the CS agent about replacing my Walmart battery, I was given a turn time of 1hr 30 minutes.Walking out to the service bay, a single vehicle was in sight in the service bay for an oil change. Plenty of techs having, want seemed to be, entertaining discussions though. Four servicemen with soonest no work and Im given an hour and a half.Mind you.... this is a simple battery swap.Came back an hour and a half later and the job had just been completed.Long wait for next to nothing. Would have done it myself but the less than one year old Walmart battery left my car running only after using jumper cables and I dont keep tools in my daily driver.Overall..... Garbage interaction with a garbage turn time for minimal work with almost zero vehicles.Service techs move at a snails pace because theyre obviously insufficiently motivated, underpaid, mismanaged, or a combination of the aforementioned issues.

Waited over 3 hours worse part was not even full or short staffed. Didn’t even bother to put my replacement tires back in it’s place where other locations do so. Would not recommend don’t waste your time or money here just go elsewhere. When I called to explain my experience with the manager DEBBIE she just brushed it off! Poor customer service from her as well.

Will is the best manager that I have seen. Very professional and reasonable price.William keep up the good work. Walmart, please make sure that you treat him great. Guy with extreme knowledge about cars.

The lovely older man checked my tires and explained tire pressure to me, because I am completely dumbfounded when it comes to cars. He even explained why my sensor said the left was low but it was the back rear and I truly appreciated that time. They take everyone in as efficiently as possible, which is appreciated. The older woman at the counter seemed a bit peeved, but the young lady with her was very patient, kind and informative. I highly recommend this walmart for all your tire and oil needs.

I waited an hour and a half to have my tires rotated and balanced. My car was sitting on the lift for 45 minutes untouched. The actual work took 20 minutes.

It was an extremely long wait for just to have 2 tires mounted/balanced. Price was extremely fair! Customer Service was mediocre.

Very understaffed.

Wasnt happy at all. Took 3 hours to put in a battery. The person who puts them in didnt know what he was doing. He had to get help. Then drops a tool on the battery posts and sparks fly everywhere. Then he says he didnt do nothing. 2 days later my wifes car starts smoking. I opened the hood and smoke it coming of the post. He forgot to put the nut back on the post. Now we are dealing with Walmart insurance to fix it. Not good at all. Had to highlight one star to write this in.

The auto care center let me charge the battery on the motorized shopping cart after it died on me. I sat behind the counter with my cart plugged in for about 10 minutes or so...I just needed enough juice to get me to the check out counters and then out to my vehicle to unload my purchases So it was all good. 😁

Astonishing that this location can have a service manager with ZERO automotive knowledge!

The tire lube and express is one of the best ones Ive ever been to they go on and above to help you out. I will always have my car serviced there. The service manager David is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

If you need their service department dont expect them to pick up the phone. I called 7 times in two days just to try and see what the wait time would be to get an oil change, I finally had to drive in and when asked why they wouldnt pick up the phone i was told We are busy. I proceeded to explain to the service associate that the person on the other end if the phone is just as important add the person standing in front of them. Its basic customer service.

The prices are acceptable, but the service was very poor. I had never used Walmart before and I didnt park where they needed me to park because they never told me. When they couldnt find my car, they just moved right along to the next customer and forgot all about my service ticket. When I brought this up to the lady behind the counter she acted like it was my fault. They got me in right away after I complained, but I was there for an hour and a half waiting on them to get their stuff together. Ill be back to get tires, but only because I am a college student and I cant afford tires anywhere else. It would be wise for them to retrain their employees on customer service. They would receive more business by doing so.

Workers are rude! My daughter was passed over for over an hour and people came after her getting waited on long before her and she couldnt get anyine to take her service slip. One employee there turned his back on her and wouldnt wait on her. He was too busy on a personal phone call.Two or three cars in line for an oil change but is always at LEAST a two hour wait. The service personal is very rude and uncaring. This is not based on a one time thing! We expect nothing better from these people!

Drove in to change the oil in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I was told that my vehicle was too new and it wasnt in the system yet. So....no oil change. Its our policy. is what I was told by the Walmart employee. 🤬

The one in Humble 9235 North Sam Houston East BLVD is the worst. Customer service is lousy David their automotive manager doesnt belong there filed several complaints with management but falls of deaf ears.

The wait time gets a bit long at times. But the service agent was very helpful at resolving my issue. I will return again.

They didn’t give much details at all, I kept going back to ask questions. They were supposed to message me when my car was done so i was walking around for 2 hours then i went to check to see how my car was doing and my car was parked finished already!! Then I open up the hood when I get home because there was a burning smell and there was spelt oil everywhere!! Very dirty, sloppy, not professional work. First and last time going there.

Overall very efficient. Always seem to be faster than the other Walmart TLES.

Bought a battery that had to be returned and exchanged and though I know they have to put it through the tests all the while being slammed with work in the field they still kept up with the work load. The ladies inside were very kind.

After waiting 30 minutes out front, I went inside assuming I was in the wrong spot. I waited 20 minutes in line to be told to go back and wait outside. After waiting outside I was finally able to flag down a worker. 3 hours later I came back because they never contacted me to get my car. 2 days later I came outside to a huge pile of oil on the ground. They did not tighten the drain plug and let all the oil spill out. Thx walmart

Theyve always been helpful to me. They get busy and sometimes it takes a while for them to see what you want.

Avoid this place at all cost. I took my Camry here for an oil change and the incompetent technician did not install the gasket on the oil filter correctly. The result? All of my oil leaked within a week, my car was making knocking noises so I took into a shop. That’s when an actual mechanic realized the oil leak. GOOGLE ALL OF THE WALMART HORROR STORIES! YOU WILL BE SHOCKED BY WHAT YOU FIND.

Due to lack of staff, service took way longer than it should have. It is much better to have to many than not enough.

Took three hours to get basic oil change and was told only 1 hour wait. Dont know if I will be back for oil change again. There just to busy or to slow.

Found what I needed and at good prices

Good price but horrible service. Guess thats what you get when you go to walmart. Got here at 330 and Im still watching on my new 4 tires that are only suppose to take 45 mins and its 536 now . Talk to the Manger and all he said was well I only have one guy here and hes also working the other side . Yet Ive seen 5 guys working and some already went on lunch and the guy working on my car walked off and started working on another vehicle . Dont come here if you dont want to waste your time.

Dont go for a lube service they have poor customer service. They will take their time and you will have to tell them who is first in line. No Stars

Took 15 mins just to check in, as no one was doing the check in. We had to go inside to ask, then go wait another 5 mins for someone to help. With only 1 car in front of us it took over an hour for a basic oil change. We will never use this store again.

Lube center over filled my truck by 2 quarts of oil. Had I not caught it before I left by checking it myself I would be looking at blown seals. Was on my receipt as well, holds 7 qts. Charged me for 9. While correcting the problem with manager, another customer told me he had the same issue. Short answer check it for yourself. Tech just told me that it held 8 qts plus a 1 qt of additive so it is fine because he can fit it in the crankcase not because that is the manufacturer spec. No just no, truck crankcase capacity is 7. Tech then told me a qt of additive does not increase the volume. Arg. Never again.

Very busy when I went in for an oil change. Despite this, everyone was very accommodating, friendly and genuinely helpful.

Absolutely horrible service .. absolutely no professionalism .. i had to wait for 2 hours just to get a tire change .. the employees workin the tire and lube center were all just acting a fool and goofin around doing nothing .. taking their own sweet time and pretending to be working .. based on this experience it wpuld be safe to say that on average you can expect to wait an hour longer than what it takes to get the job done ... never coming back here again ..

Great service! Fast and pricing was good!

It took them over 3 hours to put 4 tires on my car with no one in front of me. The first hour, I spent just trying to get someone to take the order slip that I got from the cashier. Not very well organized out there! They did not cleanup after themselves, especially the wheels. I would think long and hard before using them again.

Just take it to a shop I wouldnt trust them to change my oil
