My Audi had problems with the water pump after the freeze. I received a few outrageous quotes. Cliffords gave me a very reasonable quote and did an exceptional job! Due to their excellent work and great employees, I have now made this my new spot for oil changes and any future work. Anthony is so kind and knowledgeable, as is Roy. They are very communicative and efficient, I will definitely continue to bring them my service and recommend them to anyone!

I have been to this place more than I would like since I have older vehicles. They have done good work and have been honest. They are not the cheapest place around and they are usually busy meaning they also arent the fastest around either. If trustworthy is what you are looking for, then its worth it.

It took too long for them to locate the problem. I ended up having to rent a rental car. But once I got the car back I was ok. Just hate they took they time in working on it. Didnt want a rush job but 5 days. SMH.

Had my truck for three days. Said come pick it up we cant find anything wrong, cant get any fault codes to come up, truck runs fine. Best thing we can tell you is it happens again have it towed here and well look at it again. I pick it up its almost out of gas, ac is stuck on blowing from the foot mode, and wants to die when I give it gas. Now I have more problems than I had before taking it there. Only problem before was sometimes it would take a couple of turns of the key to start

Definitely recommend. Brought my car in for a tune up. They informed me of oil leaking into my coils and spark plugs. But what I liked is both Anthony and Mr. Roy took the time in explaining to me what occurred, how it occurred. They also gave me great information regarding cabin air filter and when to replace as well as changing my belts since my car has over 160K miles. I have used Cliffords Car Care for at least 10 years now. The most extensive work they have done for me is a full engine rebuild for a 2012 Volvo S60 T5. That engine has been running flawlessly for 20k miles now. I have also used them for everything including routine maintenance, brakes, a transmission repair, identification a safety system sensor failure, etc. Every significant repair they do they are careful to explain to you exactly what is happening, will walk you through any service codes the car is showing them, any Technical Service Bulletins they are seeing from the Manufacturer, and any other information they have on hand. They will then work with you on options to cost control the repair as much as practical and wont surprise you at the end. I fully trust Cliffords to handle any repair no matter how small or large. They perform high quality work at a good price.

I had an oil change done on my Mercedes. The service was quick and everyone was professional. I liked everyone I dealt with and in fact asked them for a quote on another service. My only concern is that the replacement synthetic oil was not the same viscosity as the oil I use in the vehicle (MFG Spec is 5w-40). I assumed (obviously incorrectly) that the replacement oil would be 5w-40. I generally use Mobile 1 and change my oil every 5000 miles. I didnt feel is was imperative to use Mobile 1 in this case but would have preferred 5w-40.

Best Auto Repair in the area. They worked on my Range Rover and BMW M5 just like the dealership would, but not the cost of the dealership. I went in with no information to give them besides that a warning light was coming on in my car. They were able to find and diagnose the problem. It was an expensive repair but they were able to save me money by correctly identifying the failed parts and not waste my money replacing the whole assembly. The repair was explained thoroughly and the work was done quickly.

These guys are great! I went there twice last week (once to repair my windshield wipers and then to replace my drivers side mirror). Both times I was greeted with smiles and fit right in even though I didnt have an appointment. The quality of there work was superb. The customer service was stellar. And I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Being new to the area it can be intimidating trying to find a new mechanic but they made me feel very welcomed. The best part is they work on ALL vehicle types! Its can be difficult (and expensive) to find a mechanic that works on European vehicles-- this place does it all and for waaaaaaay less than going to the dealer! Impressive!

I dont trust anyone else with my old and temperamental Range Rover. If it wasnt for Ricky and Roy I would have had to replace her years ago. Ricky has spent a lot of time and hard work on my car, he will never know how much I appreciate it! I think he has replaced or repaired every part on my poor car (including the door handles) and she runs great.. most of the time. :) Sometimes it takes a while to fix, but good work takes time!

Id love to give 10* of 5 if allowed. As a female, I think most of us feel we should be on our guard. Here, I was respected and kept in the loop at all times, no negative news. In fact, only positive. Id recommend them to everyone for your needs. Unlike some family franchises that have you believe your car is falling apart, etc. Get a 2nd opinion, preferably at Cliffords. Theyll get it done correctly, the FIRST TIME.The 3rd time and 2.5k+ later my a/c worked, shame on me.Prices are competitive if not lower, work and svc is well above standards.I now know 3 of these talented people because of how of excellent communication.I had my car towed 45mi because of their reputation and will always use them in the future. If allowed, I would go on forever.

They completed my brake job in about 3 hours. They do not have a comfortable customer waiting area, but are next door to Starbucks. I could tell by the other customers that they have a lot of repeat business. I will use them again for other services.

After bring told by others that I have a problem with my fuel system, which all potential culprits, were very expensive parts. Clifford was able to find my issue, which was a very inexpensive fix, a new oil cap. I am glad to have finally found an auto shop that was not out to make money off of me and preform unneeded repairs. Clifford will now be our permanent auto repair shop.

Since we moved to Atascocita over 2 years ago, the fine folks at Cliffords have served me extremely well. Having done several major repairs and a few minor ones on our faithful old workhorse family van, Roy and the crew have treated us like true friends. This time was a full brake job. Besides the routine pad replacements and rotor turning he also replaced a broken lugnut and a clip that was missing. When Ive compared bids against other shops Cliffords always has best price by at least 10% while going the extra mile to do the job professionally with top notch results.

I called and booked an appointment shortly after hurricane Harvey to have an exhaust issue on my CLS550 looked at. After booking the appointment, I was sent a confirmation via email. Upon arrival to my appointment (after leaving work early and arranging to have my wife pick me up so I could leave the vehicle there), I was told that there was no way they could get to my vehicle. No Im sorry or can we book another time or anything resembling common courtesy or customer service. They implied that I was some kind of idiot for showing up to a confirmed appointment and expecting service!I was extremely frustrated as I had called several days ahead to book the appointment, taken off work, and imposed upon my wife and kids to take the time to come pick me up. To add insult to injury, neither of my follow up emails were even responded to.My prior experience (during which my vehicle was damaged by a botched repair) had indicated that they prided themselves on doing the right thing and customers service. That way of doing business has evidently changed and i would strongly recommend finding another shop.
