Sam was an exceptional person! He provided very detailed insight on the work that would be performed. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs.

Sam and Connie and their team are great! They can handle just about anything in a timely manner. They ensure all vehicles are safe and roadworthy. Their mechanics perform quality work. They recently worked on Paul Davis of North Houston fleet of 35 vehicles and brought them all up to par. I will be taking my personal vehicle there from now on.

I was referred to Reliant by a friend. My Maserati was due an oil change and annual inspection. Upon arrival I knew I was in the right place with the diversity of foreign cars they were working on. Definitely a Showplace.I was totally impressed with the detailed inspection,price and the knowledge of the staff.I was given an estimate for repairs such as trunk struts and oil leak repairs, they checked the alignment at no charge. After I approved the repairs I was pleasantly surprised to find they had given me a credit for diagnostic fees.This is the best experience I have ever had with repairs to my cars. Reliant is definitely my go to shop and will recommend to all my friends.

Ive taken a 1984 and a 2010 Mercedes to this repair shop. The owners are honest, down-to-earth yet classy people who deal fairly and respectfully with their customers. Theyve always beat Mercedes dealer pricing with a greater level of service, using only the best parts (the same the dealer would use). The owner has gone the extra mile for me when dealing with difficult warranty companies or giving me a ride home while the vehicle was being repaired.They take their time to explain whats going on with the vehicle and will give you the best options and scenarios to aid in your decision making. I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member because I know they would be treated right. They work on average vehicle as well as top of line, custom vehicles. He has impeccable experience.

My personal experience here was absolutely the worst of any in my past.Took vehicle in for oil change. Was informed that my brake lights where not working and hours where spent in trying to repair brake lights.I was charged over $350 for the oil change and brake light inspection.I did not authorize any work to be done on brake lights however was charged.Ironic part is they could not find brake light problem but was charged any way.I took vehicle to another shop and they where able to repair brake lights within 20 minutes.Prior to this experience, I paid this shop thousands of dollars for other repairs and was told to pay up front in cash.On a final note, I was given deposit receipts every time I handed them cash payments.I asked several times plus mailed a letter requesting itemized receipts. As of today I have not received my itemized receipts.

I took my F150 to Reliant it had multiple problems a front end shake that other shops could not repair.These folks found the problems repaired them and its like new. The price was reasonable and exactly what was quoted. The service was the best I have experienced in along time. I will definitely be back with the rest of my cars.

I am in from out of town and needed an oil change when I got here. I called first thing in the morning and they got me in right away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Appreciate everything

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Reliant. My car was involved in an accident and the amount of repair it required was substantial. From the moment I set foot in the shop, I knew I had made the right decision in bringing my car here to repair. Sam, the owner, is not only extremely knowledgeable in his profession, he also knows how to treat his customers. He was quick to inform me of what the entire process would be to repair my vehicle. He took the time to answer each and every one of my questions. He was also quick to answer my phone calls, and kept me up-to-date on the status of the repairs. His timetable was correct. Reliant not only provides world-class auto repair service, but they do so in a courteous manner. A combination that is very hard to find these days. I am very happy to add my recommendation. Reliant Complete Auto Care is the BEST auto shop around and i would recommend anyone who wants an honest and quick working mechanic to go here!!! They have always put the service to my vehicle and explanations of problems at such a high standard and are incredibly kind anytime I visit. This is a WONDERFUL shop & totally honest shop. A retired championship race car driver makes sure everything is done ✅ right. He added a pulley & tune to my Jaguar F type V8S, I am pushing 600hp rwd, it’s too fast😁😁 & I ❤️ it.

I took my car because I had problem with fuse box. Went in and Sam almost convinced me that to change a fuse box and reprogram would cost me over $1500 at the dealership mechanic and because he is so fair he would charge me $939. Turns out the part cost me $280 incl. Tax (OEM) and to install, reprogram, remove codes cost me $190 AT THE DEALERSHIP!.. I did not take it to Jose like Sam said most that most people do. I was charged a total of $470 not almost $1000. To top it all off, Sam charged me $125 for diagnostic but would not give me a printout or written diagnosis. Sam with your 30 years of experience that you so proudly gloat, you really got the ripping off part down.Response to the owner below: I am not asking for a refund for the diagnostic. The problem here is that you tried to rip me off and I am mad with myself that I almost fell for it. I wasnt paying with insurance I was paying out of pocket. You clearly said I would pay $1500 at the dealership...Why would I even need a price match in the first place? The dealership charged me $470 took them 1.2 hrs to complete the job. And yes I took pictures of the diagnostic screen, not video, that came out blurry by the way😂 so I had something to show my husband why I even paid $125.

Sam is a true outstanding character. He worked on my bmw x3 and it drives like new. This business is honest and they do the job right the first time. Im definitely going to be a return customer!

Meeting Mr. Sam for the first time was a great experience.He was very honest with me on what was needed to be done on my 2008 HHR SS.Mr. Sam not only fixed the problems, that were present,but went above and beyond fixing other problems. Mr.Sam and his team are top notch. Recently I went in with a 3rd tail light that kept my car from passing inspection. I was in and out in 10 minutes and was beck at the inspector in twenty. Can’t get service like that hardly at all anymore.

So happy to have found this repair shop. We brought our Maserati in for an A/C issue that no one else could seem to figure out. We got the diagnosis, estimate and timeframe for the repair very quickly. The repairs were done EXACTLY as stated. We found the price to be fair and were impressed with the excellent care given to our car--this is my husbands baby and you would have thought it was their own. We highly recommend Sam and the whole crew. Excellent service.

What a great experience! For once I received excellent customer service, with fair prices and a complete explanation of what was being done to my car and exactly why. Not only that but everything was explained clearly in language that I could fully understand and on top of that I got useful suggestions on how to keep our cute little VW bug running in tip top condition. Sam worked on my BMW at Reliant. I hit a huge pothole in Houston and damage my car pretty bad. My steering wheel was shaking really bad. I took it to Sam’s shop and he assured me that he was going to do everything in his power to fix my car. Guess what, he did! My car drives like the day I bought it. Go to Sam. He’s knowledgeable and honest.

Ive been taking the family fleet and our companies big diesel delivery trucks here for a couple of years. Sam is great and really knows his stuff. Between him and his guys in the back there is nothing they havent seen. Its nice to do business with a company that knows their stuff.

I have been a Reliant custom for the past 5 years having had service performed on Volkswagen, Honda and Acura vehicles. Great service!!! Sam has taken good care of my Porsche 997S with great detail. Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle in for service after warning lights appeared on dash for coolant and suspension. Sam said he would run diagnostics to see what might need to be fixed. I picked the vehicle up 6/5/19 and Sam advised that all error codes were cleared by just replacing battery and water hoses and charged me $2.200. The very next day the same error codes showed up. At this point i became skeptical of Reliant Auto Care ability to service Range Rovers so took the vehicle to a more reputable high end mechanic who immediately put the car on a lift and showed me the issues. There was clearly fluid leaking from the water pump and suspension joints behind the front wheels were torn and needed replacement. All of this covered by my warranty so no out of pocket cost to me. So either Reliant auto care is not a competent service shop that is not able to identify obvious issues or they are dishonest in charging customers for services that don’t even fix the problems in the first visit so they can keep charging you when you bring the vehicle back. In either case all car owners should be wary.

This place and the staff are simply amazing. Had a car checked out for a pre-purchase inspection and Sam leveled with me and was completely honest about the car. Probably ended up saving me thousands!! I am an out of state buyer so i cant be there to physically see or inspect the car myself, so it is VERY valuable to have an honest company thing this to rely on! I dont live in Texas but they have earned a customer for life!Highly recommend!!!

Sam and the gang at reliant saved my food truck. I briefed him, and showed him the damage to my truck. Front window blown out, qtr panel window blown out, the bar holding the 2 windows was detached. The sliding door no longer closed shut as that was badly damaged and bent. A lot of horrible body damage. The Reliant crew stepped up to the plate, replaced an out of production front window, and qtr panel window. They welded the body back to normal. The truck looks like nothing ever happened to begin with. This shop is the shop we’ll continue to use from here on out.Side note. My truck is a 95. Parts are not available. Didn’t phase these guys one bit.Full steam ahead they went.
