Well The problem that I was having that they were supposed to have fixed has not been fixed. It is within 30 days and my computer does not work at allanymore....AGAIN! The problem that I paid for has cropped up again so this place is a scam. I would not let them in fix my plate at a buffet.I brought my laptop to them with a simple issue and they butchered my laptop charged me $150 for it and it did not work so I take it back and it still does not work. So now I had a useless computer and they refused to refund me my money. This place is full of scammers and I would advise anyone to stay away from them. I got my computer back in worse shape than I brought it to them. I feel that this is unfair and I will be looking into my legal options. I would advise anyone to make sure that your item works completely before you pay one thin dime or better yet avoid them altogether.

I dropped off my phone and when I went to pick up my back glass was broken and they claimed I brought it in like that. After 30 min of arguing with them ( and them trying to get me to pay for a new back )they give me a free back. After I get home I notice my front camera is blurry and poor picture quality. I take it back and they try to make me pau for them to fix the camera that they messed up. After arguing with them they fix the camera, slightly . I pick up my phone and there is 3 scratches on the back, ok n the new glass they just replaced, and I bring it to her attention and she says that Im being a baby and its not even big scratches and its not a big deal. After arguing with her she says theres nothing she can do and I stormed out! They used to be so good but now they are just reckless and careless with other people stuff

Just left here. Worst customer service ever. Guy wasnt even making eye contact when speaking to me. After telling me he couldnt fix my phone and would have to order a new battery I tried to make separate purchases but this guy was so uninterested in helping me. Would not recommendUpdate 5 days later took my phone to a different store...they actually tested my phone! This guy was going to have me spend $100 on a battery without running any kind of test! Turns out it wasnt my battery! A newly updated app was causing my phone to act wonky! I suggest before anyone spend money buying new hardware for their phone at this place they get a second opinion! This guy is to lazy to even run the most basic test on your phone!

This is the best phone repair store in the country. I cracked my screen and couldnt place a call r get my messages. Vicky was Awesome she looked at my phone and said they could repair it in 1 hour but it was more like 45 mins. Price very affordable and reasonable.

So, the display on my phone flickered, then went out. Was going to go get new phone but then figured, Hey, lets stop off and see if its fixable, save some $$$$.Went into shop, talked with guy at front desk, of course we can fix it, $130 and it will take 40 minutes. 20 minutes later, like brand new.Decided to get a screen protector while I was there.Great place, cheap prices, nice people.Check it out!

BEWARE! I brought my laptop in for a LCD repair and there was damage to the hard cover! Went to the store and talked to the owner over the phone and he said it was nothing that could be done! The only issue was the LCD screen not a bubble on the hard shell of the back of my laptop!!! MY laptop was BRAND NEW!!!There is no such thing as a warranty for one month if a customer has a issue it’s ignored!! DO NOT GO HERE take you laptop elsewhere!!! Very poor customer service!!!!

HIGH PRICES, they tried to BREAK INTO MY PHONE and scratched my fingerprint sensor! I took a phone here for repair, got screen protectors for 2 phones and a phone case. The prices WE WERE GIVEN were HIGH! When I inquired about why I was charged 2 different prices for screen protectors, I was given 2 different lies and $5 off in lieu of a good review. But I wont lie. When I got my phone back (after the girl put on my new screen protector and case), the screen showed 10 failed unlock attempts and my fingerprint sensor was scratched. The girl in the store said it was already like that, but it was not and yet another lie. I fear this place takes advantage of people and they may try to STEAL YOUR INFORMATION by breaking into your phone! A lot of these 5 star ratings are bogus as these people were offered discounts for good reviews just as I was.
