The best customer service experience I’ve ever had! My phone broke right after a long flight from Washington, D.C. and frantic to get a new one, I came to this location. They were beginning to close for their monthly meeting when I told associate Alejandro of my dilemma, and he immediately went out of his way to accommodate me. I’ve never experienced such quality service before and my family and I have been with Verizon for over two decades. He went above and beyond to service me and I will forever be grateful. This is the only location my family and I will be visiting from now on whenever we’re in Houston!

Went in to buy a new iPhone and also ended up getting a new Apple Watch. They had some pretty good deals on other gadgets as well. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside is that it took about an hour, but that is to be expected at most of the cell phone stores now a days. We only had to wait to be helped for less than 5 minutes and there was quite a few people in the store.

Extremely disappointed. Purchased a phone online from Verizon, received phone and went through setup & activation, phone didn’t work. Went to this Verizon store, asked for help activating phone. Waited around for 30 mins while phone was setup & activated. Phone appeared to work for awhile... Woke up this morning and noticed I had not received any phone calls or text messages. Powered up my old device; 37 text messages, 9 missed calls.My new phone was not activated correctly by Verizon.My wife is having a major surgery today. Due to Covid, I cannot be with her. I am currently at home waiting for a phone call to go pick her up. It would have been really nice to have a phone that actually worked... Thank you for making an extremely challenging day, even more challenging and stressful.I’m not impressed with the service I received and I have zero confidence in this stores ability to resolve basic customer needs.
