I generally am satisfied with the over-all service that I received at the Humble/Deerbrook AT&T Store. I went into the store to purchase a phone and i left with the phone wanted and needed that best suits the purpose of needing the phone. I didn’t wait long. I feel that i got the best possible deal on my new phone and line. Honestly the only thing i had any problem with was my charger was incomplete and I wasn’t aware of this until I got home and opened all of the packaging. In retrospect i was given one of these new wireless charging pads. i just never have been given a phone, a cord, and no box for the cord. which wouldn’t be a big deal except it doesn’t take a regular night box. it’s a new fast apple charger that has a special kind of cord and box. Other than that, everything was great
The employees at this store where faced with my problem and were not able to solve my problem, however I spoke with a corporate office for over a 2 hours phone coversation and the office instructions the employees to deliver the product that I needed.Since my problem occured through an employee based in Manila who misled me offering special deal on two new cell phones, assuring me that my operating cell phones woulf not be affected, I gave the okay to Port my phones to AT&T!From Friday about 6 PM my cell phones were DEAD, not working until Monday evening after 6PM when I had to purchase two new Phones to put the Sim Cards into.The new phones now work..😊

This location is right next to my business and not my usual go to store but both times I have come in, they have gotten to me right away and been very helpful. I usually do not feel the need to leave reviews, good or bad, but felt like this location needed a review since I usually dread stopping into a phone store for any issue or matter. We have a business account and it can be a pain to work with at times for both sides but Ricardo was so nice, professional, and helpful! I will continue coming back here.
AWFUL service! Would not recommend this store to anyone. Manager sat at the last round table in the back and refused to help with my issue and rep was not helpful either. And after calling 611 Customer service and waiting 35 minutes to speak with someone it was literally a 10 minute fix, he had nerve to come to me and say “glad we could get that resolved for you”……HOLD UP you didn’t resolve anything! Needed to go back go back to AT&T the next day….saved myself the hassle and drove to Atascocita.
Very polite, clean atmosphere, and very apologetic for the wait which was about 5 to 10 minutes
Ricardo went on and beyond to make sure we received great customer service. We will definitely go back to that location to upgrade our second line! He answered all of our questions but also provided additional information that was of much use!
They were fast with serving us, very friendly and very helpful. We were ready for an upgrade and paying the bill, the visit took less than 30 minutes.

This was probably the worst AT&t store Ive been to . They insisted I call the 611 number for help and they could not help me. And they insisted the problem I have with my SIM card was common and I should perhaps even use a different company. It was only after I insisted that they actually did change my sim and then the phone worked.
Tory white at the humble store was absolutely phenomenal. I had a number of issues that had to be addressed and she addressed everyone of them with incredible patience and professionalism.If there were a ten store rating available I would’ve use that.

So about a month ago I was helped by Randy and Richie, who took great care of me! I came to get me and my girl a new phone and they made the process fast, easy and painless. I called a couple weeks ago to talk about billing, I got Randy who made sure to explain everything perfectly and made sure to say if I had anymore questions please feel free to call. Probably the best phone store service I have ever gotten from those two! Highly recommend to go see those guys, I promise they will hook you up and make it a simple process!

Just got back from visiting the Humble, TX AT&T store. I’m so glad that Tori and the Samsung Rep were able to help me by activating my new Samsung Watch 3. I had problems getting it connected for weeks and was about to give up on it. These two got on it and after several attempts finally figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. We only visited this store for 2 prepaid SIM cards as we’re from the UK. We was served by Jennifer who gave us really good customer service. She was so polite & explained everything to us so clearly & got things done efficiently. All the staff members seemed so polite & willing to help.
Out of all my years of customer service experience with AT&T I must say my experience in working with Sheila Zavala and her sales associate by far was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had! She went out of her way to assist me on several issues that I had been trying to resolve, on line, for over a week. Her customer service skills are phenomenal and it is apparant she clearly understands customer service is the KEY DIFFERENTIATOR! I hope AT&T recognizes the value they have in her as I believe she is capable of doing great things for AT&T. Great job Sheila!!!
Friendly enough but not very helpful. I suppose they cant personally be blamed for internet outage but isnt that what the store is supposed to specialize in servicing?

The store associate didnt explain everything we needed to know such the $700 promotional credit back. He didnt explain the total billing cost for my account with all the lines and phones. His lack of clear and concise communication made it hard to understand him. Didnt give us return shipping box for the old phone, didnt print shipping labels and asked us to print ourselves at home.

Do NOT waste your time AT ALL!! It’s worth it to drive to either The Woodlands, or Atascocita, but don’t bother calling or stepping into this store. The amount of laziness is bewildering, and the lack of help was amusing itself. I did customer service through college, and this type of service is just embarrassing.

SCAMMERS and LIARS! STAY AWAY from this store!!!In August 2019, I got an iPhone 8 from them for free (thats what the sales person, Tory, said to me). Later on, I saw that I am being charged $10 every month for the phone. I contacted AT&T customer service and they said the phone was sold as a discount and not as free so I should contact the manager of the store.I contacted the manager, Brendt, and he said all he can do is send a request to the back office. The back office never responded to his request. The manager also said that in August, the phone was at a discounted price of $10 and NOT free. So Tory lied to me to make the sale.EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL people after the sale is made. Also, it turns out they lie to make a sale.Get a different carrier, people!!!

I went with my dad to get a new phone. The employee who asked if we needed was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. He kept saying theres no reason to get a new phone since my dad had just paid his phone off. Long story short we left without a phone. We went back this past Wednesday hoping not to get the same guy who helped us last time. We didnt get him but we did get help from someone who was just as bad. Very rude and insulting. I was mad but my dad just wanted his phone so we got it and left. Weve been going there for more than 10 years and this new batch of employees that they have really need to work on their customer service. We wont be going to that location anymore and I dont recommend it to anyone else.
Isaac was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.I pretty much regularly deal with 4 AT&T locations.90% of the experience depends upon which person youre working with.When I find a really good one, I will change stores or make return trips in order to work with a good one.

Ricardo and the manager Randy went above and beyond in helping make sense of my bill and they were able to get me the best new device to meet my needs without breaking the bank. Will be coming back to upgrade wife’s phone next month.

This location staff members are very inconsiderate. They dont have a care in how long you been there and the number of time you been there to get service. The staff members does not no the odds and ends to the company. You have to call corporate office to get any true service. They are one sided customer service meaning they caters to their own race Hispanic. This location need to change from manager to staff members.
If I could give no stars I would, bought a phone cash for home and the device will not turn on. Called the store they have no more in stock and said for me to pay more money to get another phone insaod NO. Manager at this location is horrible and rude. Says there is nothing he can do. Called another store who does have the phone and they said Id have to pay a $45 restocking fee. For a defective device I dont think so. I will be taking all my business to Verizon from now on

Going here this afternoon makes me want to switch phone services. The only friendly person was Max. I was told I had to have my name added to my dads account. While I was trying to get that sorted, the lady, Laura, who I thought was helping me, just walked out of the store. If you dont want to be nice and help people, then youre in the wrong business.
I came in store today. I had a with attitude Jennifer because of something a conversation I had with an AT&T operator. When I realize that the AT&T operator didnt tell the truth I apologize to Jennifer. Jennifer stay professional with me the whole time even though I had that attitude. She was Very professional. I had a very bad experience with Direct TV. They are the worst customer service, because of then being so nasty I want nothing to do with AT&T. How could AT& T mixed up with such a nasty company, and the worst part they dont know what they are doing. They hung up on me more than 10 time trying to get my orderCompleted. Not one of them returned a call to say sorry we got disconnected and we will complete the order. I had to be the one to keep calling them back. This is the worst I have seen so far, and wondering if I am in the USA. They let the third world countries look very good.

The manager did not do as he said he would by offering me a gift card that he claim he had there at the store when I signed for service and on top of that would not return my phone calls and I talked to 2 managers neither returned my call and do not let Juan Camarena offer u a gift card because u will not receive it oh and I was going to upgrade but will not because I am going to take my business elsewhere so as all of the contracts are up and have been with for a long time will be leaving them and I will be switching back to comcast.

They didnt cover my area with Wi-Fi, but the salesman was very honest and didnt try to get my money anyways. He told me who could help. They have awesome devices and plans, those whose areas are covered.
Im only giving AT & T and DirecTV a one-star. Because they are forcing me to do at least one star before I can leave a comment.AT & T owns DirecTV. DirecTV has some of the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. DirecTV leaves the AT & T employees almost with no information and no way to access accounts when needed to be accessed. I will never use DirecTV ever again. I canceled my DirecTV service before the contract was over. I paid a total of $340. And they still cannot send me a receipt. They still havent mailed me a copy showing that I paid the bill. I still have no way to show anyone that I made a payment other than my credit card statement.
Hands down worst customer service I have encountered in my 40 years on this planet. Went in with a simple concern and no one could correct the issue without me upgrading and spending more money. Worst of all, the manager Shayan even laughed at me as I got frustrated with their incompetence. Completely disrespectful. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this location like the plague.

TERRIBLE costumer service. I talked with the store manager(Joey) because my brother needs a new SIM card and because Im out of town I cant be there with him. So I was explaining that to him and he started to yelled at me! unacceptable!! i have 6 accounts with AT&T so I dont deserve to be treated that way I pay a lot of money to that company! and a simple store manager that doesnt know how to do his job he was so rude and a jerk! Not only did I experience the absolute worst costumer service it was awful I was treated terrible. I am so disappointed in the lack of service, lack of professionalism and now Im thinking to change to another carrier. ILL NOT RECOMMEN THAT STORE TO ANYONE!!
