Poor Customer Service!THEY WILL SELL YOU USED SHOES!!Asked for a pair of shoes they gave me some that were sitting on the counter and I noticed that they had a scent to them.I asked if they were returned, the guy said I dont know then turned to the lady at the register she said YES. I could smell that they have been cleaned with shoe cleaner and looked used. The shoes cost $180.00 and they were willing to let me buy used shoes.

Arrived to the store and was not greeted by anyone. Saw two employees and they did not acknowledge me. Another customer walked in and immediately were welcomed in and helped. We actually were looking for clothes but since no one took their time to even ask if we needed help. We still made a purchase over $100.00 and was thanked on the way out of the store. It takes 1-3 seconds to say hello.

Rude and unprofessional staff! The parent company for Footlocker owns Champs as well go there instead, we did and the customer service was great!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I walked in to purchase a pair of shoes that I really wanted! I was never greeted or acknowledged. I picked up the shoe I wanted. Attempted to try to make eye contact with any employee but no one even bothered to assist me. One person was on their phone. Another was walking around like they didn’t want to be bothered. A couple walked in after I had been waiting for someone to assist me for at least 5-7 minutes and they were immediately greeted and catered to. I put the shoe down that I was interested in and went to Finish Line who acknowledged me and quickly assisted with my needs. I will NEVER come back to this footlocker for anything! Customer service is everything. I will tell everyone I know and continue to blast this horrible store!

I was warmly greeted by sales staff..I noticed the visual appearance of the store was great .. I purchased s addidas pant and t shirt..sales person assisted me choosing the perfect pair of sneakers which was great..Would recommend everyone I come in contact with shop with this Foot Locker..Deerbrook mall.. thanks for a great shopping experience! Awesome staff, helped me return something I had ordered online over a month ago & made it very easy & quick. Nice selection of clothing & shoes, though the shoes werent to my liking but thats a seasonal thing they cant control so not their fault at all. Overall, had a very pleasant visit to this store.

I was there tax free weekend and even with the store being pack the customer service was still excellent

I come here twice a year or so for trendy shoes they dont trail behind and bugg u they give u room to take it all in.

NOT even a star ... This store has a rude staff and their policy is bad .. I tried to return shoes for a refund with a recipt and they said they cant do it as it was worn, even though it was worm one time at the home to try it only as it was a gift, they say they cant sell it to no one and I onlyu can exchange it but no refund ! .. they forced me to get another size after along argument that was ended kindly by store manager .. she was good but her staff was rude and I dont recommand this store cuz am not satsified customer !
