My Favorite clothing store and always have the best helpful employees.

My kids love this place. I just didnt understand their specials. Like there was a sign that says buy 1 shirt and get 2 free but on the receipt it still shows a price on there. So I wonder how i got it free. However all items purchased did have a discount. It makes me feel that I still paid something for those 2 shirts instead of getting them free.

4 stars because they tend to be out of the sizes my kids need, but the staff is friendly and helpful.

I came here for one thing and one thing only and they didnt have it. But I really wasnt sure that they would have it in the first place. But it wont stop me from coming again. But to be honest I ready dont go to the mall all that much anyways.

We bought a choker and it didnt fit. The guys working in the store quickly let us make an exchange. They were very helpful.

My daughter and I were standing patiently in line to go in, because of the few people that can go in at a time and the person working the door was sitting there playing on his phone...we had 3 people standing in front of us and the single person just ahead of us was allowed to let two people he knew get in line with him., which caused our wait to be 20 minutes longer. There should be policies put in place regarding this since so few people can be in a store at once.

Love this store. They have a lot of Anime items. Pens, shirts, backpacks, socks, wallets, stickers, ID holders, Lanyards, and much more.

Love it here. And they are restricting the amount of people entering at one time which is pretty good.

I liked hot topic growing up. This particular location is super small for the amount clothing and accessories. People are always bumping into each other. On this particular day there was only one employee helping others and running the register.

To many goth people 🤦🏽‍♂️ I just wanted to get my girl a necklace without being looked at as if IM the weird person in the store

Sales staff watch you as if you are going to steal and one of the floor staff was rushing me to hurry and select my jewelry, which has a lock on it,so that she wouldnt have to unlock it more than once. The customer service was absolutely horrible.

1st time shopping here and there selection of clothing, jewelry, to funko toys, mens & ladies shirts, from anime to TV shows.The staff is very helpful and very fast to ring up your purchases.From concert/cartoon/superhero and wrestling shirts, are always on sale. I was lucky to spend close to $200.00, but it was worth it.

We love, love, love, love hot topic. This is one of themain reasons we go to this mall. It is quiet cramped and at the time, due to covid19, the compasity of people is nine, so there is a line......... Always. If your with a group of three and only two people come out, only twopeople point of your group can go in. But Other than that they always have great sales and I love the ( I think theyre called ) Hot Bucks. At our last visit I got two 15$ off any online purchase of of 30$ or more. So basically I get half off of a sixty dollar purchase..... 50% off. Cant beat that with a stick 😝.

I am a big fan of kpop and they sold BT21 stuff there and i was overly excited to buy some of it. The only bas thing is I believe the prices are way too high. $38 for just a Cooky plush.

Friendly service, pretty responsible about covid measures but found that considering only nine people were allowed in the store at a time, having 5-7 employees there at a time seemed kind of redundant.

This location doesn’t have a great selection of anime merch, I get every store has different stuff sometimes but it seems y’all don’t have a wide variety.Also it seems this location doesn’t like taking discounts or coupons . I let it go the first time.First time : I had a birthday coupon and tried to use it on a clearance item that was 5, they said I had to get two more items to use it and before it processed I questioned couldn’t I use it and then they wanted to explain you want use it on clearance items which it fine but why’d you try and get me to use it instead of saying first because it’s clearance I can’t use it. (It was a semi common sense thing but after 2 more occasions it bothered me )2nd time I had a 5 off coupon and the lady behind, I’m assuming a new employee, said I couldn’t use it and to get a 2nd item and I asked why it’s not on sale or clearance and she said oh you wanna use it on this ? (Note I only had one item) like duhh3rd time 10/19/20 : I wanted a pop and saw it was 9 online but 12 in store and I told the lady and she’s like well we have a sale 3 for 27 and then I further asked well it says i can get it shipped 3-4 hours and it’ll be 9, and she said we can price match no problem . My thing is why did it take you so long to get to the point you know i was inquiring about .

This location used to be amazing years ago. Now its like theres way yyyy too much stuff packed in there, the staff is anything but helpful. Hot topic has always been over priced but at least before, I felt like going to the store was fun in itself while dropping fat cash in there. Ill find another location

I loved this Hot Topic! Ive only been to The Woodlands one before, but this one has so much more. I found a lot of things I loved and the staff helped me whenever I needed it. I got a Hufflepuff tank top, a Hufflepuff Jacket, and Newts trench coat. They all fit me perfectly and are really great quality.

Hot topic use to be awesome and have really cool items. Now its kind of generic. But the lady working there was sweet.

Zero stars. Their online policy and in store policy are different so the retail locations will not honor the information listed on their website or printed on their receipt. Customers do not have access to Retail locations policy so you have to go by what one of the employees tells you. No manager available in the store or over the phone for customer service during business hours. The customer service over the phone only handles online sales service not in store sales service. No way to get a hold of anyone to help you clarify their in store policy at a district level unless you are willing to call multiple numbers and then wait for a day or two for someone to call you back. BEWARE Private personal information is required for purchases and especially for returns Even if paying with cash!! Nowhere on their website or in store that clarifies why they collect your information or what they will do with it.

Lets me start by saying that hot topic is nothing like it was when I was younger, now its all nonsense, where did the goth go, is goth dead? Who knows but there is some upsides to the store now but it lacks strong leadership in my opinion and its very messy in the sense of I went in there to buy some stranger things items for my buddies daughter and I was told that its spread out amongst the store and to look around and Ill find some things here and there and I said well last time I was in here I saw a whole display of stuff for stranger things, I was told it had to get taken down for the Beetle Juice display, that movie came out 30 years ago people, shouldnt things from this era be more important than something that came out when I was a kid I mean come on. Aside from that rant above its an ok store but i dont get excited to go there anymore not like I use too.

Alot to buy like, dresses, bathing suits, pants, bags, makeup, accessories, popfigures, band tees, fandom merch. But most of the clothes are hella expensive. Employees are nice. The store itself is small and cramped.

The store was well-stocked and the employees were very helpful and polite, but I only give it 4 stars because the store was kind of a mess. There was merchandise boxes all over the floor and stacked higher than my head.

It was started as a company that would sell concert tees outside of just shows, that grew to become the most ignored store in every mall in the United States. Its the rebellion boot camp. In the 90s I spent thousands of dollars there. Maybe I should have bought their stock instead of everything they sold with Korn and Metallica on it.

Has good selection of shirts on occasations, and I like buying the prank jelly beans.

I was followed when me and my friend (white) walked in. They followed me but never once did they follow my friend. They are racist. Their were other blacks in the store they were also being watched very close. I asked the employee why was he following me he said just making sure you dont need any help I replied to him by saying you have been following since I walked in the door never once did I ask for any help. I will never go back in this store ever again and I ve already told all my friends do not spend any money in this store. Even my friend asked why are you following my friend she is not stealing and no we do not need any help you are just being rude and racist. The employee then stated we follow everyone that walks in our store which is so not true because some white teenagers walked in but of course they were not followed nor did they ask if they needed any help looking for something.
