Everything is easy to find and customer service is amazing.

I was there for 30 whole minutes and not one person asked to help. I had to ask for a try on sock and then the guy forgot to get it, so I went and got one from the front desk. Then I’m trying to ask for a shoe size and the girl goes back and comes back to ask me for the shoe size again after I just told her. I wait another 10-15 min and she comes back saying someone else has the shoe which means either it’s laying around in the store somewhere or someone went home with ONE shoe in the box. Ridiculous

Went to this store right before Christmas and as busy as they were, they greeted everyone with a smile and they had what I needed for my son. Great store.

Not professional. Went there and bought shoes didnt like them took them back the next day early morning I went there to get my money back I was told they couldnt refund yet they just opened. Thats funny cause I took 2 pairs of shoes back to champs there in the mall early morning when they just opened and they refunded me my money back no problem so I would suggest no one buy anything from footaction not professional usually during the week they only have one person working there to

I tried calling last night and nobody answered the phone, I went there this morning to ask about shoes that were releasing today and they said you had to have raffle ticket and any shoes not picked up at 3 would be sold first come first serve. I told them I tried calling last night and number I called nobody answered so I asked for phone number and she said not to bother calling because more than likely they wouldnt answer and I never did get the number

Very unprofessional! Staff are uneducated about products they sell. Bad customer service. Manager doesnt care about if you complain and wont do anything to fix the problem!

I have bought many shoes with foot action before but this location is Horrible service when it comes to returning an item. The store manager John B was very confrontational, had a bad attitude, and was cussing at me because I read the return policy to him after John B (store manager) refused to return some shoes I purchased 2 days before I tried to return them. When I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager then I asked to speak to his supervisor he said there was no one above him that I could talk to and was impossible to deal with. The shoes I bought were not worn or tried on and even after making him aware of that he still was confrontation and refused to return the shoes. He said he was done dealing with me and ran to the back to avoid talking with me. I refuse to return to this location or do business with foot action because of the horrible service I received. I give this location 1 star and I will never buy again from foot action.

Horrible customer service! Went to return some Yeezys that I ordered online and I was told by the manager “Lola” that they couldn’t accept my return because they don’t sell Yeezys! According to their return policy it states that you are able to make a return at ANY Footaction as long as you have your receipt. And the funny thing was that just a week before my Aunt returned some Yeezys there with no issues!! Never again will I purchase anything from Footaction!!
