Great selection but the lines was very long & only one cashier, however the problems I witnessed her going through with credit card errors, returned or items not showing up on top of my issue in store or online purchase, this young lady continued to smile & be friendly. Honestly I couldnt imagine still smiling at 11:58 am & my morning has been chaotic already 🙃 😅 God know who to use🥰 The beautiful supervisor that kept going bk & forth to resolve the issues I tip my hat off to her as well ..AWESOME SERVICES

Cashiers are only in the kids dept & Home dept & one in Jewelry dept. Also, all returns have to be done in the Home dept. They do still have Sephora.

It is right around back to school time, and the floor looks neat and tidy! I appreciated that. However, there was a young man by the name of Mark who needs re-taught about giving Customer Service. He was working in Domestics and I was speaking with him regarding outstanding customer service and that it all begins with a smile. Even with his black mask, I could tell he did NOT appreciate my input. What a shame!

Horrible!!!!I arrived at the store around 7:30 pm to purchase a blouse for a last minute meeting that had occurred.The lights began going off on the 2nd floor my daughter and I were headed to the cashiers area to make a purchase. Then all of a sudden a cashier walks toward us and demanded us to get out the store! she quoted these words exactly LADIES YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE STORE WE ARE ALREADY CLOSED! I was in disbelief (praying under my breath asking God to control my temper) I asked her well can I purchase my items she said no because they had already closed there registers on their floor.I told her I was going down to the 1 st floor to make a purchase because I had been in the store shopping before they decided to close.She shook her head and stated you can try but we are closed.Ive been a card holder JCPenneys for over 15 years and never felt treated well that type of disrespect.I will be reporting her.

Very happy with my purchases today for Valentines day.We visited the jewelry department and got gold with diamonds earrings for my wife. Then we went to the mens department and got some shirts and jeans for me. The best part was the discount we got on todays purchase... 45% off the whole total. Awesome 👌We made it like bandits...lol 👍

I ordered something online and for those that dont know, you can return it in store. I did that, no problem. I guess due to COVID, it was not very crowded. It was a ghost town in there, but it was 12 on Sunday.

Here is JCPenneys in the Deerbrook Mall. Good place to shop. Lots of clothing, bedding and bathroom supplies. And on the downstairs they have a large selection for makeup and beauty supplies for all the women to shop at. Its a good place to go while youre in the mall and walk around.

Where should I start? There were only two (2) cashier registers open per floor, no price checkers anywhere. The cashier was extra slow and was unwilling to help me find correct price on a couple of pants. Very disappointed.

Went there in Black Friday everybody was nice always have good Black Friday deals. JCPenneys is always good deal period.

Great sales on household bedding, linen and small appliances. Always Google for coupons before checkout. Theres usually one available.

Inventory stock is subpar when it comes to jeans. This was the only store that carried my size, better off going online.

Need to have better sanitation measures for customers. Long story short I went to this location on Monday, there were NO sanitizer in bottles displayed! Then again on Thursday. Believe it or not they still had NO sanitizer in bottles. IBtw, I work for the state of Texas in sanitation. Not good JC Pennys!

Visited during the Christmas rush... seems I got there late because their king size bedding selection wasnt great... and their deals could have been a bit better to compete with the other stores... but the staff was nice and helpful which is always a plus...

Too many gimmicks in the pricing. Everything is always on sale. Hard to believe that set of pants on sale for $16 actually sells for $65 on a normal day.

Customers but few employees to assist at registers. The last two times I was there I walked out without purchasing what I went in for...lines too long.

I ordered a dress online to be picked up in this store. This was the store closest to me that had the dress in stock (1.5 hrs away from my home). When I got to the store to pick my dress up, I noticed the edges of the dress were frayed and there were loose strings hanging every where. It was a lace dress and it just didn’t look like something worth $60 (ON SALE). Regular price of the dress was $90. Long story short after speaking with a few different channels of management, I decided on a completely different dress as I didn’t want to take chance on not having a dress for the date (within a week). The manager who was helping me became rude because as she said it “I did all that work for nothing?” She then went up stairs to talk about me to the lady that was working in the customer service dept where I had to do the exchange. Then that lady was rude too. I will never come back to this store!!!! Some of the ppl working in this store could use a good lesson on customer service... after all we are the reason you have a job!!!!

Shopped here and picked out several different items, 5 items. Not one item rang up correctly at the register. Cashier went around the store to verify the correct prices. If I was not being alert, I would have overpaid Big Time. How many other customers are being over charged? This is not just 1 mistake. THIS IS SYSTEMIC STEALING! If you insist on shopping here, watch the prices you pay.Returned here again about a month later. Picked out 2 more items based on the Sale prices displayed on the table. Again went to the register and the items rang up for another more espensive price. This store is stealing from unaware customers!

Unacceptable not alot of items too choose from, rude fitting room attendant didnt acknowledge me, didnt ask if I needed help, almost ran into me, didnt say excuse me.

Bought a shirt that ring up incorrectly . The same day minutes apart I went back to the register to get it fixed. Mind you I used my 10 dollars reward. They tell me that Im going to lose my reward because they had an item missed priced and missed marked. Not my problem as a customer that this was not correct.this was a manager that told me this. Rude employees registers usually closed

Some things are very economic then others are way too expensive but they always have a decent selection

Could not find an employee except for the cashier who was swamped. Therefore did not make a purchase because there was no one to help me out

I like JCPenneys clothes and their prices are good the only thing that freaks me out about the store is when I was coming off the escalator going toward customer service and a rat ran in front of me and it was a pretty good-sized one. I told one of the store workers and she didnt even seem surprised about it and said okay she will tell her manager. I am pretty nervous about around inthe store so look down every now and then and be aware.

The store has lots of options but it doesnt seem well organized. Plus most of the fitting rooms are closed so you walk around searching for somewhere to try things on. The fitting rooms could also use a sweeping and fresh paint.

One star is not low enough. We had to get a suit jacket for a wedding because my husbands did not make it in on time and this JCP was quite a drive for us. We did an online in-store pickup order the night before & this was the only JCP that had this suit jacket in stock. We make it there at 9:45am, they tell us it would take FOUR hours to get this online order ready. So we went to the rack ourselves, got the jacket off of the rack and finished the checked out. We ordered it the night before, paid for it the night before and they said it would take FOUR hours to go get this jacket off of the rack. How lazy and unprofessional could you possibly be?

Very spacious clean atmosphere. Needed some gifts for my wife and found the perfect set of jewelry that she loved. Was priced just right also.

Got pictures taken with my kids here. The photographer was very professional and extremely patient with the little ones. Pictures came out great and were definitely a mothers day hit.

JcPennys has gotten rid of all but about 5 registers for the entire store. Prepare to wait at least 1 hour to check out. Customer service zero, but not the cashiers fault just poor management! Why do you think we want to stand there and wait to leave the store?
