Charged $250 for made in China frame that literally cost $25 on Amazon. Won’t give your exam/proscription so you can go somewhere else to fill. More funny businesses with your insurance too I’m sure. Lady at counter is extremely decent. Tiny physician is untrustworthy.

I had a wonderful experience at clear choice vision in humble TX.. The owners Steve and Nancy were both very nice and very friendly. I told Steve the type of style I like which are bold frames and he found the perfect pair for me. No long wait for them either. I believe it was only a week in a half and my glasses were ready. Great service, great price and great people to buy from..Thank you Steve! I love my glasses!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! Its so hard to find a eye Dr. who will explain and stay on level with my kids. The owner truly cares about his patients and has a superb way of showing his pride for his work and office without being arrogant! His wife is such a sweetheart also. Just went in to check prices of frames. The lady took forever to acknowledge us, then insisted on seeing our insurance card. I told her it doesnt cover frames and it would be cash. She still insisted. Then started helping someone that came in after us. Needless to say we left. Didnt even get a price range or anything. Poor service and would not reccomend at all.

I have been a patient at Clear Choice Vision for 5/6 years now. I don’t have enough positive things to say about Steve (owner and eye doctor). This is a family owned business that treats people like family and that is probably what I love most!! The eye glass special that CCV runs all the time is unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone in the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita area.

If you arent absolutely in love with your current optician, then you would be well advised to make an appointment at Clear Choice Vision. You will be so very glad that you did.

I was not impressed with the service at Clear Choice Vision Center. I understand it is small family business but the equipment seemed very outdated compared to other optometrist offices Ive been to. The prescription was hand written and did not include all of the information required to get a prescription filled. They do not have a good selection of frames, most were outdated. Finally, when I requested a refund on the same day of a purchase, he was unable to issue a refund to my credit, instead I was told I would have to wait 7 days for the bookkeeper to process the refund. The people are nice but they need to update their selection of frames and technology to compete with competitors.
