They do an awesome job! We have a logo that is difficult to print due to the colors, but it always looks amazing no matter what they are printing up for us. They are easy to work with and get the products done when they say they will. Highly recommend them!

I stopped by this morning to place my order; the formatting of my files was incorrect(this was my fault), so they said it would take a little longer and it would not be done until Monday. That was fine, but they ended up calling me just a few hours later to let me know they were ready. It was a pleasant surprise! It was very fast, and the posters I ordered were nice quality as well. I will definitely be returning for future orders.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication I received while trying to doing business here. I am a local business owner myself and was trying to utilize the EDDM service. I started trying to work with Darryal on October 7th. We spoke and he emailed me a few things and asked me to send him over some examples of what we were looking for. He never responded after that. I reached out to him again on Monday 11/11 expressing my frustration in his failure to communicate and he apologized and said there had been some things going on. He thought he had sent me something over. I said ok, I understand things happen. I now need a new logo created as well as utilize the EDDM service. I emailed him that day what I was looking for and he said he would have something to me by tomorrow and then Tuesday he said it would be tomorrow. I appreciated him letting me know when he wasnt going to be able to meet the deadline he sat for himself. But since Wednesday 11/12, I have not heard anything else from him, nor has he responded to my emails. Very disappointing experience.

One star because my wedding invitations werent done correctly. They were missing the date of the wedding and wanted to charge me another amount of $40 to add it. I was very disappointed with my first experience here!I originally started working with Pam from the start and she was aware of the date that needed to be on the invites. When my fiancé dropped off our own paper stock to get them printed Pam wasnt there anymore so April took over and again, he specified to her the details and DATE. She asked to email the time and address so I did! I get back the invites back without the date! The owner or manager Connie was fine with me just taking them disappointed and did not care about my experience .

I am extremely dissatisfied with this location, I went in to get a new quote on my business cards that they done for me 2 years ago, they couldnt find me in their system, I gave them one of my cards as reference, 2 weeks went by they never called me back, when I called to remind them, they sent me a quote, the day I was going in to order they sent me a revised quote of almost $100 more, I called to see what was going on they said that a new girl had given me the quote, I told them that it says good for 30 days, they talked with the owner and the owner said they would not honor it, it would be the new price almost $100 more, we had gone here for years, we did shirts, doorhangers, 2 types of business cards, estimate sheets, yard signs, refrigerator magnets, and we even did alot of the remodeling on the business when the old owner was there, apparently the new owner is not interested in keeping his residual clients, I will take my business elsewhere!!!
