I honestly cannot say enough good stuff about this Office Depot and the people that work at it. After purchasing the wrong desk and not realizing it until it was halfway built- which was completely my fault they came to the rescue so that I got the exact desk that I wanted.They went so far as to completely unload the desk out of my car and when I offered to help Miguel wouldnt let me touch it! Hes such a wonderful guy! He made sure it was loaded and unloaded correctly without messing up my car while having a great attitude because that stuff is not light!Then, Teresa was such a joy during the return pprocess. She let me know shes been with the company a long time and recently transferred to that store and loves the manager. Most people cant say that about their manager- am I right?Shane was wonderful and I am gracious that as the manager that he would take a product that was halfway built and provide me with the desk I wanted.Whatever is happening at this store- keep it going because it gives you that warm family owned business feel from a huge corporation!

Sent a friend to get an office chair we bought online only for someone else to pick up the chair and for the store to refuse a refund. Imagine giving your customers purchase out to someone else and then refuse to acknowledge the mistake that was made.

Charged me $ 2.50 for 2 copies. (2 pieces of paper.)self serve Machines dont accept cash. I dont have any credit cards at the moment. Had to go to the counter. The guy there told me to just charge me for 2 copies. The cashier old lady with no name tag harrassed me about paying $2.50 for 2 copies didnt want to hear any excuses. Just becausei wentto the counter.(update:) went to FedEx across the highway and they helped me with copy and scan and send for less than $2.

I wish I could give them no stars...I have a printing business and have been severely impacted by covid so to say that money is tight is an understatement. I placed an online order for 1 single ink cartridge that I needed to complete an order. (I didnt realize the ink was as low as it was). It clearly stated it could be picked up today so I placed the order USING THE VERY LAST OF THE MY MONEY.Get to the store and its completely closed at 5pm on a Saturday night.So we go to the other location less than 1/2 a mile away only for that store manager to be unhelpful. The only thing that he did was cancel the order saying he cant fill it there. The order was paid for...he could have just refunded it to a store credit and let me buy the cartridge I needed...he just didnt want to help me...he acted like there was nothing he could at all...he didnt even try.Come to find out the original store closed due to a covid 19 positive test and they are reopening the next day.I buy ALOT OF INK CARTRIDGES and I guess I am gonna have to reevaluate where I get them...office depot is clearly the cheapest but I will pay more if it means getting good customer service.

I came in to get labels and banners made. I was going to spend alot of money this morning. The lady at the print department was rude, lied and said they couldnt do it when I called yesterday to make sure they could. She didnt want to do it and she was just plain rude!! I will never use this store again and hopefully they will get better service. She said they would charge to format and that was fine but then said that she wouldnt do it

I deal with this store quite often with my job and David in the print department is really awesome. I wont go to any other location or chain store as long as David is staffed at this location. He is an asset to this store and very professional. Weve been doing business with them since 2016 and I have no complaints.

Absolutely horrible. People are rude. I asked for a photo printed and they lied and said they can just print a tiny picture ( obviously because its easier and theyre lazy and dont care. Not to mention thats a lie because the next day I ordered it online to pick up from the same location. Not to mention Ive got pictures printed here before.) They are so lazy. I waited in line SO long and I was just the next one in line.) If you want any printing services or helpful people, DO NOT GO HERE. Maybe they need new managers because when I let him know how rude and not helpful in the printing area workers they have, he did absolutely nothing. Didnt apologize. Nothing. Just stood there staring looking confused.) Believe me, do not go here.)

This location is very unprofessional. I went to this location to print out someone posters because I had a show coming up and I needed them ASAP. The lady was actually deleting my email address to print my photos from. The manager was extremely rude and he didnt care at all. Ill never be back. I went across the freeway to FedEx instead, FedEx had excellent customer service and they actually RECEIVED my email to print my photos from. Hmmmm 🤔

Nate is AMAZING!! I was completely in a bind attempting to transfer information from one device to another. What has taken me four days in attempts, Nate did in 10 minutes!! Thank you so much Office Depot for employing such a great person!!!!

The store seemed stocked and laid out in a clear and complete manner, much like other Office Depots. This store however seemed warmer than others boarding on stagnant. The staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful. The self-printing process was more expensive and difficult than I would have assumed. The self printer also convert our power point in the USB stick incorrectly, so make sure to have your files stored as pdfs or use business services.

Fail Dec 20th I ordered some business cards and it is now Jan 20th. They still have not come in.

It was an office depot. The stock was full but the 2 things i was looking for, they didnt have. In the dry erase section there were no dry erase markers or erasers. Needed 1 book of stamps but they only had rolls. The cashier didnt want to be there either. LoL

Last night around 7:00pm I stopped by to ship off a package and noticed they had nice portable chargers which Id been looking for. As I was waiting in line at check out, the African American male cashier (with dreadlocks or braids, which I only include to describe him as I did not catch his name) I noticed the customer he was helping laughing, however as I was minding my own business (which it costs nothing to do, just a tip for the ignorant woman passing unnecessary judgment on strangers) I did not realize their conversation was about me. Only when she laughed again and mumbled some people think theyre special to which both her and the employee (as in the cashier who is paid to provide customer service which Im sure falls in line with showing respect to customers) respond to with laughter was when I realized they were talking about me because I was literally the only other person around and also theyd looked back at me when they laughed. Instead of confronting the woman and stooping to her level, I let her leave in peace and approached the employee with a question about the product. I chose to ignore the disrespectful and unprofessional banter he engaged in because he was very obviously a kid. I asked if they had the additonal chord I needed to charge my portable charger as a separate item for sale because the portable charger came by itself with no chord and he seemed very confused and provided unhelpful answers like its an android charger. You can use any android charger Which I responded to with I have an iphone so I dont own those chargers, do you guys sell them separately? (just to provide clarity, I was not asking him for a phone USB chord to charge my phone, I am aware I either neeed to provide my own or if I do not have that purchase it as well. I was looking for the chord I needed to charge the portable charger which I would need to do before I could even use it for my phone). And he responded you can get those anywhere. He was literally suggesting I take my business elsewhere. Incompetent.Now, not only was he firstly unprofessional and laughing with customers at another customers expense, but he was also so incredibly bad at his job that he didnt understand the other part of his job was SALES.Ive called corporate on employees before who obviously should NOT be representing a company if they do so so poorly. And lucky for this kid, I was in a giving mood. So I showed mercy and didnt seek that route. However, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because of his customer service. Which as small of a loss as it could be considered, it was still a loss for that branch.I am ashamed for this boy and I feel bad for Office Depots corporate office, and branch managers and other sales reps who do their job well. It is employees like these that forever tarnish a persons perspective of a company and that just isnt right.Management please discipine your staff and set higher expectations. If they are receiving a paycheck, they need to realize they represent a companys mission and unfortunately this boy was on the clock. I will never return to this store again.

Great selection for office supplies. However, all five times ive been there I have waited over 15 minutes in a short line. Ridiculous. Im going to go to the store down the road instead.

Good. I got what I needed when both Walmart or Sams did not.

This location is in a dire need of a face lift, both outside and inside. The stock on the shelf was messy even with no customers to hinder clean up. The only thing that saves this is that the NFC terminals are active and makes me come here instead of going to the nicer Office Max. Employees are also lackbuster on helping.

I havent been to an Office Depot in a very long time but went here to find a very specific item. They did have what I was looking for but this is a somewhat rough location, not the nicest. However I will say that the employees were helpful.

Went by Home Depot but have a couple of cards laminated very prompt polite service Pleasant business

Although I found most of what I was looking for, this location did not have alot of options for journaling.

The store needs major updating. It is disgusting, especially the bathrooms. The person at the copy center didnt know how to open a file in Adobe. Overall it was not the best shopping experience.
