Bought equipment from these guys with software they cannot support. Service manager is rude, treats clients and employees like dirt, and also does not care about doing the right thing. Seems like he only money motivated and does not know anything about good customer service. Other employees actually acknowledged this when I brought it up. I attempted to contact the owner but never got a reply. After several attempts I gave up and am now looking for another vendor or solution.I took the time to read some of the reviews, and all of them mention someone named Nelson. Almost seems like people were either coaxed or paid or incentivized to write these reviews.

Great local Company that provides top of the line service. I have been very pleased with them from the first phone call. Excellent customer service!! Our company recently signed a contract with Platinum Solutions and the installation process was both quick and completed properly. They were able to answer most of my questions on the different settings that the copier can have and the ones they werent able to answer, they did there research and got back with me and helped me set it up. I just purchased our second copier from Platinum Copier Solutions and I am so pleased with their service.
