My bag was stolen while in the parking lot while putting food in the trunk. Most of the employees are young so when I ran to the employees about what just happened to me in their parking lot, they just kind of brushed me off. The employees lacked empathy, compassion, kindness… Simply because of that, I am rating a 1. I shop at other Costcos and the employees are a bit older and VERY kind so I will appreciate the OTHER COSTCO EMPLOYEES MUCH MORE NOW!

Our Costco in Humble, TX always tries to go that extra distance to ensure you’re completely satisfied with their products or service. Great (no awesome) optician next door to Costco and a very competent optical department. One word of caution however; is though the price you pay for glasses is significantly less than other optical stores keep in mind that it is lower because they offer no warranty past possibly 30 days if that amount of time.

Love Costco! The only down fall is I can never leave out there with out paying over $100. Smh. Always something I cant live without lol I can easily be in there a couple of hours just browsing the shelves. $ Take my money$ IF YOU DONT KNOW NOW YOU KNOW

I love shopping here if I need large amount of stuff. For some reason buying not allots stuff could run you 100 plus very easy.

My wife stops here to buy me hot dogs. Its the best deal in the whole store hands down. She always brings me at least two because she knows I like wieners.

Good visit. Clean store. Helpful employees. Stockly fairly well. They didnt have ALL of the products we wanted, but they had most items. They had a good selection in Optical. Delicious food items at the cafe. Carts were clean.

Love Costco, but come on guys, give me a break... open at 9:00 am!!! I long for the day when Costco use to open at 9:00 am. Really, it wasnt that long ago. What happened? And, no you cannot use COVID as a reason anymore. Am sitting out here in the parking lot at 9:00 am. Its now 9:30 am. Have seen 30-40 cars drive up, and in bewilderment drive away...never to be seen again. If you guys raise you membership fee as reported, and dont go back to normal hours, you can count me out...for good.

Its a great place, but like everything its good to shop around because sometimes you can get a better price elsewhere, or sometimes they dont sell what your looking for.

Good constant employees. relaxed and spacious. Always fresh. Good deals.

Used their self check out and it saved me time. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. Just what I was looking for.

Was having a higher expectation of better value and selection. But I mean unless your needing a massive amount of something I wouldnt bother spending the membership money, save money and go to Walmart for a more vast selection of goods.

Big selection... always clean, lines always move fast. dont fight for parking 😆 plus you are nearby other shopping centers and mall.

You cant beat Costco for there wholesale like prices on bulk items, fresh meats and produce. Everything form daily living, clothing, electronics, major appliances, pharmaceutical, vision center and hot food Cafe (love those 1lb hotdogs). Match that up with the price of fuel at their pumps, its win/win for everyone.

What can i say. Great prices. Lots of different items. Amazing steaks. Clothes that are great prices for entire family.

Ordered tires in store on a Monday. When they arrived the store called me to make an appointment for Friday. I showed up and checked in at the time of my appointment. Gave them my keys and they told me it would be 1 hour 15 minutes to install the tires. 1-1/2 hour later they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. Don’t make appointments you don’t intend to keep. I waited another 30 minutes for a refund.

It was great shopping at Costcos today! Didnt take any time waiting in the optical dept and found everything needed. Check out was even fast with no waiting!

Very nice Costco. Gas station & vision center & pharmacy is AVAILABLE at this location. There is no photo center. Clean store,very busy, especially on weekends. Pay attention to the store hours as they are not open late.. website is worth checking out too. Food bar on inside, Costco has food, beauty, household and alcohol and equipment, toys and clothes available. Its a nice store.

I have a Sams membership as well. So comparing both places i have to say you get more at Costco. For example. Steaks at Costco are larger for the same price as Sams. Customer service is great at Costco. Shelves are Always filled. And the lines are always moving. Cant say the same about Sams. Oh, and the Food court at Costco is better. Pizza is good and the Hotdogs are great.

Never had a Costco I didnt like. But this location was very friendly, and willing to help. This one is my favorite that I have visited so far.

What is NOT to like about Costco! I love this place, but it is dangerous - I spend five times as much as I ever intend!

Just got a membership and all of the staff have been super helpful. During our first check out, one of their staff members got so excited when we told him we were new to Costco and he started telling us all the details of our membership - stuff we didn’t even know! The selection has been great so far and the place is very clean. No complaints!Update: we have bought produce several times from Costco and they always get moldy within a few DAYS. Wish they would last at least a week. Might be buying produce from a different store from now on.

Store was nice, had lots of stuff you could want for pantry StaplesMy biggest problem was the staff at the membership booth. They were very friendly but VERY pushy. They wanted to get me to upgrade my membership to the $120 one but I said no I just want the cheapest one, then three more staff came over and tried to sell me on the more expensive one. I had to tell them no three times and he still rung me up for the $120 TWICE. Had to get a manager to override each time. Then once I finally got him to give me the $60 one, we went to the side to take a picture and he continues to try and up sell me. Very frustrating because I was on a limited budget and I didnt appreciate being up sold so hard and pressured into something I couldnt afford. It was either less groceries and this membership or cheaper membership and more groceries. It is not a hard concept.

Went to the optical center to buy some new glasses. Samantha was so kind and friendly helping me with my choices, and what I should be looking for. She was patient while fitting them on me, and was kind and acknowledged other customers that she would help them shortly while she was helping me.

Very poor experience due to worker Irene! Without a doubt the rudest encounter I have ever had shopping here. Her type of attitude and character puts a stain on Costco’s brand and service.

Service is terrible in this location, Im a Costco shoppers over 30 years, in Miami all the staffs is very helpful, professional and friendly. But when I go to Woodlands location is very nice too. Not Humble location, I got told by one of the customer told me the Humble location very poor service and not friendly at all. But I didnt expect Costco staff as a supervisor Michael in the front came to me and my husband yelling loud to my husband put the mask on, but at that time me and my husband was having a conversation about the electronics. His voice got my attention because I never expected a staff member talk like that to a customer, also we both have the masks on, but maybe my husband didnt cover his nose. But this is not professional to talk to a customer towards to us aggressively in the public area. He could come to us talk nicely about my husband mask need to cover the nose. I had seen people do that and no one around to say anything. We feel offended/Races, because the supervisor is white Male and my husband is Hispanic dark skin, and Im Asian and we both speaking Spanish. My husband said why he talk to us like that, so I go takes care of that immediately to ask him who is your manager, he still with the attitude said he is my manager and he even show me thats is called wearing a mask?? He expressed with anger front of his manager. I told him you are exaggerating the situation, I told him that how you represent the company? I had never have issues with non of the Costco for over 30 years. But this is not the way to treat customers, you always can talk to us with a nice way and professional with the customers, not yelling loud in the public area. Trust me I was about to leave my cart full of stuff over 1K, and time that we were there, I will just leave it to him to put things back because the attitude. But the manager apologize for the cause, but I hope is not gonna happen again.

I dont give a lot of 5 star reviews, but Costco has earned it. I will be a lifelong member.Recently had to return a 4 year old modem because it wasnt compatible with my new internet package. It was refunded, no questions asked and they went out of their way to help me get one that would work from another store.Nobody else has customer service like Costco. Always friendly and incredibly helpful.

I had an absolutely lovely cashier named Casey! She made the whole process so much easier. She was always so sweet. The warehouse was very clean and it was a very good experience. God bless Costco. 🇺🇸❤️

Five stars because a sweet lady in customer service offered to help me find the product I was looking for. I took her up on it because I couldnt find it on my first visit and they called to customer service said it was in stock. Customer service found the lights for me!

Store is clean and the personnel have been very courteous and helpful when I needed information regarding products and services, as well as policies.

A warehouse like all Costcos, this one has a large fuel station which, thankfully, has not been more than a 10 minute wait. The store does not get super busy but I usually go towards the later part of the day. Pizza and hot dogs are available from the food court. The merchandise selection is typical Costco--large sizes which most large families can appreciate but smaller families might not need. In short, this is another typical Costco store. Nothing separates it from the mold. Familiar but not exciting. Lately, I feel the prices arent as competitive as in earlier years, so I go elsewhere for smaller quantities. One change worth mentioning is that they no longer give us cash rewards. It is now store credit valid only at Costco. Customer service claims it is due to Covid-19. Yeah...

They have everything here almost and its in bulk I bought the biggest bag of doritos I have ever seen in my life they got good deals on meat cheese veggies sodas Gatorade and its in bulk cant beat that but you do got to be a member .......or know someone who is

This store is always crowded when I go, but they always have enough cashiers to handle the crowd.

Would give 5 stars, but.....they dont accept all credit cards.

I did a comparison between them and Sams Club. For me Sams has more chips and drinks(apple juice, coke,etc.), but Costco has them beat on the meat prices. This is only my personal opinion.

I was wondering whats the biggest difference between Sams Club and Costco?... So we needed supplies for a diet we are starting, .. you know, some of us have put on the Covid 19 pounds since the pandemic.We went to Costco with friends who have a membership to Costco, while we are members of Sams Club.I was especially interested in finding out, what makes the biggest difference between the two?When we got there I was very surprised to find that inside, they are set up very similar. They have virtually the same products on the same color warehouse shelves .. big TV displays. People with phone service wanting you to switch. Food samples near the freezer section. Almost the same exact experience, ..So to answer the question, .. Whats the difference between Costco and Sams Club?The signs! .. If it wasnt for the signs saying Costco all over .. I would have thought I was at Sams Club.I still might switch from Sams to Costco, .. why?Its closer to my house. The only reason I can see to switch.

We seem to like this one a little more than The Woodlands location. Well stocked, and clean. If you arent a member yet I highly suggest looking into Costcos return policy. Buying things here is easy with the added peace of mind that should you have any issue with most anything bought here theyll stand behind it and make good on the return.

Nice wide parking places and ample handicapped spaces available. Clean store with fantastic produce. They also carry a lot of organic foods at very, very reasonable prices!!

This review goes specifically for Claudia in the membership center, because Costco store in general is great! She acted so stuck up and was almost forcing me to buy the $120 membership card when I had told her I only wanted the $60 one. I dont buy all of my groceries in costco, only laundry detergent and clorox and thats it!Her attitude was very ungrateful, if you apply to work at a place where your primary job is to socialize with people and you dont have the attitude to do it please dont apply! Costco in this location can do better

Absolutely love the store. They have a lot of great service and selection at good prices. Store is always clean and easy to navigate through! I always enjoy looking around and finding a good deal especially for childrens clothing but I swear I am always going for a few products and always leave spending no less than 300. I also switched from using CVS or Walgreen and Walmart RX simply because I had a prescription and they were so much cheaper than any other company that I have used even with my insurance, the price is difference shocked me. Only pet peeve I have is the meat prices I know that the meat is very good and but very expensive but for school and classroom snacks I always find it better for the price because you get more for less money and the kids always love when I bring them snacks. Also there pizza is probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. Love the fact that I feel comfortable with using the restroom because it is very clean and always has a clean smell

I tend to shop here for household items and snack items and they have a cute selection of clothes for kids and sometimes adults at reasonable prices. Also I choose Costco RX over any other pharmacy due to for a prescription you would pay triple the amount for the same prescription if you went to Walmart, Walgreens, CVS it was crazy how I went to Walgreens and they wanted to charge almost 150 for an antibiotic went to Costco and my prescriptions were free I was like 😳 wow. They have some good deals on meat in bulk but some are outright outrageous like same steaks there $100 go to Kroger same steaks on sale $15. But I do wish they would have more of a selection it never changes like especially with the drinks its sprite, coke and Dr pepper and thats it, like these companies make other sodas

Great place to shop for big families, but honestly wear the mask or face covering while you’re in the building. Some adults are throwing fits about it like little toddlers. The managers handle it so very well, I was just shocked at how some people can act like such idiots.

Just pumped gas here so cant really speak for the rest of it but the lines werent ridiculously long like other ones around the city.

Best staff and love the items. Its not so busy during certain hours so the parking is good and with plenty of spaces. Usually the hours I go, its super empty so I can go right in and out within 15-30 mins, depending on what all Im getting. The check out lines are always empty and they offer self checkout. Hands down my fav since 2016.

No.one there or sign location to tell the shopper where items are located. Very confusing.

After visiting several locations I appreciate this one even more. Happy, helpful staff keep carts clean and politely enforce policies. One thing: I do wish they would install phone readers on the gas pumps like the nasa pkwy location (I always forget my card and use the app on my phone,) but the gas station attendants are always available and helpful, especially when I was 9 mos pregnant and they pumped my gas for me. They put air in the tires complimentary and help with carry outs.

Love the senior hours instituted during pandemic. Also knowledgeable employees.

I love Costco. So I am terribly disappointed with the online ordering experience, or more precisely, the return process. Ive the 800 number 7 times to get a bed picked up. Finally, with only a 30 minute warning, they took the new and unused bed away.But wait theres more... 5 weeks after the bed was finally picked up from the house, no refund has been issued. I called once again...blah blah blah.A disorganised, frustrating and time-sucking ordeal, and yet they still have my $2,200.

I love shopping at Costco with five kids really saves me a lot of money.

If you can afford to buy in bulk the savings are great, but I found it hard to find things since theres no signs on the aisles. Im sure it wouldnt be a problem once youve shopped here enough but at first its pretty disorienting.

Everything is huge,extremely spaced out. The best part were the walk in fridge the cool AC at -33 while in the Texas heat is amazing.
