Christina and Anabel gave the best experience to me and my fiancé. We bought the ring of our dreams! They helped us in every single way possible. It was a huge decision we were making and wanted it to be perfect and they made it perfect! They communicated every step of the way. We were on time crunch but they made sure it was here on time. They filtered through pages of options and were so patient! We went back a few times to make sure and every single time we were greeted by them with warm smiles. They have amazing personalities. They gave their 100% time and effort and treated us so nicely. We can not wait to continue our business with them.

I only know of two men that work at this establishment one is bald and one has hair and facial hair. The one with facial hair is a condescending, pretentious oaf. Questioned my fiancé on whether or not he was the one that bought the ring he brought in to be resized. And not in A security wise aspect he had already seen as ID. Like I said he was just being pretentious. Sorry he walked in with A T-shirt on and not a full suit. He also didn’t size my ring correctly at all. Whether he was the one resizing it or not he was the one that was supposed to have written down the correct size for it to of been changed to. My ring was a size 7 and it needed to be sized to a 5 1/2. I get it back four days later and it’s a six. When my fiancé came in to get said ring not only did the guy not remember him (he’s extremely hard to miss and again it was four days since we’ve been there) he was super rude throughout the entire interaction. The bald guy that works there is extremely professional and helpful. Other dude obviously needs to be fired considering the fact that everyone on yelp also has plenty to say about him.
I called and the guy Mark answered the phone. Told him what I needed and he said he was already working with a customer. I offered to let him call me back but he said it would be better to hold. I was on hold a longgggg time before just hanging up. Lost my business.

My husband bought me an expensive pair of earrings for Christmas. When we were checking out the gentleman offered to have the earrings appraised. We thought this was odd, because all jewelry stores we had purchased jewelry from before would already provide the certificate of appraisal value when we purchased the piece of jewelry. We went to the appraisal appointment and once it was finished they wanted to charge us another $100 for the appraisal of the earnings. We told them we were never informed it was an additional charge. They refused to give the appraisal unless we paid the additional $100. We feel scammed and will never shop here again.
Hours arent very great ... dissatisfied with the fact, I cant keep up warranty on my jewelry due to lazy store hours.

Kinda disappointed in this location went there and bought a ring for my wife for Christmas the lady told they would special order the ring in her size. When we went back two days later to get the warranty and that salesmen told me he ordered the ring in her size my wife called them 1/19 to check on eta and was told ohh that they cannot order the ring in her size. So we returned the ring and got a full refund. I would recommend going to another location as the lady that originally sold me the ring I found out is an assistant manager for the store

My purchase experience was fabulous. My pick up experience was horrible and ruined the excitement of my new diamond purchased for my wedding set. Melanie, the manager was about as rude as can be. First, she said the ring wasnt ready even though I had received an email notification, which I brought with me as proof and was also needed to claim the ring. Then once she located it, she didnt let me look at it. Said she first needed to take pictures of it. Her system was down so the process drug on for 10 minutes or more. During this time she said she needed to have a talk with my salesman for not explaining that I needed a certain pick up ticket when in fact I followed all instructions provided in the email. Once she finally let me see my 1.6 kt ring, I mentioned how beautiful it was multiple times and how please I was with how it came out. She never once commented nor shared in the excitement and never agreed that it was beautiful. This person does not have the people skills youd expect from a Jared employee.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have been really busy lately ( I assume because of increased popularity) so I have had to wait for help a couple of times. But they make sure who ever helps me is knowledgeable about what Im looking for. I have bought a little bit of everything and they continuously have new merchandise and fun events for me to attend. I always look forward to seeing my favorite manager Melanie.
I came in to pick up my ring July 12 after a week because a diamond fell out an it still was not ready. The girl that was supposedly helping me was very rude her name was Mandy..she did not tell me anything so 10 minutes go by I ask another lady hey what’s going on with my ring and she throws her arms up in the back where the people fix rings clean etc like I am suppose to know and they inform me it’s getting it’s final inspection which it is after 3 pm so it should have been ready... so Mandy came out to tell me and she was very rude when she told me what was going on..I told her she was being rude so she did not want to help me ...long story short Jared I am disappointed for having an employee like this but on a positive Melanie finished helping me so 35 minutes later I got my ring and Melanie was so very nice an professional I might just buy something else from Jared if Melanie is there
After many years of doing business with Jareds and spending tons of money with them, I trusted them to resize a custom designed right. They damaged and broke the 1.65ct emerald center stone. They have had the ring since 2/6/2020, they wanted to put an uncertified/appraised stone in the ring, my stone was GIA certified and appraised stone when they received it, now they say it could take months to get a stone certified and appraised or pay for the cost of a Certified/Appraised stone of the same size/quality. So sorely disappointed in their business practice and how they have dealt with the issue for going on 4 months.
They are always helpful and very understanding to what it is youre looking for. I highly recommend this particular Jared location because you will leave this store happy with exactly what youre looking for and feeling like family. Ive been here 3 different times for my jewelry needs and I will continue to shop here no doubt.

The first time my fiance and I went we received excellent service. However, the second time we went in to get the ring we had decided on, we were treated like our money wasnt good there. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were there and then even longer until we were helped. Then we were told that the ring I had decided on could only go up one size and down one size so it would need to be completely remade for my size. Well, we decided we would look at the solitaire diamonds instead. The sales lady said we would need to wait for a bridal specialist to help us out. It took about about 20 minutes for a lady to help us out and then we were treated again as if we did not have the money to buy anything. She seemed disinterested in what we were looking for and was no help at all. When we finally selected the ring she was very detached. I was told I would receive a call when the ring was ready the next day for being sized, I never did. After I received the ring it did not even come in a box. He handed it to me and said good day. Never have I ever felt so disrespected. And now to add insult to injury I find out that my ring was made too small. Both times when I went there to drop off and pick up my ring no one acknowledged my existence and asked if I needed any help;. I have always had size 6 rings. So I had my ring resized, which means that had they listened to me and measured my finger correctly I could have gotten the ring I wanted originally. I will never go there again.

I had a wonderful experience a Jareds!I shamefully suggested to my fiance that I wanted to possibly exchange my engagement ring - big mistake.We went to Zales and tried to exchange the ring. The sales manager was rude and very condescending therefore I decided to just refund the ring completely. She didnt even pretend to care about the sale or the fact that we were willing to spend $1k more towards her commission.The day grew more and more difficult after the experience at Zales...Finally after a day of arguing and fighting about the ring we went to Jareds.AMY and JENNIFER helped us find the PERFECT ring.I didnt have to ask one by one to see a dang ring. I simply picked out a few that I liked the most and they went out and pulled all rings that were within our price range.We sat down, cooled off and enjoyed being presented with ring after ring options.I decided on a beautiful Vera Wang ring.We left, enjoyed a steak and by the time we came back my ring was resized and ready for me to wear forever and ever!Thank you AMY AND JENNIFER!!!!

Do not shop here! I decided to try Jareds out and look at their rings. When my husband and I walked in we werent even greeted or awknowledged. We walked around for a good 15 mins and none of the sales associates even try to make eye contact with us or try to help out. A simple hello or welcome would of made it but they didnt even have the courtesy to do so. Horrible service at this location, will never be coming back again.

My first time in Jareds. I was super excited after looking at the website and discovered I really like the Neil Lane collection engagement rings. I go into the store to be greeted by a great door man who pointed out every thing they had to offer in the store but then he told me to wait while he found a dimondologist to help me. I patiently went through all the cabinets and looked at all the collection and several staff members walked past. Not once did anyone acknowledge me after about 15 mins of being ignored I walked out the door and the really nice door man apologized and said Im sorry I couldnt find anyone to help you there will be a bigger staff here tomorrow. Smh thats just bad service.

On April 21, 2016 I took my rings in due I had a chip diamond....I was told it would take six weeks to be fixed....Also before it be repaired I returned to the store to find out my rings will take sixty days to be repaired...I was not notified that they had called me....I stated when no one has call me.....the manager check the notes and says I have such number....I stated that not my number...so the rep that checked my rings for repair never checked or updated my number to match in system with paperwork. After I was jst waiting..Occasionally I would drop in and check to see if my rings came back early hopefully..mind you I had threatening to call corporate office to find what was going...I finally got around and call corporate..when I called i found that my ring would be out from 60-65 days....I was like dam they dont do nothing but lie..back in septof 2014 made 10 anniversary were I went pick out this set of rings and trade in my old wedding set....I ended up finacing the balance agreeing to pay a145 per monthly for the balance....when I received the statement it more the what had agreeed to. Why I had been charge for the whole set of new rings and nothing was taken off for my trade in rings....I called corporate again....they tired tell me this and tht...finally they stated we owe you 2800 in credit..you need to return to the store....I go back speak to Robin the manager she had to call corporate like I was lying...and I was told she would call bck later that day which.she never did after that she stated come in so I can give you your credit....before I brought to they the attention that my trade in didnt apply to new rings I was getting. Due to everything I have been through for the rings for HELL and STORE FROM HELL corporate call Robin the stor manger at 1115am this morning letting her know I was getting a whole new set of rings and sized...Robin the store told corporate my will be ready @8pm...I arrive at 837pm excited to have my rings back after all most 3 months of not having them do you know my rings still was not ready..I WAS PISSED OFF I WENT OFF telling Robin off....She had seven in half to my rings together and paperwork...Bottom line DNT SHOP at THIS LOCATION POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR Management...Come Monday I will be calling corporate bck...I willI purchase anything at this location again.
I have never had any issue with Jared up until November 8th of last year. Wife took her wedding band in for the 6 month inspection. Upon taking it they said some of the stones had chipped and that they would have to send it in to corporate in order to get it fix. No problem right. They said it would take 6-8 weeks for it to come back. My wife called around the end of November and they said they would check with corporate and call her back. She never received a call back so on December 28th my wife went up to the store and was informed by the assistant manager(JUSTIN) that the ring had been lost either by the Store, Corporate or mail. My wife was not given a phone call or email or anything letting her know about the lost ring. At this point they said they were going to order her the new ring but had to be custom made since the size of the ring is too small (4 ½). After not hearing back from (JUSTIN) we decide to call back February 4, 2015. I call first and I am told that they are waiting to hear back from corporate, (6:25 PM). My wife calls back 10 minutes later and gets a hold of JUSTIN. He informs her that he just got a call from corporate 30 minutes ago and was just about to call her (6:05 PM). It seems that her wedding band has been discontinued and JUSTIN is trying to sort things out to see what they can do. My wife is not thrilled with this. Then it gets worse, JUSTIN went back and looked at his notes and it seems that they knew her ring was lost since November 13, 2014, but did not tell her until December 28th. If they knew the ring was lost November 13 why didn’t they tell her when she called at the end of November? They had lied and said they were waiting for corporate when in reality they already knew it was lost. We had to call them to find out the status of her ring. We never got a phone call from JARED NOR JUSTIN to tell us this. She also was informed that the ring was ordered December 12th and she was also not notified a new ring was being ordered. His excuse to why he never called was “We were busy with the holiday season”. How is it that the ring was ordered December 12th and you are just now (February 4, 2015) finding out now that it has been discontinued. It took corporate a month and a half to let you know that? How do you not know what you are carrying? At this point we just want our money back. It has been 3 month since this occurred and 6 more weeks if she has to get another ring custom made. For a total of almost 4 and half weeks. How can we trust them to ever give them any of our jewelry for cleaning or inspections!TimelineNov 8 – Ring is dropped offNov 13- Corporate informs them the ring is lost (Wife does not get a call)Nov 24ish- Wife calls for status. Is told they would call corporate for status. Wife never hears anythingDec 12 – New ring is ordered – Wife is still not called to let her know the ring was lost and a new one is being orderedDec 28- Wife goes to store and is notified ring is lost and a new one has been orderedFeb 2- Husband calls the store and says they have to call corporate for statusFeb 4- End of day and we have not received a call. We call and are informed they just heard back from corporate and my wedding band has been discontinued.It seems like it takes them a month for them to know anything. This is the worst service ever!

I was looking for a watch...Jareds online price was $4,200, the store price for the same watch was $3500, then I did a Google search and found the same watch for $2,800 at an online retailer.You do the math ( commission= $1400 for you math illiterates), you want to get ripped off ?...go to JARED..no wonder they have lots of FREE water and act really NICE to you!!!
