Waited about 10-15 minutes no one ever greeted us, nor that it’ll be a wait. No acknowledgement what so ever. This was a couple weeks back, I have been meaning to make this comment. I see I’m not the only one. Better customer service is needed at this location.

I have bought almost $10,000 worth of items from Zales for my wife over the years without any broken pieces or returns. Ever... I bought her a diamond necklace for Valentines 2021 from this store. Her chain broke naturally today 4/26/21, just two months after buying it. Not only did they not have any in stock or a reference SKU number for the chain, but I found a much cheaper pendant with the same chain on it and asked if we could swap it out with another chain so that i could have/buy the perfect match. They denied the ability to do this (after openly saying they have no ways to track the chains via SKU) and would not be able to replace the chain on the $200 necklace with the chain that came on my wife’s $1,000 necklace.Customer service wasted and long time customer lost.

Assistant Averille from Deerbrook location was Amazing!!!!! She gave us a VIP experience that was special especially since she talked me into purchasing and upgrade... when customer service is regal money will be spent. Thanks Again Averille keep up the amazing work Zales is lucky to have you. You went above and beyond to assist me and my husband and we are grateful for your service

My sales agent Avrelle was amazing & made us feel very comfortable during our shopping experience. Her professionalism was gladly appreciated. I will definitely recommend her & this store to all my colleagues. Thank you !!

I do not recommend going to this location, went in to buy wedding bands and which they had them in stock, waited for 10 mins no acknowledgement of any sort and employees in the back room, they saw us waiting there and did nothing, going to another store and definitely not Zales

We purchased 1/2 Karat Diamond Stud earrings and the service, patience and care given to us by our Saleswoman (my apologies for not remembering her name, it was a unique name) was beyond exceptional. Her knowledgeable and advice on Diamonds were great!

Unfortunately, I got to speak with this lady named Maria and she was just rude. The customer service was horrible. As I was speaking to her on the phone, she was rushing me because she had a customer that had walked into the store. Every time I asked her a question, she sounded very bothered and desperate to end the call. This isn’t the type of service that a customer should receive. Just absolutely horrible. It is not the first time that I’ve had a bad experience at Zales! Never shopping there again.

Only allowing 8 ppl (including staff) in the store at a time. But when you get inside they provide 5 star service.

The staff is really helpful they greeted me in first 10 seconds. They help me find the perfect anniversary gift the jewelers consultant was not pushy at all. I recommend this place the staff is very nice .

I have to say it’s hard for me to find my comfortable place to shop but at Zales I was able to feel the warm welcomes by the ladies at the store. They gave me the opportunity to look into my diamond and the consultant taught me a few things I had not noticed before of my center stone. She also presented to me a very beautiful collection called LeVian and I will be throwing hints to my husband to come back and see The assistant manager, Jennifer and the manager Jessica. Thank you for the kind service. :)

My boyfriend got me a gorgeous ring for Christmas that was just a tad too small.. went in with him to set up a resize and Jennifer was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with in any type of retail setting. the 5 stars is just for her! Cant wait to get it back!!!

Waited forty five minutes to have my rings checked and number verified. Both ladies were at a loss for what to do. Very disappointed

Good customer service. I have come many times, they always help me pick something out. I bring my wedding ring every 6 months to get cleaned and checked. I have the diamond and metal warranty. My white gold ring was a little worn down, does not shine like it use to. So I used the metal warranty, so it can look like the day I got it.

This will be the last time I use them, bad customer service with corporate and their prices are inflated.Just search wholesale diamond or jewelry for better options.

So while going to the build a bear event Zales does a poolside Becky and request that the long line of nothing but mothers to remove from infront the store. The event was not well planned out. Zales decided to call the cops to have the long line moved. Thanks Zales no business for a long line of mothers. I will be sure to invest in another company for the holidays.

This place is horrible. I always come here maybe once every 6 months to get my ring cleaned, ask if they can really clean it and all they do is take it to the side dunk it in some liquid and scrub with an old toothbrush looking thing. It looks exactly the same after, the white gold is dull and not shiny. I feel as though they don’t care since my ring wasn’t 10,000 dollars or something. Ticks me off every single time... also I come to get my ring cleaned not to be sold a million things after. Not purchasing here ever again.

I love shopping at zales. But my last time in I only needed to get my rings cleaned. Gesina was great and ended up helping me with a new watch for myself and earrings for my daughter. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever had. And even sent out a personal thank you letter. I hope they know she’s a great asset to the store. Will most definitely continue my purchases with her. Thank you Gesina!!!!!

I’ve visited this location multiple times. Every time I’ve left disappointed with the customer service. It’s disheartening because this is the closest location to me. However the waiting, and time spent at this store is unacceptable and the workers don’t multi task or care about time sensitivity.

Purchase online through Ebates 3 days later i picked up my order, lady was nice and courteous

They are terrible. Not customer service friendly, and give the impression that they only care about people who look as though can make a purchase. I hate that they are the only ones within proximity. Horrible horrible horrible. They do not care.

Hire people who care about their customers!!
