So many items to look at, great place to grab some Christmas gifts, I experienced great customer service, and was in and out in a short period of time.

Staff great, Appeared manager had other places rather be. Very dismissive, non/caring despite trying to explain what I wanted I could see online. Couldn’t nor wanted to listen.Avoid

Customer service is horrible. I went in the other day and I was the only one and they made me wait in line for a good 20 minutes while not one customer was even in the store. There was 4 workers and they didn’t even greet me at all. Finally I asked if I can go in and they just said to wait. I waited and still got $400 worth of charms. I shouldn’t have even spent a dime in there but I didn’t want to drive to another store. If I could give less than a star I definitely would.

Everyone there was helpful and very nice. I was able to get some things for my daughter for Christmas as well as a little something for me 😊 They also let me know about their sales going on.

I LOVE the jewerly, but the Customer service needs work. Just on my left arm I have $800 dollars worth of Pandora on💯😂 dont play with me🙅🏾‍♀ show me some love when Im in the building. Keep it cute, NOT sassy.

I came in today to buy some charms but the lady that attended me by the name of Natea was extremely rude! I even saw her roll her eyes when I ask her a question. If I could give 0 starts I would. The fact that I’m a regular customer is so disappointing. Will not be coming back unless I see Claritza or Jenny. Ask for them those two lady’s are amazing!!

Claritza was so helpful to me even though I wasnt able to go into the store. She helped me step by step through phone and instagram. How many people you know thatll go the distance to help you through social media? I know nobody or company that will! If her manger is reading this she needs a raise!!!

Ive been to this Pandora store twice in the past month even though it is over an hour away from me. The customer service that I have received at this store is above and beyond the ones in the previous store.FIRST EXPERIENCEI came in to trade in a last chance bracelet that I had gotten for my birthday for a different size since this one was too small after going to the The Woodlands location and trading in my big one. They did it so promptly and even gave me a receipt for the proof of trade which the The Woodlands store has failed to do multiple times. I was so happy with the service of the manager and the staff, I ended up making the charm purchase that I have been meaning for a really long time.SECOND EXPERIENCEWe went to this store on Monday (May 13, 2019), to replace the mothers day promotion bangle that I had purchased for my mom for a smaller one. The manager we had talked on the phone said she would be able to replace it with the heart one since they didnt have the promotional one anymore. When I arrived at the store, they didnt have the heart one, but they did have the promotional one. In the end, that worked out for us anyway because that was the one I had initially gotten in the promotion.OVERALL, the customer service of this particular store is amazing and I am looking forward to coming back to make a purchase here.

Found the ring my girlfriend had been looking for thanks to the great service. A sweet young lady Laurie helped us. Much better experience than the pandora at willow brook mall which I’ve been to previously.

I called 2 times today looking to see if they have a ring I was looking for in the size I needed and was put on hold both times for over 20 minutes.. Im a very nice person so I didnt say anything the the second time I called but that is not good service at all if she was busy she could have very well said so ..smh not good for this first time customer...

I went into the store last night and the ladies working made everyone who came into the store sign in on a sheet to be assisted, so I did so and they skipped my name completely, calling three other people who came in after me, then only assisted me when I was one of the only people in the store. Once I was assisted they told me I could not return an item without the card it was purchased on (it was a gift, I had the gift receipt). Overall, they do not have good service, they do not have many size variations in the rings they did carry, and they are inconsistent with their information. 1 star is being generous.

Customer service was horrible today. I took in my rings to get cleaned and when I picked them up, they looked like they werent even touched. So i gave them back and kept showing the lady the areas that i was not satisfied, she then went to the back and another worker came busting out with attitude explaining they dont clean the items properly so that i needed to do it myself. I was so upset that i just wanted to get out of that place i didnt even get a chance to get the ladys name but she was a dark brunette caucasion with glasses. To make things worse as soon as i walked out i seen the two ladys just laughing about the situation so after this, i will NEVER go back to buying from here ever again!

Not such friendly employees. Said hello when I walked in but didn’t come to help until they finally looked up and realized I was standing at the counter waiting to purchase charms. I came in in July and purchased multiple charms and did their surveys and was able to use 3 at once. Now they today they said no I couldn’t. Well it was the manager who said yes to me using multiple survey codes in one transaction. All in all the sales associate and assistant manager working didn’t have the greatest attitude. They lost a sale from me and now I’m rethinking of buying from Pandora ever again!!

Horrible customer service, I got a Pandora ring I wanted for Christmas which is also my first purchase from there my husband bought it for me and at this time the only size they had was a 5 i wear a size 6 so after Christmas I went to exchange the ring, they still did not have the ring in my size so I asked they lady if they could order the ring in my size, she said no what i could do is give you the money back on a gift card and you could purchase the ring online. I said no thank you Ill just check back or get a full refund, and she said thats fine youll just need the original receipt, ok so I came back with the ring and the original receipt for a full refund (now this is my second trip to the store) she said do u have the card it was purchased with? Well no it was a gift from someone I dont have their card but it was debt, Ive never had a problem with getting cash back anywhere if it was purchased with a debt card and I have the original receipts, she said im sorry we cant refund it unless you have the card it was purchased with! I just feel like they dont want to do a refund!! I was going to just purchase another ring but they pissed me off so much with horrible customer service now Im going back for a third time today with my husbands card for the full refund!! I will never purchase from here again!!!

Excuse my French but the customer service sucked ass!!! The women working there were rude and unprofessional. They both were talking to each other and not paying attention to the rest of the customers. They were too busy talking about personal things so instead I took my business to Jared’s across the street.
