The person in store was not very friendly. As I walked in she asked what I needed and did assist me but was not personable at all. We left to purchase the items to be engraved elsewhere and came back. She said it would be ready within an hour and I received a text they were ready in about 15 min or so. When I came back to pick up items she was assisting another customer and was taking quite some time with them. When she finally said “I have your items on the back counter.” The items were placed on top of a bag, I reviewed them and placed them (on my own) in the bag. I EXPECTED more for what I paid in the sense that I had to bag my own items. The customer service was terrible! I typically visit the location in Memorial City Mall, although this one is closer I will not visit here again. If she was just going to leave them in top of the bag why did she have me wait in the store ??? As I was walking out I said “thank you” and got no response, once again I said “thank you” as I was walking out and still no response. Wow ! Not sure if she was in a bad mood or maybe it was just me, because other customers I witnessed her interact with she seemed perfectly fine. I hope you are able to train your associates to do better. I have been in management for 10 years and I appreciate feedback from any of my employees to help them do BETTER.

Everyone at Things Remembered (Deerbrook Mall) is amazingly kind, sweet and professional. I brought my brothers urn bracelet in for engraving and I am super happy with how it turned out. Great work! Great work! If anyone out there needs engraving done definitely take it to..Things Remembered.You wont be disappointed!

Im humbly grateful for Ms. Katy on last Saturday I called in a order before the store opened. I was greeted by Katy when the store opened at 10 she expressed that she was a 1 woman show but could expeditiously get my bridal shower 🎁 ready. I was preparing myself to find a replacement gift considering that I had to drive some distance to get there for 1pm. Just as I was growing weary Ms. Katy text me the order was ready for pick up😂My gift was the 1st to be opened and the expression of gratitude by niece was priceless!Thanks Ms. Katy🌹

I havent been to TR in years. I cant believe I stayed away for so long. Katy, the self-proclaimed adventurous manager was great in making sure the font was perfect for my messaging and didnt crowd or pressure me when I was choosing my baby gifts. Her expertise was helpful and fun. And my engraving was ready by the time I got to my car! Cant wait to go back for baby gifts 2 - 5.

Not a lot of merchandise to choose from

They always go out of their way to help. I needed something engraved right before Christmas and they spent the time neccessary to ensure that we got what we needed. Thanks for helping us have a merry Christmas, guys!

I went last night to get two things and had to get them engraved. They told me to come four hours later so I did and when I came they still didnt had them engraved!!! Then they did it in 5min. Why didnt they do them in the five minutes after I bought them? Four hours of my life waiting for nothing. Definitely not returning to this store.

I had to return to the store because they didnt make the right engraving on the snow globe I bought, and I live pretty far away. It turns out that they had the same number assigned for two different designs. Both the price(good sale going on of half off second product) and quality of the product were really good enough to ignore the just ok customer service after having bought the items. Also dont expect them to call you when the product is ready because as they told me they are really busy.

My husband and I came here to pick out a gift for both of our grandmothers. They have beautiful gifts and we had a pleasant experience for the most part... except for the individual employee who cost them a star. She was at the register checking us out and was so rude the entire time because she couldnt read/understand what was on the order sheet. Even though we were helped by another staff member who wrote the order for us. As I was trying to explain to the cashier what we wanted, she seemed to get even more irritated and a bigger attitude to the point she upset me so much, I had to finally excuse myself to go wait outside the store before I stooped down to her level. With that being said... Our gifts came out beautiful and our grandmothers adored their gifts.

One lady, didnt pay attention to her name, had assisted shopping for a gift for my stepmoms birthday gift. They had a promotion BOGO 75% off and it was my bosss birthday on Tuesday, too. I went in initially on Saturday and was told my items would be in by Tuesday morning. Oops, I had to be at work first thing Tueaday and didnt have time to pick it up to give to the recipients. I went in 2pm Monday and my items were ready! I didnt ask them to rush it yet it was completed and engraved just as requested. Great work, better gift.

Disappointed Purchased black pocket knife engraved. You couldnt see engravement they said it was because it was black took to a different store and had it redone with no issues. . Have engraved a pen for boss to have letters show as a blob and had to get it redone. They dont check their work wouldnt trust purchase if needed same day
