I like this Money Mart Pawn. Merchandise presentation in the store is very good. The store associates are friendly and helpful.I like their inventory of firearms. They also have a nice selection of professional audio equipment, musical instruments - especially guitars, power tools & equipment, watches and jewelry.

Changed owners. Inside looks like a hospital. Nothing good to buy just the bigger pawn shop company buys our neighborhood stores and ruins them. My things were stolen and they lied to me and destroyed all records of my purchase. Hey first cash. We don’t want to buy your trash you can’t sell elsewhere. I pawned my playstation and they didnt check to make sure it was working properly before giving it to me. Its CLEARLY BEEN DROPPED and the disk tray is broken now and they refuse to take accountability for their obvious lack of care for customers items DO NOT PAWN HERE

Last week my daddy was in the hospital in critical condition and the entire staff ( Joel, Brad, Bella, Val and my sweet friend we call each other twin worked with me and helped me so much. This is the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last time that they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. And the staff are so caring about what I was going through. It means a lot to me when a local business is willing to help a regular guest. They touch my heart and for that, I am very grateful. They deserve kudos for such a great job. Bought some car audio equipment from this spot. They guaranteed that they had verified that everything worked. Got home and hooked everything up only to find that one of the subwoofers were blown. Opened up the box and it was full of hot glue where someone had tried to “fix” it.

Got band from the store because I said the Brad deserves a store and the manager was not friendly. Spent tons of money even talk to their boss and talked for a while but never called me back to take care of the issue. Reading some of the reviews Im not the only one how see the manager is not customer friendly while everyone else is great. You kick me out because I hurt your feeling really.....

Brad is super friendly and always helpful however the store manager generally presents and unfriendly persona. They have good deals to be had on their gun selections on occasion but then sometimes its priced at MSRP. Me and my wife stop in several times a month. There is good deals on other things to I got a front and rear motorcycle stands for 60 bucks wich was a steal.

Been going to this establishment for over 6 years and wouldn’t waste time going to any other pawn shop in town. Constantly busy but what healthy business is not these days, these guys treat you like family on good days and bad days. Knows me, my wife, and sons names and they always negotiate on the prices to look out for your financial situations. I was suppose to lose merchandise several times and missed several payments but only a hand full of people compromise and genuinely care nowadays In the business world and these guys are one of them .....Couldn’t ask for a better pawn shop keep up the good work guys let the critics be critics

Wanted to,purchase a proto torque wrench that was locked in the cabinet but I could never get waited on. I stood at the counter for several minutes and was totally ignored.the girl there was to busy flirting with a young guy and the guys would not even look at me.i hate the race card but I wonder if its because I was the only white person in the place.

I am livid with this place. I am a loyal customer. I pawn here and purchase here. I purchased a desktop computer. I got all the way home and they gave me a laptop charger which meant I couldnt connect the desktop up. I called and instead of management going the extra mile to satisfy the customer and allow me to bring it back even if it meant staying 10 minutes pass closing I have to now wait until the next day. Well I didnt wait the next day to pay for the merchandise. Not to mention they forgot to give me my 50.00 in change and in the storm and rain I had to turn around half way home to go get my change. Who forgets to give you 50.00 in change??? Not good business practice AT ALL!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Not to mention I have a laptop on layaway there was planning on getting it out this week. Plans have changed now!! Just give me the right charger and were done.

I was looking at an Apple TV. Store rep told me it was stuck on privacy screen and they could not get past it. Told me they were waiting for someone to buy it since it could be repaired. Worst part is that they were selling this broken item for $100!!! This place sells used/pawn items for near new prices. My son was looking at a Playstion 4 controller. It was heavily used, not in good condition. Selling for $39. Went to Walmart down the road and bought same controller, brand new for $45, including taxes. Never stop by here again. It’s a rip off!! Price check before buying! You may find that you are not really getting a good deal here. Don’t trust.
