I’m so thankful to Mr. Phil the owner of Ward Arms Firearm. I like to share with you all how well my situation was handled by Mr Phil. I ordered a firearm last month. When I received it in just few days after the order made, I realize that a Allen key was missing. It’s used to adjust the scope. I contacted Mr. Phil and informed him that I was missing the item mentioned. He advised me that the Allen key to set my scope had inadvertently been left out of my package. Then he said no problem. He said that he would seen it in the mail ASAP! Well to my surprise he first apologized for my inconvenience. I always feel like I’m going to an exclusive place of business when I go to WARF Arms. It’s tucked away in an office building and there’s no real store front like you would expect from a gun shop. The first time that I went there, I walked around in the hallway for a few minutes because you can’t tell that it’s a gun shop from the outside. Once you find the right door, you have to get buzzed, and then the concierge service begins.I always enjoy my visits there, because the level of service is outstanding. I truly feel like I’m visiting a boutique gun shop where the owner takes the time to understand my needs.Military, law enforcement, competition shooters, and normal Joes like me can all find something there. He builds custom AR platforms to meet the most demanding needs, he does amazing cerakote work...I mean truly artistic, and he has some of the best prices in town.
