Never disappointed in product, walk in, pic paint (with assistance) walk out, do not use curbside, like to browse. MOVED from OHIO to TEXAS 4 months ago .... same friendly service state to state...we love Humble Texas!

The store is clean and the staff is nice. But from an interior design and mom standpoint I am underwhelmed by their paint. It is REALLY EXPENSIVE for what you get. You can get top Behr paint for less money and it applies nicer and cleans way better. They give painters a decent discount on builder grade paint....but it isnt something I want in my house.

This 1 star is not for Sherwin Williams, is for this lady Karen. She has an Terrible actitud, racists. I but 6 single gallons of paint and ask for a box. She said no more boxes sorry :( I’m a contractor I have my account with Sherwin-Williams. But if this people keep having this actitud I will go to PPG or Home Depot.
