These guys were super accommodating and let me charge my phone as I waited.

I was locked out of my iCloud by a customer service representative there my iCloud had money in my apple wallet that I am unable to retrieve back till this day 5 months later and when I traded in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 12 I changed my mind a week later and wanted to get the Pro Max for the bigger screen( your able to switch out your phone 14 days after purchase ) the trade in value of my iPhone 11 wasn’t applied so it caused my phone bill to be more expensive than anticipating messed up my monthly bill for a while .

Went to two different stores. The first ine was not helpful at all and charged my mom to activate her phone. The second was a little helpful because we ended up at Wal-Mart who were exceptionally helpful. So verizon thanks for sending us to Walmart.

Staff very helpfull. There is a waiting time outside due to the COVID restrictions, but the staff goes out and helps with any questions. They even help when paying a bill so that it takes people less time to do the transaction amd less time for people waiting in line. Loved the place very helpfull 👍

Came here and left really dissapointed. After wasting time speaking to customer service and returning to the store, the only thing we got was a bad apology, bad service and a more expensive bill.

Went to get new phones. DIEGO looked hung over. Horrible customer service and a completely dishonest crooked salesman. Told me a phone I didnt want was only $9 more so I might as well get it. Yeah, I made sure to ask and under his breath he admitted it was $9 a month more. Meaning $200 more! Completely misrepresented the price. And then signed me up for extras and coverages I never wanted without telling me or explaining it to me, which I now need to call to have removed. Completely dishonest. I will make sure to stay away from this place. Read another review and another person had the same bad interaction with this crook. Dont bother with this store.

Bad customer service, was told the wait you be 5 min but waited 20, expressed was on lunch break and they didnt bother to try to get to me, and commented on how I have a late lunch as if they didnt believe me. Not all of us have 9-5 jobs. Also, asked to use restrooms as I waited and they told me to go to rite aid instead..what type of customer experience is this place allowing. Seriously thinking about calling Verizon and expressing my neglect, maybe they would be able to help me feel better then how I walked out tonight. My advice is DO NOT GO HERE, make the drive to Pasadena instead.

I had the best experience today. Im an existing Verizon customer, Ive had Verizon for years. And today was by far the best experience I ever had. Raul helped myself and my husband get everything we needed, and explained our bill very well. He offered us what worked best for us and gave us the best advice. Im honestly very satisfied. There was no wait time, Ive never been here and seen it crowded like other reviewers have stated. I went in at about 2pm. We were in and out, and all our questions were answered. My husband is very happy with the new phone he upgraded too. Thank you Raul

Should of read reviews!!!! I would give this place 0 stars. Customer service is horrible... I personally had to call Verizon support the rep Mayra disregard trying to assist me in getting a FULL refund from a defective phone and didn’t want to help with restocking fee even the Verizon customer support said I will not get charged due to phone being defective. I ADVISE CUSTOMER TO CALL SUPPORT BEFORE YOU COMING INTO THIS STORE OR THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR FEES THAT THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE FOR!!! Buyer beware !!!!

They have a really really bad service these people just want to sell phones and get contract but they do their job I have problems with my cell phones and I cole to the story and speak with one of the workers and she never answer me My calls hes name ease Diego... Even I call to the manager of these story and she the sent answer my calls either because they dont care about the problems that the customer half they just want to sell phones and get contracts and get peopleto that to displace they do a really bad service I never that that is going to be like that otherwise I should stay with my old company but I have before.....

I went to this Verizon on 10/9/18 to get a mobile hotspot. I was helped by the sales associate Diego. He told me the unlimited data for mobile hotspot capped at around 90gb for $100 a month. He asked for my social security number. I gave it to them then without my knowledge they made a hard pull on my credit score. I asked Diego what was up with that and he informed me that it was a soft pull. Which I later come to find that it read as a hard inquiry on my credit report!!!!!! He blatantly lied about the credit pull and didn’t even ask to pull my credit prior to doing so!!!!!!! And on top of that I looked at my plan and the monthly billing was $80 a month and when I asked him after paying for the set up he said they changed it and the data is 75gb before it slows every month. He never informed me of any of this prior to checking my credit, signing me up and charging my card. This is completely underhanded shady behavior!!!!!!!I don’t know where Diego got any of these numbers but I found that the unlimited data plan is $80 per month capping at 15gb then slowing down afterwards. A fifth of what he told me the plan offers!!!!!!!

Went to get an early upgrade for my phone and they said I couldnt when I checked online to make sure I could. Then they said I had to turn in my phone to get an early upgrade. Some of these people dont know what theyre doing or talking about because I ordered my early upgrade online and didnt have to turn in any phone and received my new phone and early upgrade in 3 days
