John called weekly to give updates and dealt with the insurance company. The paint was matched perfectly. They warranty their work and did great work. You would never know my vehicle had damage. They didn’t make the timeline I was quoted but they went above and beyond by providing me with a vehicle until my car was ready. Plus they washed my car and vacuumed the interior. No place performs that service anymore! I will use them again.

Scott was very friendly and able to get me an appointment right away the following week. I had minor repairs done to my rear bumper (2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee). The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the repair area was better than I expected. The paint job was Excellent! They even buffed out an area in the front that had a minor scuff mark at no charge and adjusted my tailgate since the factory had built it with slight uneven gaps on both sides. =)

They did a good job fixing a small amount of damage to the front bumper of my 2011 camaro SS. Id say its about 90%. you can still see dimples where it was damaged. My main complaint is that no one ever reached out after the repair was completed to ask me if I was satisfied with the repair (seeing as I wasnt able to pick the car up during business hours due to my work schedule). All they did was send me a (seemly) automated text asking me to write a review. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Did lousy job on door repair. They used recalled Odessey used back door which had deadly defact. Door wouldnt stay open given time and it can hurt you if u or kids under it. I went back twice and they still didnt fix it. I had to go somewhere else to fix it. I wouldnt suggest this place for any job.

Honest and helpful. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who helped me. He didn’t know me and told me honestly what was going on with my car. He didn’t charge me and refused to take my money even though I offered him 5+ times. He was spot on with his assessment.

Ive been going to Adams collision for a few years now. I always deal with Darren when I go there. Hes a great guy to deal with very easy to talk to and explains exactly how they are going to do things. I also met Jose who buffed out my car. He did an amazing job. Best buffing Ive had on any of my cars was done by him. No one comes close to the job Josedid. As far as the paint work at Adams it has always turned out perfect and beautiful for me. The first estimate was for self pay. The second for insurance pay. The second was quite a bit less. So if you pay, they charge you more. Ethical? Not sure. Scummy? Yes. Then when we decided to go elsewhere the estimator turned into a complete jerk. It’s a long story how my daughter ended up there with the car to begin with. But She had a taste of why I never will do business there again. Fifteen years ago they did a shotty job on my car. In the end the owner sent me a check to get it fixed elsewhere and told me never to come back. It looks like they have not lost their “touch”.

We called several shops for quotes when we had a side mirror broke off our car. Adams collision was the only shop that even offered to try to save the back plate from the mirror to lower the cost and avoid having to also pay to get the new part painted to match. They couldnt guarantee it, but no one else even offered. They got us in quickly once the part was in and worked with our schedule (having it done in a few hours since I needed the car back by my lunch break). They were able to save the back plate, saving me hundreds because now I dont have to get it painted. Great service all around.

The work that was done was excellent. Everyone that I spoke to was professional and courteous. I was always updated about what was going on. It just took longer and longer and that was the frustrating part. Also there was no washer fluid put into the car.

Editing my review: The paint came off where they repaired, the tech stole my change, and this was after they had to redo the work because they missed a lot of what they were supposed to fix. Very nice and knowledgeable staff in front though. Maybe I was just unlucky.
