Everyone was very polite and very respectful. Was given a quote and nothing extra was charged (which happens a lot with my car). They were even kind enough to give me a ride to work since it was nearby and they still had to work on my car.

JJ went above and beyond to help us out when our car broke down near his shop. I appreciated his professionalism and the great work we did on our vehicle. I would recommend Coyote Auto to anyone needing vehicle maintenance or repairs.

If I lived in Illinois, in the area in and around Huntley, I would without hesitation bring my car for maintenance and repair to Coyote Auto Center in Huntley, Illinois. These guys treat my mom RIGHT. Gentlemen through and through. Shes gone there many times but in particular, they recently came out to help her when she was stuck, charged the minimum possible for their time, and helped her find the least expensive option to fix her problem (a bad key). They even wrapped her broken key in tape to make it work until the new one came. This is a very big help for someone on a very small budget. THANK YOU.
