I am so glad I switched carriers. I had Sprint/T-Mobile and their service sucked! I was referred to the representative Devyn Jones, he took good care of my friend and Devyn was able to help me get the right plan for me. I highly recommend this Hutchinson location!

I had a great experience here at the local store. I was a little hesitant at first because I wanted to make sure I had a good phone carrier that would get service down highway 50. My last service provider did not get any service on that highway. The representative Devyn Jones assured me that I would have absolutely no problems. It was his belief in the product he sold that made me want to switch to Nex-Tech vs going to a more expensive carrier like Verizon Wireless. Since having the phone he as been able to answer any of my technical questions. Not only is he a great representative but he also is true to his word, I went down highway 50 the other day and for the first time ever I never lost service. I highly recommend if you want a great phone at a reasonable price go see Devyn Jones at the local store in Hutchinson ks.

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. The employees are immature and the service was the worst. They were rude and I couldn’t focus on what was being said, because of an unbelievable stench emanating from one of the employees. Poor customer service and quality. 0/5 would not recommend.

Was walking by and saw a woman get struck by a chair! I was absolutely appalled that this would happen at the phone store!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service. I was in the store when they were harassing and hiding from a young woman in there needing help. Disgusting behavior. Strongly considering changing phone companies.

This store is the worst place Ive ever had to deal with. The customer service is absolutely awful and the sole reason why I just switched phone plans. Very unprofessional and irritating. John perry, Devin, and Shane are the ones who made me come in on NUMEROUS occasions and waste MY time.
