Love the new owner! Went in to have my phone cleaned up and he was right there to help! Runs just as good as it did when I first got it now! Very friendly relaxed atmosphere! Wont hesitate to go back for anything in the future....

Their customer care line is atrocious. Im often told when I go into the store after dealing with customer care that oh customer care doesnt know what they are doing.Also, when I started their service it was advertised 99% coverage but ever since I started their service when I get to my town of residence my phone signal drops and Im given a message that I can only make emergency calls; if i go to the very edge of my town I can actually make a phone call. Am I honestly supposed to believe that town, which is relatively close to this store, is part of the 1% not covered by this service? If that is the case why was I not made aware of this before I bought their plan?Im starting to understand why I was given such a great deal.
