Iv been a loyal customer for the past 7 years and Im very disappointed with the service they provided me. This is a ongoing issue. I have a credit card on file for any parts I wanted to buy. If the part is delivered incorrectly, in order to get the right part delivered to me, I would have to pay twice and wait three more days for my money to be refunded. Problem 2, they recently charged my card for parts I never ordered. After noticing what happened, I called to acquire what happened immediately. Instead of getting a courteous response to some of the questions I was asking, I was greeted with unprofessionalism at the highest levels. I simply asked to change my account to a cash account, even though my intention was to continue business with them. And this is when everything went down hill. Instead of complying with my request, the associate I was talking to, didnt want to change my account and decided to close my account. So after 7 years of doing business with them and putting up with all of their mistakes, Im very disappointed in how they handle and conduct business.
