The head cashier in here has a very nasty attitude. I will never shop here again I came here with my man to get my shopping done quick quick and she gave me the customer nothing but nasty vibes and attitudes just like a hater. SMH

They have great African food.My complain is about one of the new cashier. She did not wear her mask properly the day O shopped there. It was on her chin, eating peanut. I was so disappointed. She wants to check my item out, but I prefer the other not. It was on Thursday, May 13 2021 around 12. Not sure for the time.

The guy called chidi and Big Joe are good for business. Their customer service it nice.

This was my first time at an Afrik store. The service that the person I went with recived, could have been a little better but that couldve been due to it being just a bit busy. All in all, they have many many things there. If you can think of an African food item you want, there is a good chance that it is there.

The service is not as good as it once was. Employees in the meat cutting section cant seem to determine what is a small cut from a large one and are unwilling to listen

Great Russian grocery store! The associates are very nice and friendly. The store is quite small, but has a lot to offer. Great variety, and prices are very moderate.

You can find verity food; but they need help with good customer service.

A great place to buy quality and fresh African food items with lots of variety. The meat and chicken are always fresh. They also have quality soap and body lotions seen back in Nigeria.

This Grocery store is very well stocked with a wide variety of Nigerian/African food and condiments, Ill give them that. But their organisation and customer service is not the best. The store has so many procedures that make shopping needlessly difficult, for example, no price labels on many of the items on the rack, you need to show an ID before you can pay with your credit card, at checkout you cant see your total charges in real time as the cashier is packing your stuffs; and after checkout, the receipt you get does not indicate the actual names of any of items for which you were charged. These are structural issues that generally make your experience less than exciting, and all of which the store should improve upon.

This is store that I use to shop all the timeYesterday I bought something at the at oxon hill,This morning I went back to the store to return the stuff, I was there when my daughter called me to buy fresh pepper & okro, from Oxon hill I went to thisAfrik to buy all those stuff with stock fish, when I gave the cashier the black tall girl the card that I was with, she said no, & I was on the phone with my husband, I told her to speak with my husband, she said no, not that she didn’t know me o, she knew me very well as their customer, I said okay let me go to the other store down there, she didn’t even say anything because she is not the owner of the store that loose the customer, I believe what she care about is her salary, even on the phone, my husband said I should never ever go to that store again, the owner should look his store very well before he will loose all his customers o

They sold molding old boney fish. It was prepackaged and youre not able to see the contents of whats being bought. Once I opened the package for consumption there it was disgusting. I already limited my patronage here and it will now be increased. The customer service also is very poor.

Biggest African Store in the DMV area. Google Maps places it on the opposite side of the road to where its actually located

Their cashier services is very very poor, there will be a long line and its only one cashier, i was there last week same thing, even this morning, there are more than 15 peoples on line but only one cashier. Around 3:28pm in the evening. I will never go there again.

The staff are not compliant with using face masks.The meat cutter was asked to cover his nose and not just the mouth with his mask and he blatantly refused. It is quite irresponsible of you during this pandemic to handle our food and not cover your nose. A lot of the staff stocking the shelves didnt cover their nose either. Droplets are from your mouth and nose too. Managemt please provide an in-service training to your staff regarding safety precautions.

Always pass this store going to my other international store. I decided to stop in one day and I see why I always drove by. The store is just nasty!! Wont ever go back! Parking is horrible, the store is a mess, there is this horrible smell when some kept opening and closing refrigerator or where you store refrigerator items and i had a mask on.I have never smelled something so horrible in my life.

They were very slow. And they werent conscious of the customers at all.

Not a great store at all. Building is unkempt. Dirty floors and shelves. Merchandise and goods are completely disorganized. The staff are generally unfriendly. They dont scan items. They just type in the price. Easy to be overpay for an item here. Wouldnt return here.

Great one stop shop for West African cooking ingredients. The service especially at the meat counter is courteous even when it is super busy. Parking and check out can be a challenge on weekends but is a small price to pay.

I love love the cashiers at the front. This place has all the African food you can ever need. Also, I love dancing with ladies at the front. They are awesome!

It is a nice place to shop for international food. Their food stuff are persevative free. You can be rest assured that you are buying fresh natural products. The workers are friendly and always ready to help. Cons....they need to modernize the place.

Store is quite clean. Good to see store owner on the floor welcoming customers and helping to control the flow of traffic at the cashiers, and helping to arrange produce. Employees were friendly. A little more efficiency from both front and back end workers will make a perfect customer service.

Terrible customer service across the street. The new meat market place.How does one person weighs your meat and comes back around to take payment. I had one person ahead of me and it took 38 minutes for me to be acknowledged not served.. I watch same Lady service 2 more customers and it took 26 minutes minimum on each person.She definitely needs help in there. That’s my opinion, I hope it gets better the next time I visit that location.

My mom has her ordered packages go here because its walking distance from our apartment. And I can walk in, ask for my mothers packet, I sign for it, and boom.... Im bringing it home.Its a small area, but she is able to move around and get work done.

The service at the meat counter is EXCELLENT. The service at the cashier stand is HORRIFIC. The cashiers engage in conversation without a care in the world regarding the long ever-winding lines. And they are SLOW on purpose. The prices, very reaonable, the associates on the floor very helpful...but when you get to those cashiers....uggghhhhhh...THE WORST.

Ive been hearing complains about the meat dept putting customers meat on the side not until it happens to me. I bought a meat and I didnt check but my mum ask me to check it, we weight again and it was half of what I paid for. It was put on the side.

They attended to us well and help make shopping easier.You feel as if you are in Africa.

The store has what I need, but it takes so long to check out; today they had 3 cashiers but only 2 working, the line was to the back of the store. Everytime I go check out takes forever. Otherwise, I have no problem with the store.

Poor customer service sometimes. Bad parking. Nnamdi foods are bad especially the so called pepper soup mix et al looks like sawdust. A bit high in price compare to other stores. Aside that, the store has varieties of African foods and provisions.
