I found some better than expected classical CD bargains ($1 bins), though the main used classical CD and LP sections seemed to have steep pricing (up to $6-8/disc, depending on repertoire). The selections are very good and include chamber music and more obscure composers.

Bought a corgi plushie and gaming cards

My Girlfriend and I drove from Saint Louis to check out their Funko Pop selection and we weren’t disappointed. FYE has a wide variety of other things, too, but if you’re curious about the Pops in particular just know that it’s worth the drive. And I would also like to add that the staff were all great. Very knowledgeable about the products that we bought.I would definitely recommend this place.

I love this FYE store, the employees are always helpful and kind. They offer great information and recommendations as well as go above and beyond. However, please know if you get a membership and want to cancel, their actual customer service reps will not let you get a word in after you say those magic words of cancel membership. Its very overwhelming and unpleasant. Ive never experienced customer service to that extreme but it is worth it if you keep the membership and do not plan on canceling.

Love this place! Crazy unique items for purchase on top of being able to get vintage movies, etc. There are a lot of items i wouldve purchased if the prices werent so high. But, the employees were a big help. All 4 of them! Wish I wouldve paid attention to their names, but darn it, I didnt. Very helpful. Friendly staff and friendly people shopping. Ask for an obscure singer who has been dead for 20 years he knew exactly who she was and said he had some of her records and could also order some online for me if I wanted them. Very knowledgeable people and reasonable priced

This is a great FYE. Great employees, wide variety of pop culture collectables, especially uncommon Pop figures, and all around bigger and better stocked than the ones in malls like Oak Park. Only real problem is its location. Abandoned strip mall with bizarre entrance that forces you to drive through a parking lot that hasnt been serviced since the Clinton administration.

The place is a mess. Yes they have thousands of movies etc... and they have sections and some name plate separators between titles, but there is so much just stuck everywhere it ends up being unorganized with bins everywhere and things in multiple places and different signs telling about deals also stuck everywhere, it gives you a headache.I will use tv shows as an example. No nameplates, horrible attempt at alphabitzation, not talking about misfiled within the same letter, I am talking about bs in with rs and the like.Pricing is inconsistent. 2 of the exact same used items will have different retails, which may be because they were added to inventory at different times, or the inventory is so unorganized they they cant find them all to price them the same.Store has potential but I dont have the time that it takes to sort through it all.

Very poor customer service. Called them on the phone asked if they bought DVDs and they said they didnt right then cuz they were about to close and for me to come by the following day which I did but then said they werent buying again. I mean say what you mean and mean what you say ok.

I love this store and havent been in there in a while.The movies are priced well, but there are things that seem to be a bit overpriced. Not complaining just a little more careful of things now that money is tight. Im still going to purchase movies here but not sure about other things right now. Its still tops in my place to find movies that I might not find elsewhere. And besides there isnt much life left in this area so it needs all the great support it can get.

They sell new and used vinyl records here! There is also a decent size clearance section that is fun to pick thru.

Great place for movie and video game memorabilia. Nice shirts and games random cool stuff. Some of the TV show boxes and movies are a bit over priced for the 2021 market of streaming services.

This place is only for buying new and used media and pop culture stuff (clothing, food (oddly enough) and trinkets). Whoever tells you this is an extra dimensional gate to the Whatever World of Wackiness is a liar and their pants are on fire, possibly.

I was so amazed that there is a place I could go by records, CDs, t-shirts, movies, you name it! I was so glad it was doing business, and great business!

Absolutely filthy store, prices are inconsistent, a 4k Bluray you can get at Wal-Mart new is 20-30 used and even more new at this store. Kinda defeats the purpose. You will find good deals for sure. I guess theyre not profitable enough to afford any kind of a vacuum. The staff are obviously encouraged to offer you their rewards program 100 times a visit but not encouraged to step out from behind the counter to do a little housekeeping.

The store was dark in many places. Many of the shelves were empty. Most CDs & DVDs were not in alphabetic order.

Good collection of dvds and decent variety of cds if thats still youre thing. Lots of figurines, action figures, gag gifts, weird candy, tshirts. Not very many stores like this are left. Go look around.

Im guessing they bought most of these 5 star reviews because if youve been inside this place you know its not 5 star. Its a mess in there and theyve got everything Music except for what you actually need like guitar strings And any other music accessory🤷‍♂️ People typically buy their music online. Its probably time for new management and new inventory.

They hard to find cds at good prices

Been coming here for years and Im always able to find something Im looking for. Im still one of the people who still buys physical media, so this is definitely a great spot for me. Just picked up some newer music I wouldnt have found anywhere else other than Amazon or iTunes.

However, they are always found behind the check-out counter. So if you have questions, you will always have to wait in line to get some face time with their well-informed staff. It doesnt ruin the overall experience or change the fact that this place is always well stocked with all the movies and music you can think of; and all the latest memorbilia.

I am a moviehead and they have one if not the biggest movie selections I have seen in a while. And if they dont have it and its available they will get it. They have almost anything for anyone. My whole family has been in for one thing or another. I personally have spent more than I probably should have in one paycheck. And I was able to purchase a Bronx tale because they ordered it and sent directly to my house
