I have went to this location and usually recieve good service.. My phone had been disconnected about 30.minutes before I went to the store but the representative was not helpful. Ive been a customer almost 2 years. Cricket you have to do better with customer service
There is no mask mandate and I was asked to put on a mask while there were a store full of people whos mask was not covering their face. More like chin straps. Why wasnt anything said to them? I stood there for a half hour with no help. There is not even any information or prices next to the phones. How am I supposed to shop for a phone with no details about them or prices. The ceiling drops water, the place looks like trash, and the employees are rude.
Good customer service just didnt like that the employees were talking about the fact that I didnt want to purchase a case in Spanis. Which I speak fluently.
My phone a new G 5 crashed less than one week old. Cricket would not help me after I pd 210 dollars. I will be changing service on down the road. I have had Cricket for years and never had an issue before. The salesperson knew absolutely nothing. Fortunately I was able to get it back up on my own. That fool was going to SELL me another phone...

I waited for a hour to report my phone stolen and purchase a Sim card. Debbie absolutely was NO help! She advised me she was pregnant and to call 611. I told her I didnt have a cricket phone and I could not call them. I feel that some one working in a store should help the customer. What good is she being there in the store if I have to call customer service to report phone stolen?!?I did not get a Sim card or phone reported, had to come back home and use my sons phone when he got home.What a total waste of my time !!?
I went there because I wanted crickets so I could train them to make that sound during an awkward silence, but I ended up getting a phone plan for a nice low price.
Went there on a Friday night a 6 pm, the store hours said it was open. The doors were locked and no one was inside. No note stating that someone would be back soon or what the deal was going on. Definitely cant count on them, their only a private contractor for Cricket. We had to drive to Noland Road store instead.
Ive never had a good experience with Cricket. My luck was always better with Metro PCS. I had so many lulls in signal with cricket. Ive never had any issues with Metro. Their customer service Trumps Cricket by far. Cricket was never a good option for me, however.. many people I know have used and had no problem with cricket. The prices are basically the same. Cricket phones have always had a way of not working with me. Although of course, upon occasion, my metro phone will freeze but.. when I contact support for Metro, they are courteous and quick to get you going again. Crickets customer service always fell short of expectation.
The Associate that helped me, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was almost ready to switch Services, but needed to wait a few more weeks. She let me known that they would be having a sale around that time and they would have a new Samsung for.99cents! .....Im happy so far!
Great customer experience. The agent was extremely patient with me. He gave sound advice. I told him my needs and he paired me with the right phones for my family. I wish I switched sooner!
Need more personal at the store not just 1 person it is hard for them to help all the customers at once i waited about 1 hour . It shouldnt be that way

In response to the owner, you can turn things around by merging with spring or going out of buisness. Your network sucks, your phones suck, Metro PCS and Boost both offer better deals and plans and networks. Sorry cricket just sucks. And Im pretty sure im the highest rated local guide in your reviews.

They did me my brother right hooked us up with some great LG phones and we walked out of there paying less than $200 hooked up activated all that good stuff Ill go back to Cricket any old day this is after coming off of Verizon and T-Mobile and both of them were very very difficult to work with because we dont use that much data so why do we have to pay that much
