Apparently the much cheaper phone cases you can buy on amazon or ebay are made with lead paint and will degrade the antenna on the new iphones.Sorry...no.

The manager Matthew was very unhelpful. The young lady that was attempting to help us was polite, but needed his help for some questions. He was too busy watching the Mexico VS USA soccer game to help anyone, including a Vietnam Veteran trying to understand having a new I phone. Not once did he or the other male employee offer any kind of customer service even over the phone. Horrible customer service and just rude all together.

Staff was fantastic in assisting me with my purchase and helping with a couple issues with my phone. Great group!
