I have used Ez repair services for years and have never been disappointed. Recently I had a battery replaced in my laptop and it didn’t resolve my problem although EZ stood by their repair guarantee and worked with me to obtain a satisfactory outcome. I give them a 2 star rate because of their good service but they use aftermarket screens and not original screens aftermarket screens are fake iPhone screens that causes pain to the eyes it easily collects dirt and also I have a IPHONE SE 2020 and my camera is no where near as good as it was before i got my screen fixed there was nothing Wrong with my camera until I got my screen fixed now it looks like a 6+ camera. So i wouldnt recommend going to them unless you wanna pay a good price and get fake screen lol great service though.

My computer was having a lot of issues with functionality. It was slow, unresponsive, and driving me crazy. I was ready to throw it out and just get a new one. A friend recommended me to this place so I took it as a long shot to see if I can save myself some money by having it fixed. Turns out that my computer had a lot of bloatware on it and was in need of a RAM upgrade as well. So I gave them the okay to get it fixed and Im glad that I did. After a couple of days getting it back Ive had no issues. It runs great, no more issues, and overall it feels like a new computer. Im just glad I didnt have to shell out for a new. A really great experience. I had a couple of problems going on with a a supposedly brand new Surface Book that my husband got as a gift from his company. It was acting in all manner of weird. Anyway I take it up to these guys and they do a diagnostic and figure out the problem. Turns out it was refurbished and some of its internal components were not looking too good. My husband takes it back to his boss and they replace it entirely in embarrassment. Since then we have taken all of our electronics here whenever we have a problem and we have had consistently good service and very polite people who were wonderful to work with. Prices are good and they are very fast. Highly recommended.

Wife & I went to get our iPhone X and iPad fixed screens look great and service was fast. They offered us some cool looking protective gear for a decent price. The location isn’t great but they are very friendly and helpful. They offer incentives for writing an HONEST review of what you thought of their stuff. I had my iPhone X screen repaired. When I got it back the Face ID didn’t work. So I left and tried to reset the Face ID and it didn’t work. So I did a software update and when it was finished my screen was black. I took it back they inspected the phone and said I needed to go to Apple because I had software issues.I went to Apple and they basically wouldn’t even look at it because it was a third party screen, but did confirm it was a display issue and not a software issue. I took it back to the technician at this business. He took it behind the counter, and then he all of a sudden found a crack in the screen. We both checked this screen together when I was there earlier in the morning He claimed he had to “really” clean the glass to see it. No way this crack was there. So the next day I went to sprint in independence and took it to a certified Apple technician. He took it apart and showed me where the technician from this business installed the screen incorrectly and the wires were cut. He put on a new screen for me for $75, half of what I paid at this establishment. I called this place back and they basically told me that the people at sprint had no clue what they were talking about. I told him I was going to put up a negative google review. The manager called me back and said he would fix my phone for free. Too late. So he said he would get with the manager and see if he would credit me back on contingent I take my google review off. Never heard back from them, so the negative review stays on. They are not qualified, charge too much, and don’t stand behind their work when they install something incorrectly.

Get what you pay for. They are cheap, they are fast, that’s pretty alright but not for phones. Got my phone screen replaced twice now, each screen has cracked very easily (even with a case and screen protector) and after a week the screens started to separate from the phone itself.

I would definitely recommend this place. I took my iPhone x in to get the LCD replaced after it was cracked and the tech was quick to get it done and it works perfectly. He also has excellent customer service!

The people who work here truly care about the quality of the work being done. They are also honest in my experience. Brought in an iPad that they had quoted me over the phone for, but once I brought it in it turned out to be a different model and they gave me a cheaper quote even though they could have kept the same higher quote! Repair was fast, easy, and high quality. Will be back again for future needs.

These guys safely have the best pricing in town and I generally prefer that they are local. I have looked at Ubreakifix and their prices are generally twice what these guys charge. They offer pretty quick service and havent had an issue with the phones and tablets I have, parts have generally been available.

Really fast repair turnaround time and no hassle. I had a terrible time waiting somewhere else only to be denied service because there was not enough time to fix my phone. I’m not from Independence but I broke my phone while I was on a road trip with friends so I needed it fixed the same day before we left town. I took my daughters phone to get her screen repaired. As soon as we get home she starts to take pictures and she screen shakes and is all blurry. I called up there and the guy told me it is not the fault and I have to pay for it. She has NEVER had problems with her camera up until now. I encourage everyone to NOT take their devices here. This place is a joke. So I just paid 90 dollars for a new screen but it cost me another camera on her phone. Smh they also offer you 5 dollars off for a google review...

After looking at multiple phone repair shops this one had the friendliest staff and least shady clientele. I had to get a screen replaced on my iphone 5c along with a new home button because it went missing. I was in and out with in 15 minuets and was a great experience. Although after the repair the front camera quality was slightly lower but other than that it was great!

Daughter went to the store after talking to a guy at the store a few days ago about the broken screen on her iphone. After looking at it he told her it would be better for her to get a new phone because to replace the screen would be too expensive which she did.

These guys are great, I would definitely recommend them. I broke the glass on my note 5 and they werent sure if they would be able to fix it without breaking the screen which I wouldnt be charged for but I would have had to wait 3 to 5 buisness days for them to replace the screen LCD however they managed to get the glass off and replace it the same day without breaking it! Looks as good as new. Thanks guys!

When dropping off my daughters phone, he said he would try to fix her screen before the end of the day, otherwise it would be Saturday. Before we knew it, we received a call that it was ready within the hour! Even if we had to wait two days, the customer service was awesome!

I wanted to get a new phone for my dad on fathers day recently and i ended up shopping all over the place only to come here and on a last minute deal i got an iphone 7 plus with a case and guard for about the same on what i saw on ebay and amazon. it was in good condition and the guy that helped me was nice and quick. i would definitely come back here. i would recommend that they advertise their location more though it was really tough to find lol

Not the best place if you want a repair done right the first-time.I was looking for a lower priced screen replacement. I thought the price was great. I paid up front. But before I could pick my phone they told me the power plug wasnt working. I asked Do you know why?. They looked and fixed and charged me extra to fix. After I left I found more problems. I brought my phone two more times, so they could fix the problems. They didnt charge me extra this this time, because they told me I already paid for that when I picked up from original repair. They only fixed one of the problems. I felt like they didnt know what they were doing. I took my phone to a different shop. They fix what they had parts for and they told me that some of the problems with my phone were connections not properly fastened and other connections broken. Ultimately they didnt know what they were doing.

Company is full of scammers, they replaced my phone and charged me over $100, 24 hours later the screen went black and stopped working. I called up there and they had to order another screen when I showed up they expected me to pay another $70 to fix the screen. The screen had ZERO exterior damage but was damaged on the inside (guess they dont take responsibility for their errors when installing). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would never go back to this place> the customer service was bad and they tried to talk to be like i was a stupid little girl. I went in to get my iPhone 6s+ fixed because i cracked the screen. Then they tried to tell me the camera wold be messed up too, but when i brought it in the camera was fine. So i had to get that fixed too now. Then they messed up on my phone and the touch wasnt working anymore do they said they would have to send it out for two weeks and then it will be fixed>. i will never in my life go back there and i hope anyone else wouldnt! please go somewhere else

You get what you pay for here. Generic parts with a paltry 90-day warranty at best (if the guy decides to honor it) when the other reputable shops offer at least a year or lifetime in some cases. Ask yourself is it worth having to bring your phone here so to save money? They up charge you if you want it fixed fast so in reality they are not cheaper. Had to bring my phone here three times and eventually took it to Phone Medics where they solved the charging problem the first time.They also use old batteries and parts from devices they buy that have problems with them. I would highly advise looking elsewhere unless you want to risk the hassle. They have similar reviews and experiences like mine on Yelp and across the web. They need to be investigated for Kansas Consumer Protection Act violations.

They have better prices than other repair shops around here. I also got told at other shops that they wouldnt touch my phone because it wasnt a Samsung or and Apple product, and these guys were willing to fix my phone, but also shot me a price that was less than half of their competitors.

We brought an IPhone 6s to get the screen fixed. They fixed it by replacing the screen. It did not work, the screen could not be touched. We brought it back and he still could not fix it. He put a broken screen back on it, that was not the one we had brought in. We asked for our money back and he argued with me for 15 minuets about how he did not want to give it back because it wasnt his fault. Once we finally were able to do it he said he could only do it on another card, I gave in because we had already been there for 3 hours that day and 4 hours the day before. Come to find out he didnt refund the money, he charged me AGAIN. Now I cannot get ahold of him about getting the total of $300 back and have to go through my bank.
