I can’t say enough good things about this particular Verizon Store. From Andrew to Matt, both are extremely knowledgeable and there for the customer’s needs. I’ve needed help several times with my I phone, and Andrew has helped me many times. Matt helped me recently with an issue, then helped me save on my plan by enrolling me in a discount plan for seniors. You can’t get better service than that anywhere in the Kansas City area than at this Verizon Store!! Thank you so much!
Went to Verizon in Blue Springs and it was great! They were able to find out what was wrong with my husbands phone without buying a new one! The gentleman that helped us was superb!
The guy I got it from was GREAT... but my screen saver just came off!! Less than 6 weeks, $45 screen protector just came off!! I call to find out what the hay... This asshat, tells me Ill just have to spend another $45 for a new one... BULL!! Ill take my business elsewhere! Good phone service, but they just want your money!!
These people and the store is always good to work with. The experience is always painless and they show you plenty of options for upgrades and devices. Theyve always found a way to get me and even better deal than I had. I would highly recommend checking them out if you have Verizon or are thinking of switching to Verizon. The lady couldnt get Comcast email on my phone. She was extremely nice. She felt bad that she wasnt successful. She sent me to the Comcast store. I will ask for Hanna again.

Michael was amazing and went out of his way to help. He stayed way after closing to make sure everything was set up right on my wifes new phone and even gave me his cell number incase I needed any help. He called me from home after hours to make sure everything was okay.

The workers here go out of their way to make sure your experience is one of ease and pleasure instead of frustration. The gentleman who helped me was named Aaron and definitely made me feel like a special valued customer. He was very knowledgeable and patience as he took the time to explain all my options and the benefits to each. After 5 years with another provider I am now a happy Verizon customer and couldnt be more satisfied. I love my phone, the service, and the experience I had while changing everything over! Calvin at the verzion on 291 was so very respectful. Very kind and also very well mannered. He answered all the questions that my boyfriend and I had, and was very polite when asking if we had anymore questions. He worked in a timely manner and didn’t rush. took his time with us even if there were other people waiting.He also had very good work ethic, He made sure that we didn’t have any questions before we left the store . He also gave us both his contact information, for if we had any questions. I highly recommended him to anyone looking to switch plans and carriers. He was very knowledgeable about everything and if he wasn’t sure on something, he would check with someone else. I will definitely be doing business with him in the future. He also made sure that we understood everything that we are getting charged for. Very very professional.

Salesman was to worried about helping a customer that wasnt even there. And was so distracted that he never popped open my phone to take out the sd card. Sold me a sim, i didnt need bc mine was just a few months old. Anyway, I now cannot get back almost 6k photos because of this stupidity. My pregnancy and labor... everything is gone. Never returning to this location again. Horrible experience!!!

My Verizon experience was very unsatisfactory. My wife and I purchased new phones with a new plan. 5 different sales people were working with us at different times with two of them being trainees. When we were told the downloads were complete, they were not. Medical info, which is very important was missing. Although the sales people were very pleasant to work with, I would rate our overall experience poor. I know that cell phone shones
I normally go to location in Lees summit and Blue springs to get help and buy things but not anymore. The difference in quality of service is night and day. These guys here, especially a gentleman named Nick, gave me the best experience at retail store Ive ever received. Very professional with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend these guys here! Nick and Brock had multiple customers when we arrived. Nick especially was dealing with 2-3 different issues at a time without anyone feeling cheated on service.When it was our turn, we had been waiting over an hour and it was close to closing time. Nick took excellent care of us, we had multiple issues to tackle along with getting another tablet because of damage to our old one. He is a great asset to your company! I see a lot of people have been fortunate enough to have a good experience here, but this is not the case for me. On Sunday the Verizon store I went to is supposed to open at 11:00AM. I got there at 5 after and the doors were locked. I came back at 5 after 12:00PM and there were two employees both with customers and one woman waiting before me. I stood in line for over 20 minutes until an employee became available. As soon as this employee became available the woman before me said she was next and the employee asked me what I was there for and after I answered she told me to take a seat. Then she turned to a woman who had just walked in the door and proceeded to help her. This confirmed to me that I will never be a customer of Verizon so I left.
I had an issue with a previous account I thought I closed. Unfortunately, a key stroke or two wasnt done and I kept receiving a bill I know I paid. Even though I was no longer with Verizon, the online help and eventually Nick S really took care of my issue.In my time with Verizon I always received exemplary customer service and support. I just may be wishing I never made the switch.
If you are unhappy with your current provider or current sales rep, go see Meena at this location. She is knowledgeable, makes the experience fun, and doesnt leave any loose ends. She makes sure everything is set up correctly for you, makes sure you know the ins and outs of your bill, your new phone, the whole kit and caboodle. I will never go to another location after having this delightful girl help me out. Like I said, if youre unhappy where youre currently going, go talk to Meena. She is the best.

I had the fortunate experience of working with Zane last night. He made sure that I was able to replace a phone with minimal out of pocket expense. I had to replace my LG V10 - which caused me not just a little emotional trauma. Not only was he knowledgeable about the latest products and service, he was low-key and NOT pushy in the least, which I very much appreciated. He took oodles of time with my questions, but never acted technologically superior, and was cool with my pace of deciding (which was 10 days). He also has a great sense of humor, which - admittedly, when you are parting with your hard-earned money - makes it at least an easier experience.When he said If you have ANY questions about ANYthing, I felt like he really meant it - and for sure, I will!Go see Nick! Now! Do it, you will be glad you did.

Went into the store to upgrade a phone I already had. They charged me $35 to transfer my data to my new phone. I have never been charged a fee before. I just moved to Independence and the Verizon store in Belton never charged me to do this.
