I have been dealing with one angry sounding laptop for quite some time, the staff i talked with were very helpful and confident they could fix my problem with ease. They understood how important my PC was and my need to have it back as soon as possible. Took my phone in to get the speaker fixed. My husband was quoted a price and then by the time it was done we paid almost double the quoted price.ALSO he messed up my facial recognition on my iPhone and told me that I needed to find someone to pay to do nano saudering. Now I have to type a 6 digit code EVERY time I want in my phone!! Oh yea and by the way my speaker still doesn’t work I have to talk to everyone through speaker phone. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Had a phone with a cracked screen that you couldn’t read anymore. Had the phone fixed the same day in about 20 minutes. Did a good job.

I really wish I would have read some reviews before I tried to get something repaired there. I attempted to get them to put a new charge port in a Nintendo switch, this was back in December of 2020. Almost 5 months later, I still dont have a switch and Nick doesnt seem to know where it is. Beware of using SEK PC REPAIR! I would not suggest using them, travel out of town and find a real repair center.

I had my computer fixed at other Store in Chanute, and got anti virusr i didnt have any issues. Great price as well.

Very shady business. A friend of mine sent his kids Switch to have it repaired in DECEMBER and the owner keeps giving him the run around. He called and talked to the owner again today. The owner acknowledged he say the review and still wont do anything. Nick is a piece of work and should not be allowed to operate a business. Other people have said they basically lost their items and then when Nick sent them a replacement it was the one the supposedly lost. If I could, I would give this place a negative 10 stars.

Do not buy from here. 95 percent is stolen and Nick does not know what he is doing.

I got a computer from them, all was well them keybord quit working. the owner refused to warranty ity said it looks like its been drooped,well only thing dune to my pc was buy his shop in parsons it was shortly aftwer that i had the issue. the store people are god and listen but this is my onl complaint im not happy with him saying that when one of his people did the work on my laptop

Nope. Will never do business with them again. After they fixed my laptop, it was broken worse than when i took it in, literally broken. Had to pay another company $100 to fix it. Then, they had my desktop for almost 2 months and didnt fix it (hard drive). so, I also had to take it somewhere else. Theres a new place here in Indy that does fantastic, and quick, professional work. They now have my business.

Small shop with owner responsive to customers needs. Decent prices for rebuilt systems to fit needs. Owner will even check out a system from online marketplace and whether the system is worth purchasing.

Kept calling the place and they answer but they sound like they keep getting in to their car and ignoring me......weird and theyre inexperienced

I was really hoping that Nick wasnt a fraud but it seems that he is. Please as a mother any women going to this mans 3 stores, he will rip you off, he will scam you, he will sell you faulty items that will indeed need to be fixed in which gets him more money and dont even try to get your money back, he will never give anyone a refund even when he lies and says its guaranteed he will find a reason to make it your fault. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BELIEVE HIS 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE HIS FRIENDS/FAMILY OR EMPLOYEES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Took laptop in year and half ago, they put new hard drive in. Laptop stopped working 1st week of march. Took laptop in paid 35 fee. Had laptop for over 3 weeks telling me hard drive is in chanute and it will back back tomorrow. Well 2 weeks later still no laptop. I call again and get told hard drive is no good after telling me different for over 3 weeks. Asked for the head guy to call me, he never did and when you try to call him his voice mail is full and cant leave a message. STAY AWAY!!

I took my external drive in to rescue files from a Time Machine (Mac) backup. I explained exactly what I wanted to do--move the files only to a PC. I was promised that it would be no problem and that they had done it several times before. The fee was quoted at $95.00, and they said they would have it ready by the following week. After 5-6 weeks, they were only able to retrieve 100 GB out of 150 GB, and ended up wanting to charge $150.00. Needless to say, I left with my hardware and did not pay (except for my $35.00 deposit--gone). Very poor customer service, especially from the owner, who did not seem interested at all in coming down on the price. He also was not interested in putting the customer first, which is essential for a small business. I will not be returning to SEK Repair.
