They have much to choose from. I like the fact that they have different area set up so you can taste some products you would not normally just grab. The variety of different things they give you to taste is very wonderful. You can get full meals for your family for people that work a lot like me. I went in with my friend to check it out and left wishing I had a card! They have a little Eatery where you can get things like a hot dog, pizza, ice cream, and a few more. The variety those from wines, TVs, All Electronics, clothes, dinners, cups, Health and Beauty, and much much much more! In my opinion if you need to buy a larger amount for your family this is a very great place along with Sams Club

Always great! Costco consistently delivers a great experience with great products! You can find your favorites in bulk for great prices but the best part is the new fun or seasonal deals you can find. Like the apple cider doughnuts, pumpkin pie (for only $5) amount others! I do greatly miss the samples because that was a big part of the experience for us. Hopefully soon enough!

The staff are all helpful. I especially appreciate the pharmacy staff. Aside from that, most Costcos are really similar (by design) and this is no different. We love Costco, and this Costco is well located, but we just wish there was a Costco in Lees Summit! (Or anywhere other than ONLY Kansas City.)

I bought a heavy bed with 3 boxes. Charley, Michael, Andrew and Jojo all worked together to get it loaded. They worked together well and were all very polite. I appreciated their help.

Costco is constantly busy with customers.You cannot beat their prices on products I always thought I have made a good buy from another retailer, only to find the same or near same product cheaper at Costco. I now always check Costco first before buying elsewhere.

Had a very easy and successful trip. Was sad they didnt have fruit trays to choose from, but we found everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and available to help. Overall great trip.

I have enjoyed shopping at Costco for years. They have an amazing variety of fresh produce. My husband brags about the quality and choice cuts of meats. The rotisserie chickens have made a quick meal more times than I can remember.I am looking forward to a Costco coming to Springfield, MO.

Giving four stars because they arent as close to a city bus stop that others and I need. If it wasnt for that, I wouldve given five stars because I like the store and also they give samples of some of their products. It is nice knowing in advance whether or not you like a product, and if you dont do not waste money buying it. Also, I like the store because it is kept clean.

Great prices. Customer service was really great. I wouldve given 5 stars but the employee that was supposed to help me load a heavy box into my van was a total jerk.

Love Costco and so glad its come to Springfield! However, the checkout process is slow compared to other Costcos. Im not sure if the checkers are just new & inexperienced but there isnt a sense of urgency. Hopefully it improves as they become more experienced.

They carry the medications I need. Sometimes I have to wait on the medications even when they say they have them full. They do have a nice selection of stuff in the place. Its fun to look around. I guess if youre in the mood for bulk quantity stuff its a good place to go. You can always buy me something Im good with that.

I needed a new laptop. The staff in the electronics arena were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made my decision easy.

It’s a nice Costco, very organized. However, there’s hardly any variety. I don’t see many options for vegetarians nor low fat, healthy options. Wish people wore their masks. Otherwise, I guess it could be worse.

Costco is always great but this last time was spectacular thanks to Dewey in the electronics section! My husband used to be a computer guru himself so he always has tons of questions I don’t know anything about but Dewey was not only knowledgeable as well as fun to talk to with some shared interests. I always feel like everyone goes above & beyond for us at Costco!

The next thing Costco is going to do is create bigger shopping carts for even more bulkier products. I dont need a treadmill...I reached 15,000 steps after locating my first 2 items. #feel the burn

I bought my membership a couple of months ago. I was thrilled when I saw they stocked my favorite crackers “Mary’s Gone Crackers”. Excellent price.. the savings on the crackers would pay my membership. I was bummed when I went today and found out they are discontinued.

This Costco was nice and had everything your basic Costco usually has.. the one thing I wasnt impressed with is the staff seemed very much in a hurry and less inclined towards customer service during the time I was there.

The chicken is good. They dont have the selections sams club does though

I always enjoy Costco and can never, or barely am I able to get by spending less than $100. They have so many unique and specialty items, plus many items that have become staples in our household. However, today we went to purchase two of our staples, Bai coconut water and the Folio parmesan cheese wraps, they had neither of these... A real disappointment, but of course still managed to spend more than $100!This Independence, MO store seems to be a tad bit smaller than those I am used to frequencing and not laid out nearly as well.Today, Costco Independence gets only four stars.

I really luv Costco but I am not a fan of how crazy crowded it gets and the people standing in the middle of the aisles looking so darn confused. They need some crowd control. If you need help from a staff member good luck finding a staff member! Other than those two issues the place is a great place to shop in bulk and eat!

Oddly, maybe due to the 100° temp outside, Costco has fewer customers then normal but so did Basspro when I stopped by there after Costco. Costco was clean and well stocked and usual.

Love Costco! Apparently alot of people do because its always busy. They have the best ready to fix salmon. You get about 3 big filets. On top of each one is a small scoop of herbed butter. Take the plastic lid off and put in the oven for 18+ minutes depending on how done you like it. Its amazing. Yes its pretty similar to Sams club but I think the products and food are better quality and sometimes less money. They do have curbside pick up if you spend $100. This interests me very much because A. Im not big on crowds and B. Ive got a bad knee. So walking around that huge place is hard sometimes.

COSTCO has always been an easy, quick place to shop for me. Ill have my list made up before I go in, and I can zoom through the store or just go at my own pace. Its a great way to stock up on things you need, and really a one stop shop type of place! I can buy healthier foods to start a new weight loss program, everything from vitamins to full meals with fruits & snacks too. Then, clothes to work out in, down to new socks & shoes too! I can even treat myself to some fine jewelry, a laptop, cellphone, or 55 TV (for less than $650!!!). I definitely save money there, and anyone can too!

Great place at relatively great prices. Still some stuff that can be gotten cheaper other places, and some items arent offered. But, the majority of everything you need cab be found there. Membership is needed to get in, but its pretty quick to receive a membership.

We switched from Sams Club to Costco and love all the features of the membership.Better liquor selection than Sams club and even larger electronics displays.Great food selection and pharmacy area.

Nice clean bulk warehouse store. Never seem to have issues parking. That being said they need to reroute how people get gas so you can actually get into the parking lot.

The location in Independence, Mo that I went to today was horrible. Not because of the store itself but because of all the people not masked properly. At least 5 families with noses exposed. One guy mask completely off walking around taking on his phone. Do I expect them to police the store, kinda. But were all adults and frankly we shouldnt need to be babysat to make sure we are doing as we should. I will say the location I usually visit in North Kansas City, never has this problem, literally there last night, everyone masked and keeping safe distances.

Store employee told me Costco only have 4 handicap scooters for their customers who are disabled. This is terrible for a warehouse this huge and people must maintain a membership to shop in store. And it also says what they think about their customers. No Appreciation!!!

Dave used to help me when he was in the produce department and now he greets me upon entry or exit. They say customer service is a thing of the past, and the vast majority of the people that make up this place do a good job. Dave goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and several times went out of his way to assist me with loading up cases of produce and making sure we got the best produce too ;-)

LOVE going here. I shop for the pulled pork and the grilled chicken skewers. Theyre the best value for the price and quality of the product.

The store was Clean and well stocked. Employees were very polite and helpful.

Costco is a good Warehouse. Prices arw a little steep but in the range you would probably expect. No huge discount on products, may be higher. This Store and Sams run neck and neck. Shop around.

I just joined this stores membership today and went in for the first time. I was so overwhelmed with the size of the store and everything they offer, but in a good way! This store is AMAZING!!! I needed help with lifting the cases of water. They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and POLITE!!! Not only to put it in my cart but also to put it into my vehicle!!! Im looking forward to goin back in order to go through the store slower.

I love Costco. I enjoy the options they still have available in their food court. It is so hard to pin down where anything is when they rearrange every week. I could get in and out a lot faster if they would keep things in the same spot. Less time spent there means fewer people in the store at a time amd way less stress. Otherwise I usually enjoy shopping there.

Costco, always a friendly place to go. I had a prescription to pick up and I was in an out in less than 10 min. and that was with 2 people in front of me.

Carry alcohol unlike the Costco locations in Kansas. They finally got beer but not wine or liquor. Independence costco had some more variety and better value of local restaurant gift cards. The clothing are similar than other locations but gas was 2.08 which is cheapest in metro. Food court offered a smaller seating section but just the regular fare.
