Ron, Shaun, and the crew ALWAYS take good care of me when I walk through their doors. Whether I’m just picking up a new bottle of juice, or Im in need of a new mod, they make sure I’m informed on what Im getting and happy when I leave the store. Great customer service, and it usually comes with a laugh or two, too. 10/10 would recommend.

I live in joplin, mo and our vape shops here are terrible either rude service or a complete lack of knowledge. Then I found indy vapes. The friendly service is the best Ive seen but more importantly they have a substantial amount of knowledge to all products they have. I wish they would open up one here in joplin!! Hint hint ron 😆 🤣

Always a group of what looks to be high schoolers hanging out inside. My friend told me this and I didn’t believe her until today. Also wanted to buy a $170 vape but when I asked if it didn’t work when I got home if I could take it back I was told no.

Always great service and knowledgeable workers. They have a sale every week on a line of juices. Plus, they have a Sunday discount. Great store altogether. They also have a point system to get discounts on purchases I believe.
